I had a full meltdown and this helped me so much I was only able to inhale 3 seconds tho has no problem exhaling. I’m sure when I’m already in a calm state I would be able to do 4 seconds.

It could be a combination of the two. I suffered with chronic fatigue. These breath exercises and guided sessions were key to healing my body. Practice this daily for 6 weeks. You will see the difference. Please focus on the breathing technique I guide here. Wishing you back to health.
