JUST PHENOMENAL .Just when I think you can't out-do yourself with the creativity, workout structure, and quality content you've posted in both this channel and tiff x dan thus far, you find a way and do it anyway. 👌🔥 Major props for putting serious thought in the order of exercises to as it accounts for allowing previous muscle groups to actively rest to maintain good form while the next one(s) take over for the next set within levels. I've been following your content for two years now and you've consistently delivered - hell my endurance has improved a quite a bit (particularly push-ups haha) as I was able to follow u 100% without mini-breaks or variations😁. BUT I was still cussing you out while pushing through lmao🤬 ❤💯
Honestly, same. Such a simple workout in terms of a handful of exercises, but stacked like this is brutal. The push ups were crazy hard in the later rounds! Cheers to you and Merry Christmas!

Insane! my husband and I just finished this workout...barely. we would not have been even close to completing this if we hadn't followed the workouts almost daily for the past two years on the Tiff and Dan channel. This was next level! 🌋💪

Glad you like the workout! It really depends on your goals. I recommend doing HIIT training 1-2x per week then doing strength training with dumbbells, equipment, etc to help you get stronger. If you need more cardio throughout your week then you can add another HIIT workout.
I love all your workouts. As far as your dumbbell workouts…how many times a week should I train a particular body part? For instance how many times a week should I do your shoulder and triceps superset workout?

i think i change push up for chest fly nuteral grip because i see very less chest work out, and a lot of push up, they ar great but wil not do everything, so i want to give more time on chest press dumbell and after station 5 i do not push up but decline chest press till station 9
❤.It was a great series, but level two also wrote three exercises, only two came. You also wrote front squat and did shoulder press. Small mistakes on a perfect channel like yours should be a curse, but I wonder.

You got this!! If the front squats become too much then switch to a goblet or suitcase squat. You’ll crush this!
