He was me like this for 10 years we were together in year 10 everything went down when I found out bout narcissism and confronted him. Another time, while he was on a safari in South Africa, he called me, but it didn't go through due to poor cell reception. He was able to text, angrily demanding that I call him right away. Then he threatened that when he came back, he would find me. I took screenshots of all the texts because he had never raged or threatened me that way before. He was so unpredictable and it's hard to believe because he never put his hand on me he was always so calm till he had rage. He also raged again when I told him I didn't want to be with someone who gossips and acts the way he did. He broke things in my house and left. After two months, he tried to come back for some "sex supply," but I finally cut him off and told him he wouldn't touch me again. Now he's blocked everywhere.

Oh gosh. I don't know if the guy I dated was a narcissist or not. But he would always block me and his excuse would be to not escalate the situation. I was blocked from every social media, and I never even followed him on fb or IG. He also lived with his wife (ex wife as he told me) and even blocked me from her IG account. What a weird thing. The only way I could reach out to him was via email and then I stopped. A week later or sometimes 2 weeks later he would reach out and I would continue talking to him. Until I got tired. His excuse was that I promised him I'd always be with him. Is he a narcissist? I am not sure. But I don't think he is wholesome and I am also working on being whole and never end up in such situation.

For 10 years mine stalked me at work, came to my house crying and begging me, cornered me at stores and blocked my car. Exhausting me to the point. I gave in. This time I left he called me a covert Narc that he was Trauma Bonded to and some other mean things. I left and he filed for divorce 3 days after I left and we are. divorced. Now I am in therapy diagnosed with CPTSD trying to convince my counselor I am the narcissist. I feel so messed up and crazy anymore. I can’t sleep have horrible dreams and wake up missing him.

I blocked him on everything, so then he found another phone/number and texted me all sorts of crazy, yelling about how I was going to regret everything… still trying to manipulate me. I didn’t respond and blocked that number too. Thank God I never felt comfortable letting him know where I lived, even though I knew that man for more than 20 years. Didn’t realize how narcissistic and manipulative he was until a certain event happened and the light came on. He never blatantly tried to manipulate me before that. He didn’t realize that I am immune to blatant manipulation… it makes me do just the opposite of what they want and pisses them off.

If you go to their social media messages, you should be able to click on their profile from there and block them back from there.

Oh gosh. I don't know if the guy I dated was a narcissist or not. But he would always block me and his excuse would be to not escalate the situation. I was blocked from every social media, and I never even followed him on fb or IG. He also lived with his wife (ex wife as he told me) and even blocked me from her IG account. What a weird thing. The only way I could reach out to him was via email and then I stopped. A week later or sometimes 2 weeks later he would reach out and I would continue talking to him. Until I got tired. His excuse was that I promised him I'd always be with him. Is he a narcissist? I am not sure. But I don't think he is wholesome and I am also working on being whole and never end up in such situation.

Oh my goodness Lee I just found your post and it's almost exactly a year that my narc EX created an excuse to create a fight and exactly two days ago he calls me while I'm on the phone with a friend and I have not spoken to him since last July 4th 2023 when I officially broke off with him after 10 years of his freaking crazy toxic bulshit relationship. Even though we had a lot of good times together I could never trust him he gave me many reasons to not trust him but I love him did not know who he was when I met him and it took me a long time to learn about toxic narcissistic personalities. Is Mom and Dad were not good Parental Guidance and I know his sister who is extremely awesome. Also a Healer former nurse et cetera she has done her best to Carry On from the family bulshit. Anyway your information couldn't come at a more appropriate time when I knew I would not have any contact with my ex after this last decade. He had me I love him but I also couldn't trust him and I wasn't happy yet I had a soul connection with him and I worked through it and now I'm much happier being alone and on my own as I was before I met him period and my spiritual life is much happier as well. my ex narc poped up yesterday father’s day and was talking to my 18 and 13 yrs old in front of my home. I know the oldest told him to come here but he’s neverrrrrr. Ever since the mistress wife divorced him and took the other kids he’s been tryna spin the block someway some how. it started in may at our sons birthday party. he told our son there’s no beef and i’m cool with your mom, and even tried to touch me to come closer in the family photo I participated in for the kids 😂😂😂 i’m like why is he touching me (he was on one end of 3 kids in the middle and I was on the other) 😅 like nope im good love! For 10 years mine stalked me at work, came to my house crying and begging me, cornered me at stores and blocked my car. Exhausting me to the point. I gave in. This time I left he called me a covert Narc that he was Trauma Bonded to and some other mean things. I left and he filed for divorce 3 days after I left and we are. divorced. Now I am in therapy diagnosed with CPTSD trying to convince my counselor I am the narcissist. I feel so messed up and crazy anymore. I can’t explain how I feel, it’s like I can’t make decisions for myself. I am depressed and question everybody. I feel like I am not normal anymore. I can’t sleep have horrible dreams and wake up missing him.
It takes time. They make you feel crazy. Love yourself and become your own best friend. You’ve got this. I went through it too and it was hell but time heals all ❤
