I'm definitely interested in the Z95A, but I hate paying extra for internal speakers I won't use. That $3200 price tag is not an easy sell. How much of that is for the 'fancy' speakers I won't be using?
Im guessing the reason Panasonic and Sony price their TV's stupidly higher than competitors is the fact they buy the panel's from LG and Samsung. Also because YT influencers simp hard for them without any factual reasoning besides 'it looks better ' 😂😂
I also ordered the G4 83”. I get it three weeks ago and for me it was very important to get the MLA because of the brightness. Hopefully with Amazon maybe pushing it, and Brian's comments in earlier video . Panasonic will at least release a 77" MLA next year. Plus then is released in NZ as well. LG Display surely must be bringing costs down. Think for all in one solution, very natural PQ , good tone mapping. Panasonic is a good option for many. Cost being competitive. In my county G4 65" , S95D and Z95A all similar in price. An 83" QD-OLED next year will bring great completion and pressure on prices ( again 90% likely to happen from rumours ) . Panasonic release the first MLAs with no speaker option , but low sales as enthusiasts forget they are only a smaller market. This 65" MLA with speakers is great for many apartment , small house people in many countries

Hi, Fomo! everyone talks about how panasonic is more expensive, do you guys buy a new TV every week? I buy once every 10 years am I willing to pay more for 10 years I'm not a fan of brands, I'm a fan of picture quality and the best cinematic picture out of the box has Panasonic!
LG 83 C4 is back down to $3,750 at Best Buy. Meanwhile the G4 83 Inch is STILL $5,999 and usually over $6,200. At this point there's almost no reason not to get the C4 other than if you really think the brightness difference is worth that crazy premium. And if it's difference between an 65 Inch Panasonic, this it's nonsense not to get the C4 when the price difference is only a few hundred. I had the G4, the Processing isn't any different than the C4. C4's crime is it's just a boring TV with a Picture that doesn't "Wow." But it's hard to find "fault" with the Picture quality as well. I still prefer the QM8 85.
at this point there’s no 2024 TV that’s satisfying me because they have one floor that ruins it for me so I’m just going to wait for 2025. Also I hope Panasonic goes QDOLED because along with HDR 10+ and Dolby vision Panasonic will be the closest to the perfect TV. The only thing missing is all four ports being HDMI 2.1 at that point. also, I hope 2025. Panasonic TVs will be in retail stores like Best Buy where I can see it in person.

Vincent has shown this in multiple examples in his videos. Maybe you can check your LG G4 again to clarify this. I assume that something might be wrong with your G4 or its settings.
nope not a contradiction at all, I answered this exact question in the livesream - G4 will hit higher color luminances and saturate better in specific color window patterns HOWEVER, in real movie content, G4 goes too bright and loses color saturation whereas Z95A pulls brightness down a little to give you full color saturation in that same scene (albeit slightly less bright) - the problem is that the G4 is consistently too agressive in the highlights even when I adjust tone mapping to professional for max color gradation. So G4 is erring on the side of brightness willing to lose saturation whereas Z95A is erring on the side of less bright to preserve saturation.
@@stopthefomo Thanks for your reply and what you write makes logically sense. However, in min. 42:15 in your stream you said - quote: "Clearly there is an issue with the G4".
