unfortunately not :( curry leaves are a distinct taste that really cannot be replaced. you can try kaffir lime leaves - it'll still taste good but definitely not the same flavour profile. if you want to stick closer to this, remove the curry leaves altogether! you will still get the full essence of the buttery salted egg yolks

this another delicious chciken with lots of garlic,, i love the aroma of garlic even its a little bit not good smel after i ate ,but its ok i will drink lost of apple juice .

my fav variation of chicken is butter chicken..but i use tandoori pieces for this ..nxt time will try fried version
