a little note for the super recovery dango the english translation is wrong when below level 4 its meant to say that it only heals you when NOT spotted by a monster = out of combat so if you were wondering why it seems like you don't heal from it when fighting a monster with it below level 4 thats the reason
If anyone is interested in an IG version just take the starter kinsect. It heals any time you get extract so send/recall cancel in between combos to heal. Kinsect slash and glide will also heal you for aerial style. Any powder type with heal also works alright but not as consistent as the starter.
I've been doing something similar by stacking divine protection effects with the Rathian hunting horn and using widerange item prolonger fish+immunizer. Team mates will never triple cart your hunts again
One tip: healers touch doesn't do what it says, it makes your buddy heal more It sounds good but normally buddies heal when they are at about 1/5 of their health, they pop a potion and such Healers touch makes it so they pop that potion when they are at 1/2 health This is a lot of downtime if the monster is aggressive enough, unless you also add buddy friendship, that makes them wide range their own heals
Nah, without a crazy charm you can use almudron helm like in the build videos. Also, I’ve had a few different Rapid morph 3 charms drop so far, so they don’t seem to be that uncommon.
yah with almudron helm you can easily add it with the same 2 kush-1 malzeno setup. if not to just make a dmg version and cut out defense. now sharpness management is harder to fit in alongside that, so choose SA's with decently long sharpness by default.
My gunlance bazel set takes 5 to 8 mins per hunt and I'm okay with that since I'm not a speedrunner and I'm just enjoying tanking and blasting monsters. I'm gonna try this too
Very nice builds. Only thing I can recommend, is that most CB builds, even speedrunner builds, run guard 5 for CB in master rank. Anything less and you won’t be able to GP counter over half the moves from over half the monsters, and even less so against any anomalies. Otherwise great builds!
true, but it seemed to do fine with cpp. and since you're not really using like full offensive guard. gp everything isn't that big a deal. and because you can still tank, you can cpp the first hit, then just tank/badly gp the 2nd with not much problem. and well what speedrunners run wouldn't really apply for these kind builds in the first place :p I don't think losing rapid or load shells is worth 2 pts into guard, was the sacrifice. altho i guess for the dmg versions you can axe wex if you must.

I want to build demi God GS, but its hard to get divine blessing LV 3 And recovery LV 3 with slot 3 2 1. So may be i should build the tanky. I have a random divine Talisman with slot 3 2 1 atm
Since the Kushala Blessing only applies to Ice and Water, are any other element charge blades not good enough to build? Would there be a workaround for the other elements?
A lot of PC players/speedrunners do it. The TDS guys all do it. When having a god tier build is possible but 1/80,000,000 kind of possible then editing charms is okay in my book
@@noblord8643 yes its very very easy and you can use a mod to edit your charms to the best possible roll. I imagine it will become even more common on PC if we start getting better tier 4 decos than we have in the game currentlt
Rapid morph does not increase SAED damage, as that would be wildly unbalanced. The improvement is more subtle, in the fact that the SAED still comes out faster, allowing it to be used in more openings.
phial damage is affected by artillery skill and raw damage modifiers i.e. your attack thats for imapct phials i mean .. and the bombardier dango.. thats it .. in short any skill that increases your RAW damage will increase phial damage ..and for elemental they do purely elemental damage .. rapid morph affects the morph attack itself i.e. the first slam of the axe or axe hopper not then phials damage.. and some skills like crit chain work to some extent
Unsure if you got an answer elsewhere but it would largely just get make a handful of sets that slightly alter the amount of element for a monster! The less its effective on said monsters, reduce the element as much as you can and focus on Raw. The main point IS the regen speed but I get having that Ice/Water boost be neglected. So if the rest of the slots work for you from the Kushala gear, then it might be worth it With Title Update 1, we did get some good new Decos like Defiance and that is actually pretty solid for comfy sets, and its a 1 slot. Level 3 is largely the goal with more being kinda useful but it falls off. It makes all roars but Apex, Narwa, Ibushi, and likely Gaisma nullify, grants high tremor and windproof res, and also some defense (+10 at level 3 iirc). IT DOES require the monster to be enraged but that also is both often, and when you need to play a bit more carefully. Just seeing this video now so sorry if this answer is hella outdated but hope you found a solution if so! Like said in the video its leaning absurdly hard into tanking hits but you should of course, not get hit by everything on a normal hunt haha

Most meta builds follow the same overall archetypes, it really depends on what element your using as to which pieces
after dereliction raw bow video is next then elements afterwards.
