Thanks so much! I am on a Paleo diet and cannot do coconut milk (which seems to be a constant in Paleo recipes). How long would this last in the refrigerator? I've recently heard about Tiger nuts and want to try it. This seems so much easier than doing it from the nuts.

Hi, Lynn! Yes, you can certainly do that. In fact, I have another video making the milk from the whole nuts. Just giving people more options, based on what they have on hand or are willing to do, effort-wise. ;)
