    I am a baker and might suggest you change the order of adding ingredients. All recipes call for creaming the sugar and butter / oil first, adding the eggs and then the milk. Lastly adding the dry ingredients. I sliced my apples thinly and put them in a pattern on the bottom. If you use a springform pan you can flip the cake and have the apples on top once the cake cools down. Looks very pretty as well.

    This looks delicious and quite fluffy, nkt so easy to achieve with tigernut flour i think... I can't wait to try it❤

    What an interesting dessert, yet it could be a breakfast! I've never used Tigernut flour before, but I saved the recipe and plan to try it! Thank you for sharing!

    If I do not have vanilla powder, can vanilla extract be used in its place? It's always nice to find GF recipes that are on the healthier side.

    Can I substitute egg with flax seed egg or apple sauce?
