    Thank you. Your comment about always having access to the parasympathetic system by spending just 30 seconds consciously breathing in 4/6 was a very important and timely reminder for me! Gotta do that more as lead a life that’s way too stressful’

    This was great. I hurt myself doing lunges and I've been in pain on and off. Today I had pain. After listening to you. It went away. Ty🙏

    Thank you Justin. I had a terrible pain in my back and chest and heart palpitations. This calmed me down and relaxed me.

    I had a full meltdown and this helped me so much I was only able to inhale 3 seconds tho has no problem exhaling. I’m sure when I’m already in a calm state I would be able to do 4 seconds.

    I loved it thank you 💖 I was so "wired" today after a long period of feeling down, I began to question the state of my mental health! I did this as instructed and I am 95% more calm, relaxed and settled than I've felt in years. About to sleep but will check out your site tomorrow 💖🙏💖

    I have terrible fatigue, someone says this could be anxiety or long covid .
    But it’s about nerves deregulating. Do you agree ?

      It could be a combination of the two. I suffered with chronic fatigue. These breath exercises and guided sessions were key to healing my body. Practice this daily for 6 weeks. You will see the difference. Please focus on the breathing technique I guide here. Wishing you back to health.
