That and it’s always at a lower RPM at any given time compared to liter bikes to make the same power, so it’s hardly screaming. 11k RPM redline compared to 14k for most 1000cc.
I've wanted one for the last 10-12 years. I've never really been into the sport bike scene but the first time I laid eyes on the Busa, I thought, I might need to have one of those things just for a thrill once in awhile. Those feelings would come and go over the years, every time I would see one out on the road, the spark would fire up again. Even tho I was happy with my current motorcycles, (touring) I just had the reccuring need for something different, I wanted to go fast. I wanted to go really fast and do it safely. About 10 months ago, the feeling turned into an obsession. To be sure I would never have regrets with my purchase, I even began checking out the other bikes in it's class but you know what? Nothing available had that obnoxious, totally cool, unmistakable look, I just love the Hayabusa! Well, I finally did it, went out and got me a Busa and let me tell you, I am really glad I did. In my opinion, for me it is perfect. It does just about everything I want it to do. No matter what kind of riding I want to do, it can do it with no disappointment whatsoever. It can dog around all day like a diesel truck, and it can get up and haul ass when I want a thrill. It can ride down the freeway at 80 mph for a couple hours without the wind kicking my ass, the wind resistance is incredible! I don't get too crazy in the mountain road twistys, but it handles so incredibly well I always feel like I could go alot faster. I have to admit, it did scare the crap out of me the first time I gently rolled the throttle on and the front end shot up in the air. I've found out, you have to respect the insane torque and be ready for anything to happen when you unleash the power of this beast. Yes, I am a huge fan of the Hayabusa, I absolutely love the bike, the legendary status, and the loyal following the bike has created over the years! Sure, it's been around forever, with only minor changes and modifications, but that proves right there that it was close enough to perfect for what it was created to accomplish. Now days you can go out and buy a faster bike with way more technology, but what's the point? I can't imagine wanting to go faster in top speed or faster down the quarter mile than what a stock Hayabusa can do. I know that a new model is in the works and I'm sure that there will be gobs of changes to make it even better but my only hope is, that they keep the style and the current look that has made it the winner that it is today! Thank you for the excellent video, it is a great watch!
I totally totally agree with you... I've been a fan of the Busa myself... Never had the guts to buy and use cause of all the hyped stories heard... But the moment I bought and used... It's the best decision i did... She behaves in whatever manner i want it to be .. from a docile cat to an actual hyper beast...
It’s Me Eric B fascinating. It’s confusing because the naming is so bad. Did I already say that. Especially Ninja’s. Everyone called them Ninja Xxx but ninjas are the name given to any number of styles of bikes. Nina 650 seems more like mt07 than a r6 etc etc
I'm looking at a 2019 right now. Is the weight really that bad? Like maybe off balance? A Goldwing is heavy but doesn't feel bad at low speeds. As long as the inputs are smooth
Own a 2001 custom yellow Busa. That bike still gets a lot of respect and it's almost 20 years old. Lowered DnD Exhaust 2 teeth up in rear. 1 down in front. I love my Busa. ❤️❤️❤️
These bikes are SO massive! They actually make great touring bikes I’ve heard bc they’re so comfortable. Usually not a fan of how they look (probably bc most of them end up getting stretched and spike bolts 😂) but this one looks good! 👌🏻
SALTxTHExWOUND Massive indeed. I would never own one but the do make for a good touring bike. You are right about always seeming them stretched or something crazy done to them. 😄
Yeah I had the zx14r and couldn't ride it because of my hip issues but this bike is low and has a skinnier tank. Super freaking comfortable. I am still breaking it in but I am enjoying being in to actually ride again.
I will never understand the insults about those saying it’s ugly. They were designed and engineered in wind tunnels making these girls purely efficient and unwind resistant to optimize power and speed. Ok! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I see her as GORGEOUS.
Bought my 2019 in January as soon as the weather changed was out and in 4 days went for the break in service and as of today I have almost 900 miles love this bike.
Ive had my 2018 Hayabusa for a year, best bike I have ever owned. Yes its a big bike but once you get used to the balance of the bike you can easily keep up with the smaller GSXR600’s etc (I’ve owned 2 GSXR600’s) on a twisty road and once you hit the straight road it just takes off like a rocket. Never fails to put a smile on my face and makes me laugh every time at the acceleration. Regularly do 200mile plus rides at weekends and get off the bike like I’ve been sitting down for 10 minutes. It took me 5 years to finally get round to owning one as I always thought it was to big and heavy and wouldn’t do what I wanted a sports bike to do. I was wrong, should have got one years ago, go for it, you wont be disappointed!
Colin Armstrong Yes the BUSA is a capable bike, both great for touring and some twistie action. Still would not use it for the track but it has its purpose!
i have a 1999 Hayabusa unrestricted reads 340 km on the speedo It is a respect and pay attention bike with mind boggling power you have to dig into the footpegs when you open it up
I have the 2020 and it is my first bike. I ride it, can't be scared to ride it and just have to be safe and mature about your riding. It's ride or die for me! l love this bike. l am a month in.
To understand the greatness of the busa you really need to ride on. It's so more agile than it looks like and really smooth and easy to ride. I've had a Gen 1 and now riding a Gen 2. The Gen 2 seems a little lower and has a lot more power and torque. Specifically the mid range torque is insane, my busa is equipped with full 4-1 Akrapovic exhaust system for sure sounds lovely and improves the mid section power delivery
Regrettably sold my 07 Gen 1 Hayabusa, hands down the best handling bike I've owned. I've owned 1000cc and 750cc bikes and nothing comes close. these things when thrown on their side just stay there and don't get unsettled by anything. in the right hands these are a weapon!!
Graham constable I agree! I've been riding and racing (track days) since the early 90s on all different size bikes. I bought a Gen2 because I like to travel, but the racer in me still needs to play. I couldn't believe how low she can go and still feel stable. I think most people who ride a busa think it's a one trick pony, but if you really want see what this bike is capable of you have to get used to it and you can't be afraid of the weight. As long as you're a smooth rider she'll dive into the turns like she's on rails. Even riding 2up I've been able to get a knee down. It may not pull the fastest time around a road race course against a 600, however just because you ride a 600 doesn't make you fast and just because I'm on a busa, don't think I won't pass you on the outside of a corner.
@@itsmeericb in my opinion on UK roads yes 👍 my 750 felt so much harder to ride faster, every small bump or stone felt like i was going to crash. Now I'm no racer so possibly that could be dialled out, but with standard setup the ''Big Busa'' would be for me faster and way more fun all round. They are big and heavy standing still, but get one rolling and you'll be stunned how effortlessly they flick side to side. 👌
I used to ride a 150cc bike in 2010, did not ride anything for 10 yrs and now got a Busa in Mar 2020. I don’t have words to express my experience. You can consider me as a beginner in super bike category and I feel privileged to have started this with Busa, so my expectation bar has started from a really really high level. Every time I start my bike and put on 1st gear, the sense of excitement it gives and it keeps going high as you open the throttle. Guys, whether you r looking for the 1st bike or thinking of upgrading, this is that ‘One Bike which you should ride once in your lifetime’.
HAYABUSA= SPEED DEMON . I bought a fzr 600 black/ white my first starter bike rode for a year. Next bike gsxr 600. Then bought a busa. Omg what a difference. Cadillac of bike . Comfort and power 150mph like you are doing 80. Ive had 4 of them so far. Now that im 53 im going to get a 1000cc gsxr.
Idk, I’m not getting Into the argument, but I’ve owned a 2012 busa and 2 14’s. Currently have a 2019 14 and I feel the 14 is just a more refined bike. Noticeable torque and smoother. Still love the busa though.
Get your 14R flashed and the Hayabusa will seem slow ! I'm a Suzuki fan big time. All my bikes were mostly Suzuki, but the 14R flashed is crazy. Then there's the H2 !
Love the Busa's (and ZX14's). They are both amazing. For me, they are nice to ride on a factory demo day once in awhile, but I doubt I will ever own one.
i started on a 2006 gs 500wheni was 20. i put 3 engines through that bike still have it today. when i was 25 i ended up with a zr70. then i turned 26 and baught a 2018 bussa with a power comander in it. took me a month of riding to to balls out in a mode 1st gear to rav it out. this is a monster. comfy on the freeway. its like a cruiser with warpspeed and agility in corners
If you put a gsxr1000 next the busa it will keep pulling like 15 to 20 mph beyond that gsxr1000 that tops out at 180 the busa runs out of gear at 190 195 give or take assuming its stock! Busa just pulled quicker in the top end
I went from a 2017 zx6r to the 2019 hayabusa (same color in the video) it literally took me 3 days to get used to it. Hell the second day I maxed it out. I had 600 miles on it the first week. I got the busa for Highway riding. It’s just solid and feels much more planted than my zx6r ever did.
I have all 3 generations of the Busa. They all have their own characteristics, but at the same time they all have the Busa characteristic to them. First generation is pure raw Busa. It's just Busa and yourself. No modes of technology. Amazing how well it feels with the power it delivers. For a 1999 style riding experience. Second generation is the same raw feeling with more refinements. A few pieces of technology sprinkled in. A bit more powerful feeling with the same Busa ora. Third generation is a new animal in it's own rights. It's a perfection of it's predecessors. Same engine case with all new parts internally. Stronger and more balanced components all the way around inside the engine. Forged pistons instead of aluminum for example. Like it's already built up and ready to sustain an after market turbo out of the factory. Has all the new advanced technology rider aides that's available today. Up and down quick shifter is a game changer. Keeps the reves right in the power band. Almost gives the feeling that it's an electric bike. The way it just keeps pulling and pulling. Without interruption. Torque everywhere! Not to mention cruise control. Feels like I'm riding a horse. Sitting on her without hands. They have perfectly balanced the 3rd generation front and back at 50/50. Feeling completely different in the turns. It's way more nimble in the cornering. Flicking side to side a lot easier than the past generations of the Busa. People definitely should try out this new generation. Still true to the classic feeling of the Hayabusa, in it's perfect form. King of motorcycles!
I know, I hate the looks of them naked bikes. Ugly AF, don’t know what people see in them. I ride cbr1000rr and now just got 19 hyabusa. Can’t wait to ride it!
If you like sport bikes, this one is a must have. I came from a 05 Honda 150 Deluxe scooter straight to a 08 Suzuki Hayabusa 1300 my first motorcycle. It scared the mess out of me at first, was going to take it back but I have grown to really like it and think its the best bike ever. I had many heart sinking moments on it, just be careful when riding it and know your limits.
Great video and beautiful bike. Never ridden a Busa and at 68 years old maybe never will. My bike, ... like me is old (a 88 Katana 1100). Up till recently I thought I might enjoy a Busa but after dropping into a dealership and seeing how low the seat height is, I don't think I'd find it comfortable. I'm 6'2" and think the black 2020 Katana that was sitting beside it would fit me better. Then again as long as my old '88 still runs good, and looks half decent I might just keep my "pre-Busa" Suzuki till it's time to look for something a bit newer and maybe lighter.
Philippine SemiExpat Thank you! The other factor with a BUSA is that it’s heavy. I think the newer Katana would be a great for having an upright comfortable position. If you prefer the styling it would be good for you. Wow, 1988? If you take care of it I guess it can last as long as you want it to!
@@itsmeericb the old Katana was a retirement gift to myself a year ago and had 112000 km on it. It hadn't been used for a year or more and needed carbs cleaned and a good tune up, but it's a pretty good bike. Being as we recently moved to Vancouver I plan on using it lot's around British Columbia over the next while. 😎 Take good care and happy riding.
Brandon Fulton Well, it is a lot of bike but you have already been riding a smaller bike. So you should have some experience riding and it’s no different. Just be responsible with the wrist and respect the power.
I like the "look" of the ZX 14 better, was looking to buy one, ran across a low miles 1 gen Busa (1942mi) brought it instead, have not regretted it! 1st gear is crazy! So much TORQUE! To put it simple, the Busa is high strung, the ZX loads of power but more refined. Period. Have fun, stay safe!!💯
This is one of thr first bike I drove my buddy oens a lot of motorcycles and I rode 5 of them and best thing ever but after I hopped on the busa it was the bike I wanted
GPz 1000RX, to ZX10R to ZX1100 to ZX1200R to ZX14R, Suzuki didn’t really gave that line up as the GSX1100 wasn’t a performance but a tourer based, so it was GSX1300R in ‘99 onwards really to today’s version.. The GSX-R 1100k was a different entity from the GPz’s as one was alloy framed and the other steel, the H2 in its guises is not in either grouping... ZX was also the same as ZZR just dependent on world markets... Exception was the GPz1200 and ZZR1200, same blocks different cams and performance to the ZX12R, but there’s we’re rivals for the GSF1200 commuter/soft tourers as they ran steel frames..
okay I have a 2019 Hayabusa and I've had a little little little bit of work done to it to give it a little more power than it comes stock with and it's a really comfortable ride for me and my wife to be riding on except for the stop-and-go cuz I'm short of course but it's a very very fun bike ride and I recommend it for all experienced riders only lucky said it's not a starter
It’s Me Eric B Indiana. I guess the biggest thing is people aren’t taking out as many loans for vehicles. So my interest rate was super low, and don’t have to make my first payment for 90 days
@@itsmeericb it's because of the bikes. You're doing a fantastic job bro, but bikes simply have a much smaller following than cars. The car enthusiast community is way bigger, with your level of editing/quality you'd grow much faster, I reckon. Look at Goonzquad, they just hit 2M subs the other day. They're good guys but their editing and video quality is very basic, doing everything on an IPhone X. However the car enthusiasts just push their channel like crazy.. I wish the motorcycle community would be much stronger 🙄
I have an 06' Hayabusa, its not only a straight line highway muncher, I take it out on the canyons every weekend and it handles like a dream. Do a real review of it out on some twisties, then you will have much more to say,
The best looking Busa is the gen 1 a classic, gen 2 a bit more curvy and organic looking, both have presence you know exactly what they are at a glance, I have had more Kawasakis than Suzukies, not ridden a Zx 14 but love my Busa's had three and still have 2, brakes a weakness on Gen 1 but can be sorted, some get on with them ok.
I have a 2016 and my brother in law has a brand new 2020 the last year they will make them and I feel they are the same. But I love the power and it never ends it seems. Great bike and truly comfortable even on long rides. Don’t knock it till you try it!!!
Just sat on a 2020 model today amd fell in love. Going straight from a 650 ninja (huge mistake was bored after 2 weeks) to a busa. I've grew up drag racing modified quads and cars, have owned super charged cars etc. I'm not stupid and know my limits. I'm 30 now and just want a comfortable powerful bike I can take to tje drag strip and have some Mexico fun
I owned a 2000 Hayabusa and currently have a Honda CBR1000R. I like the riding position ergonomics and gear shifter of the Hayabusa better. I like the 100 pounds less weight and lack of fairings of the CBR1000R better. I just don't ride over 100 mph all that often so the fairings are just going to waste. I like shifting manual transmissions and the smaller liter bike requires revving it a bit more. The Hayabusa has to much torque you rarely need to downshift. Just roll back the throttle and it will move in any gear at any rpm. The Honda has a gear shift linkage that reminds me of the old mechanical brake linkages. If you don't fully release the shifter it won't shift up. Pre-loading the shifter a bit really helps reliable upshifts. The slipper clutch is perfect downshifts every time. I never even noticed the shifter on the Hayabusa, other than it worked fine. The natural lean forward riding position of the Hayabusa is conducive to bending your elbows. This makes it easy to counter-steer. The upright riding position of the Honda makes it easy to straight arm the handle bars, but not so easy to counter-steer. You naturally push down the handlebars rather that forward. On the Honda I intentionally lean forward to bend my elbows when I reach the twisties. Problem solved. Given my slow poke nature, I'm perfectly happy with the Honda, but would be happy to have a Hayabus too, if I had a big enough garage.
@@itsmeericb As a Hayabusa owner I thought your description was very fair. I like the lower weight of the Honda. It is a bit more flickable. But when you only ride one motorcycle it quickly becomes normal and you don't notice it. I didn't notice the weight of the Hayabusa when I was riding it. It just seemed normal. The real danger of the Hayabusa is wanting to see the pretty tach go to redline. It's like the starship Enterprise going into warp drive. It is hard for your mind to comprehend how fast things are coming at you. Especially if you are in the twisties or you keep upshifting. Both bikes are far beyond my capability to ride them to the limit. Neil Young said every guitar has at least one great song in it (creates the perfect mood, even if it's grinding despair). Every motorcycle has a least one great ride in it, often way more than that.
camgere Well put. 👍 Riding more than one bike gives you a good overall sense of how to maneuver based on the characteristics of the bike. Not get used to one bike. You are right, the Busa is a rocket ship, but then again 1000 feels the same way! 😄 Most of us ya will never reach the full potential of a motorcycle unless we take it to the track and even then Marc Marquez and Valentino Rossi aren’t human. Haha!! Heck we can’t even take most sports cars to the limit.
You should try one without tank grips.. you really feel the crazy torque, When I added tank grips I felt at one with the bike, like it lost 50hp...lol but in a good stable way.
I just bought a 2019 couple weeks ago, People saying they are good for touring? It's got more of an aggressive stance than I expected. My other bike (Ninja650) is like sitting on a cruiser in comparison. I'm in love with this bike, it leans way better than I thought it would. No comparison with the zx14r, if you sit on them side by side, zx14r feels china made.
@@itsmeericb Answering every comment huh? careful that is gonna be hard to do when you blow up! I used to spend like 4 hours everyday answering comments in the mornings. Naw it's good though, I appreciate it : )
Graduated my beginners riding class and got my license by 10/22/19. This was my first time ever on a bike. My next time February 2020, on one of my partners 2008 Busa, I followed him around the city while he drove his Sling Shot. Two weeks later he let me use it for a weekend. His house is about 1 hour and 15 minutes from my house, I was nervous as hell but I was still in Love from my first experience on that Busa. April I bought a Nice 2000 750 ZX7R. May _ I bought the exact same Busa in this Video for $10,021.00. I was still a little nervous! But the sales Rep showed me how to set it on B Mode and sent me on my way. 1 hour 25 to 30 ride. 1 hour 10 to 15 minutes on the Freeway with my youngest Daughter following me. Mannnnn I got on that Freeway on a very beautiful day and left her ass. This bike rides s😁 g😁😁d it boosted my confidence. I'm saving up for a 240 upgrade kit just to get a little more help in those corners when I'm riding someone. Other than that my 750 been under a bike cover in my garage. This bike is Caddy on 2 wheels.
Good review. I've had a couple 1k. Loved them especially at Willow Springs Raceway. Ended up riding a friend's Busa, then pick up a 04 Hayabusa. Lowered/stretch, modded& tune. I love it& it still corners also high 30's to 40 mpg if I'm Kool. Plus I found out if you want to build it more it's endless. Guys getting 900-1000hp. Then I know they have a lot of wins in NHRA. Also Busa held the title for how many years & everyone was crying. No power adder's. Suzuki held to gentleman agreement. Kawi H2 yes faster out the box w a power adder w no blow back. You can have a turbo Busa w out breaking the bank that's enjoyable! All I can say is great bike, that's just my 2 cents
Don't forget ladies &gents. Some people don't like the looks to me reminds me of the Japanese Falcon also wind tunnel tested. What other bike has been wind tunnel tested?

I'm not sure if it's this way with all ZX14s, but the crew I ride with, there's about4 of them. They're ALWAYS in the shop. I know all bikes have their weaknesses. There's not a perfect one out there. However, I can say this the 2 best bikes ever had were the 2013 ZX6R and the bike I have now, the 2018 Busa. I've never had a major break down with either one and I can comfortably ride all day on the Busa.
@@itsmeericb that may be a good reason. 2 of them are always pulling wheelies, so you know those fork seals are going to go. Who knows what else they do. I'm not saying that I'm an angel or anything. That thing sounds pretty good on camera so I know it sounded even better in person.. especially on them downshifts 🔥👍🏾 I like the ZX-14 looks a bit better! How did it feel compared to the 14 you rode not long ago?

Bought my 2019 in January as soon as the weather changed was out and in 4 days went for the break in service and as of today I have almost 900 miles love this bike.
mstngken That awesome! Good to hear everyone is enjoying their Busas. That what it’s all about! Enjoying the love of riding and the bike they own.
Still would not use it for the track but it has its purpose!
busa user forever
best street bike for older or heavier guys and unbreakable with maintenance
i have a 1999 Hayabusa unrestricted reads 340 km on the speedo It is a respect and pay attention bike with mind boggling power you have to dig into the footpegs when you open it up
I own a 2018 BUSA & I love it!! Hayabusa is still ass kicker!!🚀💪
I just love the looks that comes with the performance. Looks 100 times better stretched with a fat tire
In fact this design is a work of art , the sport bike of its own class
This ultimate machine is the definition of exellent workmanship and my prize possession.
Riding a Hayabusa is a big dream of mine.....!
I don't know when this dream will come true....!
Love you Busa very much.....
😍😍😍😘😘😘💖💖💖
If you ever find yourself in Texas and you hadn't rode one yet, let me know. I have a 2019, just like the one in this video.
Is been a year for me, i got mine in june 2019 for my Birthday it is a monster.
I didn’t even know 2019 Hayabusa even existed so this is all mind blowing to me
Got mine in June 2019 too. Still ride tf out of it.

Hanre Theart the paintjob is superb but I don’t exactly find these attractive in a classical sense
Definitely dad bike in superbikes who can still hunt down many supersport nowadays
Regrettably sold my 07 Gen 1 Hayabusa, hands down the best handling bike I've owned.
I've owned 1000cc and 750cc bikes and nothing comes close.
these things when thrown on their side just stay there and don't get unsettled by anything. in the right hands these are a weapon!!
graham constable Really? Handles better than a 1000 or 750? Yeah I sometimes feel the same way about my 600 I sold.
@@itsmeericb in my opinion on UK roads yes 👍
my 750 felt so much harder to ride faster, every small bump or stone felt like i was going to crash.
Now I'm no racer so possibly that could be dialled out, but with standard setup the ''Big Busa'' would be for me faster and way more fun all round.
They are big and heavy standing still, but get one rolling and you'll be stunned how effortlessly they flick side to side. 👌
@@timothybrengel872 couldn't agree more.
these bikes are awesome at whatever you want them to do.
Hayabusa, Love it, i hope i will own Hayabusa someday in my Life, wish to ride busa in Tbilisi streets

HAYABUSA= SPEED DEMON .
I bought a fzr 600 black/ white my first starter bike rode for a year.

Omg what a difference.
Cadillac of bike .

Ive had 4 of them so far.
Now that im 53 im going to get a 1000cc gsxr.
Eamon Augustine Yes it is the Cadillac of sport bikes! Has a comfortable touring feel to it with crazy sport bike top end power!
Hayabusa is a legend and will always be🤟
Idk, I’m not getting Into the argument, but I’ve owned a 2012 busa and 2 14’s. Currently have a 2019 14 and I feel the 14 is just a more refined bike. Noticeable torque and smoother. Still love the busa though.
Low Life18 Yeah the ZX-14 I rode was a 2104. They are both good bikes, but really comes down to personal preference in my opinion.
I have a 2017 ZX14 and I’m looking to buy a 2019 Busa tomorrow.
Daniel Cobb Awesome! What year?
It’s Me Eric B I’m looking to purchase the bike in 2020
Get your 14R flashed and the Hayabusa will seem slow ! I'm a Suzuki fan big time. All my bikes were mostly Suzuki, but the 14R flashed is crazy. Then there's the H2 !
Old school I’m 2 months in on the Busa... I’m getting them both flashed.
Love the Busa's (and ZX14's). They are both amazing. For me, they are nice to ride on a factory demo day once in awhile, but I doubt I will ever own one.
Michael Powers Do they allow you to open the throttle a little on demo days?
@@itsmeericb if it's people I know running the demo ride. They might....😉
Just bought a 2019 Busa and I love it! The weight isn’t that bad being that I’m 100 pounds soaking wet lol..
i started on a 2006 gs 500wheni was 20. i put 3 engines through that bike still have it today. when i was 25 i ended up with a zr70. then i turned 26 and baught a 2018 bussa with a power comander in it. took me a month of riding to to balls out in a mode 1st gear to rav it out. this is a monster. comfy on the freeway. its like a cruiser with warpspeed and agility in corners
Alex Ruiz At least you had some experience on another before getting a Busa. 👍
What a bike! I love the Hayabusa.
Where are all the Busa owners! How does this compare to other 1000s (as in liter bikes that aren’t Busas or ZX-14s)?
It's like a gsxr1000 with an extra gear in top end
If you put a gsxr1000 next the busa it will keep pulling like 15 to 20 mph beyond that gsxr1000 that tops out at 180 the busa runs out of gear at 190 195 give or take assuming its stock! Busa just pulled quicker in the top end
Brian Krasne what year GSXR 1000?
@@itsmeericb I dont have one I just enjoy studying different Japanese motorcycles when I'm not riding my vmax!
@Louise Cilliers didn't used to be that way lol
I went from a 2017 zx6r to the 2019 hayabusa (same color in the video) it literally took me 3 days to get used to it. Hell the second day I maxed it out. I had 600 miles on it the first week. I got the busa for Highway riding. It’s just solid and feels much more planted than my zx6r ever did.
Very nice! Oh yeah I would imagine the weight of Busa would be a better planted bike over the ZX-6R.
Wow! I can only imagine how the first generation would be without electronics. Thanks for your feedback! 💪
It's not Ugly...... It's Beautiful.........Much much better than Alien looking bikes nowadays
Wow a scooter to a Busa! 😱 You’re a brave man! Haha! Yes most definitely respect the power and just be careful. 👍👍
Fayattenam! Busa looks good!
Thanks man, very helpful straight to the point review. Dreaming of picking one up next year, can't wait.
Before the ZX12 and the Busa there was the daddy of the hyperbikes, the ZX11. That was the monster that gave rise to these bikes.
And it’s special for what reason besides putting its dick in the mother of these bikes?
The BUSA PULLS!!! I love my ‘19 more than any bike I’ve owned and rode.
Heck yeah like a freight train!
Hi from Russia dude, cool channel, cool review, Hayabusa power!!!
That’s my dream bike... BUSA!!!
I love the production. Thank you for the great quality!
Yan Taran Thank you!
That exhaust sounds amazing!
I'm going from a 500cc bike to a 2020 Hayabusa, am I making a wrong choice???
Brandon Fulton Well, it is a lot of bike but you have already been riding a smaller bike. So you should have some experience riding and it’s no different. Just be responsible with the wrist and respect the power.
Love the torque right when it kicks you in the face that's what's up
I love my Busa360 😍😍😍
I like the "look" of the ZX 14 better, was looking to buy one, ran across a low miles 1 gen Busa (1942mi) brought it instead, have not regretted it! 1st gear is crazy! So much TORQUE! To put it simple, the Busa is high strung, the ZX loads of power but more refined. Period. Have fun, stay safe!!💯
New Hayabusas don't look like they would be straight line killers....but it's a gorgeous bike!
“ Not a pretty bike “ these bikes are sexy as anything in my opinion. Good review brother👍
I have the same bike and love it. I got it 2 weeks ago it is awesome!
Exception was the GPz1200 and ZZR1200, same blocks different cams and performance to the ZX12R, but there’s we’re rivals for the GSF1200 commuter/soft tourers as they ran steel frames..
okay I have a 2019 Hayabusa and I've had a little little little bit of work done to it to give it a little more power than it comes stock with and it's a really comfortable ride for me and my wife to be riding on except for the stop-and-go cuz I'm short of course but it's a very very fun bike ride and I recommend it for all experienced riders only lucky said it's not a starter
what engine oil do you use on the bike?
Just like the Z900RS Kawasaki. Really unusual. But beautiful engines and refinement that just make people so happy.
08/09 are the none restriction models. The best year in my opinion
I’ve got a 2019 Busa, and I love it!!! Bought it with one mile ❤️

Danny M Thank you! I appreciate that very much. 😊 The struggle is real with trying to get subscribers. 😄

Hope they make a new busa to go against the kawi
@Daniel Smith no shit sherlock i said new busa so something that has alot of influence from the busa to go against the h2 and the h2r
I used to be anti Busa, but like you said don’t knock it until you try it! 👍
This is a good beginner's bike!
Given my slow poke nature, I'm perfectly happy with the Honda, but would be happy to have a Hayabus too, if I had a big enough garage.
camgere You mentioned something great points! How do you feel with the weight of the Busa over the CBR?
Was the heavenly Turbobusa discontinued?

How would you compare to ZX14R overall, as well as comfortable?
To be honest hey are both pretty comfortable. Minimal difference in that department.
Joseph My Life - Kano Moto Yeah I could definitely take it on a long ride over my 1000. 650s are another good bike for that as well.

Micky Peregrine Wow, that is crazy they are always broken. Maybe they are rough on them? You are right about being able to ride the Busa all day.
@@itsmeericb that may be a good reason. 2 of them are always pulling wheelies, so you know those fork seals are going to go. Who knows what else they do. I'm not saying that I'm an angel or anything. Yeah man it sounded good! I thought they were pretty comparable. The Zx-14 probably had more up top, but honestly it comes down to what you like best.
