Can't wait to get the guide for mira. I tried to convert her but since I do not have the needed level of awarness I can't seem to gain enough influence.
The thing that is nice about Atton is that because you get him so early in the game, you can go either melee or ranged with him without hindering him too much. I didn't even think of pairing Atton with Revitalize honestly, but with his Fighting Spirit ability that let's him come back, it does make sense.
Thank you I thought I was soft locked out of making atton a jedi I watched like 8 videos read like 15 documents and I couldnt do any of them then I saw this video and I found the one NO JOKE ONE thing I could still do to get influence kill the innocent man after stealing his belongings and so I made atton a light side jedi and all it took was to kill a guy because he was upset because I stole his junk
You can make Atton a jedi while being a dick to him. Minimum Influence will make him more susceptible to your interrogations, put you on the opposite alignment as you... Oh, and revert him to his Civil War personality if you have the Restored Content Mod! The thing is, I'm still nice to Atton anyhow because it's easier to gain influence; just appeal to both his repressed evil side, or his virtuous Atton side. I always do some dark side stuff on light side runs, namely killing that one Telosian you steal from in your neighborhood. My headcanon is that Meetra is sometimes in a bad mood from her trauma of the war. That's probably why Atton agrees with murder; he was a Sith at one point and that past never fully left him. You can also notice it in the way he talks about his time in the Sith; he is disturbingly calm about it... Yep! I'm sticking with the deadpan snarker Atton! So I only had to kill the afformententioned Telosian, and that combined with taking his side on Peragus, helping some of the refugees and letting him hotwire the hovercar was enough to make him a jedi
I never switched Arron to Jedi Sentinel. I always used him as the Scoundrel and only one blaster pistol and a melee for secondary weapon. I seemed to be just fine with how the game recommends the upgrades for him
a sentinel is what Atton will become basically if you make him a jedi, some of the characters in kotor 2 can become a jedi, but the type of jedi they become is based on what the game set them up as. you don't get to pick for them, how Atton can become a jedi is based on the amount of influence you gain. but also when you talk to him, you'll eventually start seeing some dialogue options about jedi conversations. the more you talk to him about it; the more he'll start thinking about it. so for Atton since he's a scoundrel, they made his jedi class sentinel based on the fact, the jedi sentinel is the skills class of jedi. just like in Kotor 1 the Scoundrel got the most skill points, even a 10 int for example still starts out pretty good in the beginning. the only downside putting intelligence at 10 for a Scoundrel in Kotor 1, it limited them to two skill points i believe at each level up. i could be wrong, maybe it was 3. all i know is, Scoundrels get one point more than a Scout. but compared to Kotor 2, Intelligence was much more important for a Scoundrel in Kotor 1, people to this day think intelligence in Kotor 1 was a dumpstat, that's because you didn't have a creation option of making items. it was something new they added in Kotor 2, but in Kotor 1 Intelligence for a Scoundrel worked hand in hand with there critical strikes, but also after you become a jedi, intelligence adds benefits to your force points. so as you put more points into wisdom, the higher your intelligence for Scoundrel class only, the more potent your force powers become. but in Kotor 2 they decided to mix up the starting classes. i usually keep Atton as he is most of the time myself, because i feel like that was who he once was. so like the Exile they all have reasons why there were at in life now, Atton has seen first hand what it was like when he was Sith. but eventually it got to a point where it was too bad even for him. everybody in Kotor 2 feels broken in some way, that's why all form some sort of bond with the Exile. because they all can relate to different things.
What's mad, I played this game since release, and had my fair share of time in kotor 1. But in 2022 I probably learned in 2021 most people if not everyone went to Nar shaddaa as their first venture? I always, always, went Dantooine. Like this is just now a realization for me. This game is so clean. I never not knew that was the order. Or maybe everyone else I wrong? Idk?!
@@GamingYourOwnWay I do Onderon third so that when I need to go somewhere before recieving message from Mandalorians, I can go to Korriban and do that, because it is the shortest. I do Nar Shaddaa second. Dantooine is my first choice because you immediatelly get all the parts for lightsaber and also your Focus Crystal (I am referring to the crytsal that is bonded to the Exile), all in the first planet. And you can get a lot of credits when defeating Azkul.
