Love your experiments with natural colorants. This shade of pink is so beautiful. The selection of ingredients/oils-butters makes this recipe even more luxurious.
Lovely color!!! I will definitely try for my next batch of soap. Your videos are a delight to watch, and I just subscribed to your channel... Thank you for sharing your expertise!
lovely video. thank you for it! any specific reason why you added citric acid to oils and not in the water before dissolving soap? also can we follow the same method when making say milk soaps?
Another lovely video! I didn't realize citric acid could be dissolved and added directly to oils. Is there a benefit to doing it this way? I know the lye water gets REALLY hot when CA has been dissolved in it initially. Also thought it would make pretty gift if a flower mold was used. Christmas is just around the corner!
Well done as usual! I may have overlooked this in the video but do you measure out 120g of water first before you freeze it for the lye solution OR do you just freeze water and weigh the cubes out to 120g for the lye solution?
hello your soap is really gorgeous! do you know if we can add the rhubarb root powder directly to the oil mixture when soaping, or must we use an oil infusion for the lovely colour to show?
Bonjour, merci beaucoup pour ce partage. Avez vous essayé avec la partie de la rhubarbe avec laquelle on fait de la compote? Cela marcherait peut etre.
I made this soap and the bar turn into yellow but the top is pink,it start beautifull bubble gim pink but when I unmold the next day only the top part ia still pink the reat of it turn into yellow colour hat did I do wrong ?😄
Hello! I love your work! I tried 2 of your recipes but the soap get realy harder when i blended. I don't know why :( also, i saw that you mesure the oils in grams, not mililiters. It's the same? Sorry if i look stupid but i want to make sure :) thank you
Thank you! Try soaping at lower temperatures and using the stick blender in short bursts only. Grams is a weight unit, millilitres is for volume, not the same🙂
I tried hot process. I mean I put the O.O and powder of rhubarb roots on the double boiler during 2.5 hours, now I would like to try this soap but what’s the properties of this powder for the skin or just the colour ?
Hello, congratulations for your videos! I have a question: can E vitamine be added to the recipe if citric acid is used, or are they incompatible? Thank you so much for your time and work!
Beautiful ! did you have Delfiafett i Finland ? Delfiafett that you find in Norway ? if yes , did you gave it a try ? i made wonderful soaps with thid type of fet - canola, coconut, shea, stearic acid,palmitic...
Thank you! I think we have something similar here, it's called 'cocos'. It's a hardened coconut oil available at most supermarkets. It's meant for baking but since it's 100% coconut oil, I use it all the time for soap making☺️

Hi Plants Park. I really wanted to ignore you, but your comments got me thinking. Sometimes in life, things aren’t exactly like we want them to be. It is your choice how you react to things that you don’t like. You can be angry and mean, or you can just walk away and decide that this is not for you. As people, we are all different. Some of us like calm, slow paced things and some prefer a faster pace. It is clear that my style of video isn’t to your liking. Have you considered not clicking on my videos? I think that would be a great solution. Thank you for the feedback on the captions, I will make them bigger next time. I wish you all the best!

A pretty pink, thank you once again for a charming relaxing video. Just ordered some
Thank you tassie girl, let me know how your soap turns out☺️
It is better to use plastic container for NaOH, the metal may react with lye. But good work, using ice for the lye solution is a smart idea.
the color is sooo pretty!
I was so excited😁
Beautiful red. Thanks for sharing
Lovely color! Does the color turn brown over time?

Lovely!! Being a natural colorant I am curious as to how the colour holds up over time. Does it remain bright or fade?
It's been a few months now since I made this soap and it hasn't faded yet at least☺
