    What do you do if you have some heavy feeling or stuck emotion in your body that feels really uncomfortable and doesn’t seem to go away? In this video, we will look at how to deal with this and see that those kinds of feelings/emotions are just stuck energy in your body that wants to be released. By allowing ourselves to poke at this energy, breathe into it and let it come up, be felt and experienced and then let go of we can transform this energy, let it change its aggregate state from solid to liquid to gas and evaporate and dissolve. Energy naturally wants to be moving and by connecting to this stuck energy and releasing it, it can start moving again. This is a natural process, but we seem to have forgotten about it in our society today. If we let stuck energy stay stuck in our body for a long time then physical disease can occur. By learning how to connect to the stuck energy and allowing it to be felt, experienced and let go of we allow the energy to get moving again, feel lighter, happier and more joyful and allow ourselves to be and stay in good health emotionally, mentally and physically.     I was feeling a sense of heaviness all day and did this exercise. Within minutes, I burst into tears and couldn't stop for a while. Did not expect the dam to burst this way. Maybe I needed that. Thanks.

      Thanks for sharing! Sometimes energy is densing up and wants to be released. If we let it come up and be felt, experienced and released often times we feel much lighter afterwards, even if it does not always feel comfortable in the first place. Hope you are feeling a bit lighter now.

    This is the most valuable video I have seen in a long time. Thank you! I dont know why there is this misconception out there to run from icky feelings. I don't know how long I have tried running away, slopping some method or other on top of it in order not to feel the ickyness..
    I did the exercise along with you and I felt the energy of my hand dipping into the energy of the stuck feelings and something shifted. Powerful stuff. I'm still shook. I actually felt the need to apologize to the part of myself that has been carrying this stuff for so long. Now I wanna do it again, but I feel too good 😂

    Thank you. I have a really anxious belly, many times I have a very uncomfortable sensation from within, and it s kind of running the best moments from my life. I started a long journey of therapy, childhood trauma, and nervous system, but this was a video I was looking for, something handy when it comes to releasing tension and emotions. I was crying of course, it felt very good. Thank you!

    Yes it did help me to relax for a bit.. otherwise I was feeling so heavy and emotional cause I lost something very important and precious in my life. But still after this I need to do more inner work. I'm better because of your technique thankyou sir.

    Very interesting approach. I am very much energy aware, feeling more the actual energy than the emotion behind it. I have some stuck energies in my head and throat that comes and goes, and this poking method surely made a difference. Will experiment more with it. Thanks for sharing friend!

    I must have so much stuck energy within. I felt just a little release but not a lot. Guess I should get started with doing this everyday. Because I’m 28 years old and my truma started at the age of 9 all the way up until 25. So that is a lot on unreleased truma

      Yeah if you have a lot of trauma it can take a lot of time to let it all come up, be felt and experienced and transformed, i.e. let go of..
      Doing daily releasing is one of the most important things you can do. That way bit by bit the trauma is getting released. I have been doing this daily for years and it is very effective. What can help tremendously too is to work with someone, be it a coach or therapist on a regular basis.

    I have a deep deep pain in my heart and heaviness over it, like got a shock in early life, with pain there are other feelings of fear, sadness and grief...when I do this excercise the sensation of pain and heaviness dilutes, but it goes more deeper and more subtle...how to reach to these deeper mild sensations or stuck energies further????       @khansherani, thanks for your question. Really a great question. So, as far as I understand you correctly you're feeling/releasing on the pain in your heart and the heaviness over it and it starts to dilute and kind of get more subtle, but you feel there is still more there that wants to be felt, experienced and let go of, but you don't know how to reach it, right?
      So, first it is important to note that you cannot force your body to feel and release more than it is capable of in a given moment. Thus, it's always important to feel inside of yourself and your body and check-in with yourself if you're even able to go deeper in that very moment. Sometimes it is just enough to stay with the feeling of the heaviness getting a little lighter, a little subtler and just be with it. And then continue with the exercise the next day. The more you want to force yourself to release the less it will work.
      Now, with respect to reaching kind of "deeper" or "subtler" feelings about certain things/situations/heaviness you feel about things that happened to you and being able to feel, welcome them and release them it is like a process of listening. The more you can be still within yourself the deeper you can reach inside of yourself. So, if you find yourself running in thoughts around what happend in a given situation or running in thoughts about how to reach deeper sensations/energies/feelings about it etc. just try to relax for a moment and just feel and notice your breathing. Let go of trying to feel deeper and "reach" the subtler feelings etc. but just be there with your breath and see if you can be still just listening inside of yourself. Listening inside of your body. If you're able to do that at some point you will naturally reach the deeper feeling and will be able to let them come up, be felt, experienced and eventually through that they can leave at their own pace if they're ready.
      Try this out and let me know how it works.

      @@embodiedauthenticity yeah, I sense stuck energy in my solar plexus/anxiety as a dense constricting rubber ball that can now be loosened as you said from visualizing/feeling it change into glob then liquid then bubbly steam that can evaporate, widening the channel to the heart space, for me it’s a Jedi mind trick that works so thank you!!!

    This is great. I did some research leading up to this practice. I had been looking for a method like this, and as I discover it I do remember someone vaguely mentioning it to me once upon a time. I was able to bring some energy out to lighten up some of the baggage that I've accumulated through all the tribulation in this journey. I greatly appreciate your sharing and candid methods.       Hello@@embodiedauthenticity, what I found was that he turned to embrace a spiritual quest after he had a heart attack and the doctors told him that he would only have a few months left to live. He faced this head on, and he did his best to continue to find a way to find healing for his body and spirit. He was already a scientist, so he applied this scientific mind to the study of spiritual truth, which led him to discover the Sedona method. He went on to live not only well past a few months, but he went on to live decades longer with incredible health until his passing. He then wrote several books to share what he learned, as well as hold conferences with listeners to hear what he had to share and ask any questions. He was known to be a warming and gentle presence everywhere he went, with patience and compassion that honored each person so much that this love encouraged them to become their best self.
      I do have a question. After I started this, I started with the feeling of anger, and I had in my mind, OK, this is a good step forward. Then other parts around started practically kicking and shouting to be let out. Suddenly my lungs felt very pained and heavy on one side. I released this with great sobbing, and I used two other techniques to support the stability afterwards: crystal healing & use of a magnet to move the energy/emotion. For one that's been through such great hardship as to have at one point become blind and blocked to sensing one's own pain, how long do you imagine this process might take to fully move all these energies?
      It seems like I was able to get this done a little faster with a prayer, too. For anyone that knows about light beings or not, they were very encouraging to me in this and claimed they would support this process and make it easier to move through it.

    The negative block seems so stuck - rejection and abandonment feelings - this exercise made me more aware of them but sadly did nothing to realease them

    Thank you so much, heard about lester levenson from reddit... You helped me a lot, i had this strain in my solar plexus and the whole right side of my chest that felt a lot painfull for some time.. Just did this now with your video i didn't even know it was stuck but something happend... I just felt for the first time in a while an emotion in my belly which i think it didn't happend in a while, like in my stomach... Sorry about my comment being all scrambled around but do you have any advice on what to do on from now?

      Hey, I'm really happy to hear that doing the exercise in the video helped to move some of the stuck energy in your system. And it's also normal to not know what's happening when you start out with releasing and processing stuck energy in your system.       To your other qiestion: yes, you can have sensations in your head and they can be related to your feelings or emotions. Often times when you feel like there might be stuck energy in the back of your head or forehead what happens is that there is some stuck energy there, stored in your body (in this case the head / forehead) and when you start to feel the stuck energy then emotions come up... As it brings up what is stored in that part of your body and suddenly you feel what was there, but didn't yet have a time, space and your attention to come up and be processed.

    How do you do this for fatigue ?

      You can do this by feeling into the feeling, the sensations you experience due to the fatigue. Often times there are other emotions attached to the feeling/sensations. Like in my case I often feel either sadness or anger around the feeling/sensation of sadness. What you can then do is to allow yourself to feel that feeling more deeply, also you can poke at the energy/sensation of fatigue if you can locate it in the body. I, for example, often feel the fatigue in my head, so I would try to relax into that part of the head where I feel it. You can also poke at it, i.e. rub your hand against the part of your head (or body) where you feel it and let the energy behind it be released. Doing that for like 15-20min can do wonders.
      Let me know your experience when you try it out! Curious to hear about that. If that is something people are interested in I might to a video about it, too.

    What if you can identify the feeling or its a whole bunch of emotions together. Do you just allow to feel and it doesnt matter if you cant identify?

      Thanks for the question. It doesn' matter if you can identify the feeling. Sometimes it can help if you allow the feeling to come up and listen to see if there is anything that comes up, like anything the feeling wants to tell you. That can sometimes happen. But in the end often times it is just about allowing the feeling to come up, be felt and experience and then it can be let go of /leave once it is fully welcomed and acknowledged.

      I have realized that the only thing stopping me from letting go of the problems I have is the approval or seeking safety from my parents. I am trying to let go of this but it seems like my subconscious doesn't want to let this go because it thinks I will not be safe If i don't get approval or security from my parents...any thoughts?@@embodiedauthenticity

    Unfortunately rubbing the area where I feel like it's stuck, in my solar plexes did not cause any of it to come up.

      @@reecea.419 Hi Reece, thanks for the update. So, the key there really is relaxation and taking time and creating space. The more you allow yourself to really sit down with yourself and the stuckness you feel in this area to be acknowledge, the more it will be ready to be processed. What could help is to play to relaxing background music and just blocking out half an hour and just see if you can drop down in your body, as if you could let your inner awareness float down to the place where you feel the energy is stuck. Also, I would invite you to tilt you head down slightly with your eyes closed and looking downwards, so your consciousness can drop down into your body.

    I’m experiencing fear and anxiety. I feel like I get in Flight or Flight which makes this practice hard. Are we supposed to feel the FOF or feel the emotion with being in the FOF state?

      This practice here is about releasing stuck emotions in the body that aren't necessarily so much a instantaneous fight, flight or freeze response, but more often something that has built up and is stuck in your body.
