    I find pronating through the thumb with a strap really blows up my palm too, also working a rice bucket blows up hand up so much

    Many related exercises between arm wrestling and rock climbing. Pull the thumb across the inside of the palm is exactly how we lock a hand inside of a crack in the cliff.

      I can't agree with this sentence, being a man, always digging trails for mountain bikes. It is a very low variety of moves in digging, probably 3 or 4, and it's mostly about endurance, not about muscle growth

      ​@Cab0408 Until they realise gym does shit and labour is the only actual way to get big hands. Rino Masic, a world champion has the softest hands out of them all , yet he's been doing gym for a long ass time

    Thumb muscles work with pronation when I squeeze I rotate it inside cuz I saw one electromechanic and he used a lot of screwdriver and he got that bicep on finger

    Is it worth the cost the GD handle? I mean for the money you paid you'll say the product is great ?

      Not sure if it is worth the money but from all the grippers out there this one is pretty useful. Especially if you buy the pinch modules. But we have it part of our club equipment. Grippers are not a priority for armwrestling (especially strong, expensive ones). So if you don't have the basic armwrestling equipment I wouldn't worry about this gripper. I would just buy the light cheap one.

      They're easy to find (Amazon, Ebay, any sporting goods/exercise store). They're available in several different poundage tensions, so you might wanna by them in a discount bundle to accommodate what you hope to be significant increase in your grip strength. I hope this was helpful.

      Yes, but also the muscles. Not all of us will pack the same muscle mass with the same effort.

      Yes. Of course genetics play a big factor but with these exercises you can get close to your genetic potential. Don't forget to train to absolut failure and beyond for at least 60 seconds for growth and only do the isometrics if you want to increase strength 💪

      No problem! It is just more easy to make people understand as not all have these concepts. So at least with isometrics you can multiply with 9.8 to get the force output in Newtons. Of course with spring machines you can't really say but it is the equivalent force of that amount on kg exerted with gravitational acceleration.

      @@201_armwrestling Yeah don't worry, I pointed that out only for the shake of accuracy. I never see videos using the right units, some creators even say stuff like "15 pounds of pressure" lol. Its my first time mentioning it because I believe you tend to have a more systematic approach to training, and understanding of armwrestling so you would appreciate it.

      I just showed how to train these muscles. Doesn't mean this is my focus as I have other more important aspects to get better at. This type of training is just the cherry on top.

      It's not any different from any other muscle group. This is just how to target the palm muscles. Hypertrophy work can be done the same as for other muscles.
