The ITB comes stock on a 20v blacktop. So to get this sound you only need to remove the intake box and add some trumpets (and filter). Then you are done, no tuning at all. But on a 16v it's a whole different story with custom manifold, aftermarket ECU and lots of other stuff.

This car is way more fun to drive on the road than the current super cars on offer. It has a great sounding responsive engine, just enough grip to be fast and allow you to slide around in, communicative steering with heaps of feedback and no annoying safety devices. No it's no way comparable to a modern super car, but I know this dude is having way more fun than the latter!
This is really cool to see another person drive the same car as me, about 7-8 months ago I found an ae86 from this guy online and it was in really good condition, all black with a TRD wing and KONIG rims on it. It also had a NRG 350mm 3” steering wheel on it. It has a inline 4 1.6L 4A-C and red interior with vintage digital dash gauge cluster and spherical TRD shift knob and other than that, the rest of the car was stock and the exterior and interior was in mint condition, cold air intake and some eBay exhaust that I still can’t figure out what it is. The engine was good, no problems and only 47k miles on it because there was only 2 owners and they didn’t drive it much. I ended up buy it off this guy for 11k with a lot of extra stuff that was filling the trunk and the back seats. I drove it home and was very happy with the whole experience, I called my brother and some of my other car guy friends and they couldn’t believe that it was in such a good condition and low mileage 👍

This is such a great video. I've been considering a 20v swap in my AE92 if the original motor ever breaks. It's over 300k miles on the original 4A-GE and still runs fantastically so...

Its doesn't actually rev up to 11 grand you weeb. It tops out at 7500-8200 depending on what version of the engine you get (16v or 20v)
