I would love to see a review when they compare different trim levels and optional extras too, and not always the M package with all the extras you can imagine. Of course everything is nice and shiny when you review a model with the top tier accessories
M340i x-drive is the best car BMW has delivered pound for pound, and until the next M3 comes around is the winner here. I have one. It’s amazing. Game over? Possibly.
Here in norway its a nobrainer. The 330e has a 20k euros tax cut here so its 20k cheaper than a 330i. So its faster and cheaper to buy and run. Here its the cheapest of all the 3series models.
I really do like my 330e, however once they get to 100km on E then it would be perfect from a daily PoV. At the moment I get to work and back on E most of the time but not a single watt left when reaching home :). Apart from that I really like the car. However most of the options mentioned are not standard here in Sweden
330e is the one to go if you want a good economy and also performance. It can get about 50km EV range which is enough to get to work for most people and charge it at work. Stage 1 remap gives 330e 400bhp.
@@borinvlogs shame mperformance diff is not available for g20. I can't imagine how to put the power of 400bhp to the ground on open diff. Btw you can also put 330i soft as the engines are the same.
The touring in blue is sooo good looking, i recently bought 328i f31, but this one looks much better! I drove the 318d on the autobahn, very good handling, but the older 328i is much much faster. Also the zf8 is amazing
Will pick mine too on March. Somehow i regret not to go for M340i ☹️. After driving my 330i E90 for 7 years, i will be missing that inline six.. But here in Poland due to taxes it's soo much more expensive.
That blue 330i Touring with the M Sport Pro pack is beautiful, one of those but definitely with x drive and maybe with the hybrid engine is the top contender for my next car.
The 330i and audi A4 were at the top of my shortlist. I was ready to start shopping, when a friend pointed me to the BYD Seal. Now im completely lost. Help?
I avoid buying cars new these days and rarely buy up a used one unless its best deal possible perfect conditions. For me the leasing strategy is much more appropriate now in the world we live because of depreciation of the cars especially BMW. I know some people have lot of money but still while this leasing is good for now why buy the car new you lost 20% at delivery to you and it will just be a bad investment. Many people say cars are not the investment but those people are the ones that pay stupid money and do not care of the outcome of depreciation.
I don't normally like the 3 series but this one looks really nice. Not a fan of those reverse rpm dials though. I hope there are a few other options for that. Looking forward to seeing the new 4 series

Problems with that centre speaker cover in the dashboard. Quite a few reports of it rattling and vibrating. Also reports of creaks in the boot/trunk area Easy enough fix for the speaker cover, either yourself or at a dealers. For a car costing this much though cheap plastics really shouldn’t be in the car that can cause this.
320i in the UK probably the best option. Pointless having so much power with the 330/340i on English roads, with all the potholes, 20mph speed limit zones around most towns and only 70mph with average speed cameras on the motorway system☹️
European cars from the 20th century were built tough and would last a lifetime, now they're nowhere near as reliable and durable with inferior workmanship. Asian cars on the other hand (Japanese and Korean) are going in the opposite direction with a focus on improved reliability, durability and quality.

Nice cars but unfortunately for bmw the 3 series has a major flaw, they are all automatics. They should offer a choice of auto or manual. I wouldn’t buy a 3 series cos I can’t stand automatic cars. They r for the lazy drivers who arnt passionate about driving. It’s a shame cos other than the transmission the 3 series is a very attractive car, not as nice as the e46 was but nonetheless.
Kristian Spencer come on, it’s 2020 already and nobody wants a manual in a daily car anymore. I guess ~95% of buyers would chose an automatic anyway so it doesn’t make sense for BMW to produce a manual.

Kristian Spencer but let’s not forget that driving in heavy traffic is something most people can’t escape from and not everybody can afford two different cars - a daily and a fun car.
“Real World” Mixed driving for me in last 2 1/2 years is around 10L/100km with 340i MPPSK with about 40%/60% Comfort & Sport mode driving. 330i can easily do better.
Nathan Y don’t think so. My mother owns 330i F30, she does 10l/100km which is absolutely ridiculous. If I would drive it, I can guarantee it will do no less than 12.
