So glad to see Body Project has created a lower impact walk at home video! This is great for us people who had injuries and have to take a break from other kinds of low impact HIIT.
I realized today that a year ago I wouldn’t of been able to chase my students on the playground (I’m a preschool teacher.) today I’m able to run around out there with them... Wow, just started back again after a disappointing weight gain. Thought I had to be perfect to progress, so I failed. Again and again. But today, I’m starting again. Because it’s the showing up that matters. Thank you.
I have never been one for home workouts, always hit the gym! Being a former bodybuilder, my body, joints and muscles are not what they used to be. I get more satisfaction now out of doing home workouts when ever I want in my own home, going at my own pace and taking care of my joints in the process. Absolutely love the energy and realness of it. I have been doing body project for months now and it is just part of my routine. High recommended, thank you so much for sharing all your content for free
Daniel you are a LEGEND. Keeping it soooo real "feeling fatigued" that's why although I've tried other workouts, I always come back to Body Project. Your, encouragement, sense of humour and just your personality keeps me inspired. Music isn't point as well. Great to see you back with another video.
Dear Team Body Project, I just want to share my gratitude to you all and to your channel that was a key a factor in my journey to lose weight. Just want to say a huge thank you to you guys, over lockdown keeping fit was more of a challenge - thanks to your videos it's been fun and I do them every day! Thanks for all the amazing work you do!
Can we please have more of these fun walking workouts in the near future. You guys are total inspiration and have motivated me to keep moving throughout the pandemic. Thank you so much :)
I always thought workouts had to be all or nothing/if you're not dying you didn't work hard enough. Both the pandemic and my weight gain have humbled me to the point where workouts like these don't feel like a cheat, but an actual workout. I don't need to be in pain after to consider something a good workout. I showed up, did the work, and had fun!
After years and years of trying to find the right fit for workout....I stumble onto you folks.......I absolutely love this program......I love how encouraging you are. The fact that you keep telling people to keep going and then your end high fives has me high fiving my mirror lol.....thank you thank you....for finally making me look forward to working out
I usually don’t comment on youtube videos but I need to say thank you Team Body Project. I’ve started your workouts two weeks ago and it felt like a breath of fresh air being able to do complete 30 mins cardio workouts . I used to wear myself out trying to keep up with big cardio routines that would discourage me and have me quit after doing 2 workouts in about 14 days. With your workouts, I’ve been enjoying training a lot more and have been training 5 days a week in the last 2 weeks
Sometimes what's more important to watch are your inches and not necessarily the number on the scale. Don't get too obsessed with the #. Weight training is also important to strengthen bones. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat and don't forget to give yourself 1 or 2 days off a week. Try to be happy on the inside too!
Woooow here I am moving my body even with a persistent headache... I used to have such an all-or-nothing attitude. If I couldn't give a workout my all, I wouldn't even bother trying. I didn't reach any personal bests today, but I still DID IT. I'm really proud and wanted to share that with everyone. With the disclaimer, of course take care of yourself first, but if you think you're well enough to do even a little bit, give it a try!
I cannot thank you enough for your videos. I started viewing them in 2020 when the gyms shut down. A year later, I have dropped the gym membership and utilize these videos along with ruck marches in the park. Really appreciate your passion and enthusiasm. I have bad knees and this allows me to achieve the level of cardio I need.
I still remember the first day I started your workouts, it was really hard, but I tell you, I find it easy and fun nowadays. Improved on my stamina a lot and of course I lost few kgs. Its been 4 months I'm following all of you. Thank you so much for keep us motivated.
Thank you body project I have been doing your exercises since the pandemic started last March. I overall lost 20pds. And feel great my arthritis doesn’t bother me. I look forward to doing a workout everyday. I recently got a new doctor cause the last doctor I had said 20pds isn’t good enough. And discouraged me but we all go at our own pace. Love how you have helped me feel confident

I am on the recovery progress from covid and out of breath everywhere, and this workout has just the right intensity for me to start! You are awesome as always Team Body Project!
This is the first enjoyable and actually doable workout (for a fat person), thank you guys so much! I usually prefer the gym, but it seems like there's no hope for a soon opening in Germany, and I've really gotten out of shape because of the months of not training, but this will get me back on track and I'll be ready when the gyms open again😊 The timer also helps a lot! Big recommendation for everyone who wants to get out of their Covid coma 💪
I've been doing Team Body Project workouts for over a year (down 90 lbs) and everytime I think they are finally going easy on us, they put me back in my place lol. This one takes a lot of coordination and did not expect to be sweating as much as I did after. 100% adding this to my weekly routine. Keep it up!
I love BodyProject! I hate working out but I actually look forward to these videos. Training for longevity. Progress not Perfection has become my mantra!! THANK YOU DANIEL AND ALEX!
Team Body Project have the absolute best workouts for any intensity level. I can see that the routines are carefully paced and ordered to give room for recovery and continuity at the same time. This is something that I haven't found anywhere else. I keep coming back here and I am thankful. WELL DONE!!!
I haven't lost any weight (because I'm not strict enough with food) but I tried this workout around the time if first came out, and today about one year later I did it again and it felt easy. I made my moves faster and squat deeper to get my heart rate up. I'm shocked at the difference in my heart health after following your videos!
After 9 months of not working out because two ankle injuries that happened back to back… I decided to give this one a shot to get back into working out. This is day 2, but yesterday while doing this one, I realized halfway through that I was so happy to do your workout vids again that I was smiling. I also felt the serendipity when Daniel said during the cool down “some of us are working through injuries…” Thank you so so so much for your videos. I found y’all 2 years ago and was able to get into amazing shape. Looking forward to finding myself again through health and fitness after a 9 month break!
Sooooo much more than a walk! Thanks for a new fun workout! No plans to return to the gym anytime soon - I’m completely hooked on your brilliant routines!
I am sooooooo excited to see a walk at home version!! The beat had me lost sometimes lol but Daniel made up for it with his natural charisma and Alex is so smooth as usual. Thank you guys for your motivation!!!! 😎🎶
Amazing. I adore the slow burn that is this workout. Not taking an actual break is deceptively tough towards the end, and SO rewarding. I always love watching Alex and Dan together. They have such fun chemistry! ♡♡♡
Was only planning on doing 15 minutes of this but ended up doing it all. Body Project it starting to become my favorite go to workouts. I love the inspirational messages at the end of the workouts.
Didn’t have the energy to walk outdoors, so I searched on UA-cam and found this phenomenal video! Burned 300 calories, and had 3, 292 steps. Woo-hoo!! Loved this
I found your channel when lockdowns started and although i give up my workout routine due to lack of motivation sometimes, i always come back and ur channel is the first i check to start over again. Thank u. Love from Iran 🇮🇷❤️

Video production is not an easy thing, but you guys make everything look easy. I just want you to know that all your effort and work is much appreciated. My sisters and I have used your workouts 3 times a week for a year now (we meet together on zoom) and you have made a huge difference in our lives. Thank you so much and God bless you!

I realized my body burn much more fat in a fasted state so i do 17hrs fasting and cutting sugar really made a difference. Thank you TBP! Keep on making amazing and inspiring workout vids!
Wow I am the first one to see this? Was just thinking this morning I hope TBP are going to upload a new workout soon. Lol. Will be doing this later. I am in the best shape of my life from working out with TBP 3 to 4 times a week. ☺️💪

I've been doing Team Body Project workouts for over a year (down 90 lbs) and everytime I think they are finally going easy on us, they put me back in my place lol.
This one takes a lot of coordination and did not expect to be sweating as much as I did after. 100% adding this to my weekly routine. Keep it up!
Thank you so much. Ive never liked exercise but your workouts are really enjoyable. I feel healthier and happier.
Thank you for keeping it fun and offering so much encouragement. I've always hated exercise until I found you guys! Oh, and Alex is a doll!
I love BodyProject! I hate working out but I actually look forward to these videos. Training for longevity. Progress not Perfection has become my mantra!! THANK YOU DANIEL AND ALEX!
Love it! I am 56 and some things are not for me, but this I can do!
I’m 69 and I’m doing it, too!
Team Body Project have the absolute best workouts for any intensity level. I can see that the routines are carefully paced and ordered to give room for recovery and continuity at the same time. This is something that I haven't found anywhere else. I keep coming back here and I am thankful. WELL DONE!!!
Love ❤️ this session, all standing, easy, rhythmic, fun, low impact, and healthy. Thanks a lot 🙌
I haven't lost any weight (because I'm not strict enough with food) but I tried this workout around the time if first came out, and today about one year later I did it again and it felt easy. I made my moves faster and squat deeper to get my heart rate up. I'm shocked at the difference in my heart health after following your videos!
Hello from the USA! You two make exercise fun...thank you!
“You can pause, it’s okay. You are still a winner!” Thank you....I enjoy your work outs....great sweat!
Daniel was spot on! That was a deceitful workout but loved every minute of it, thank you ❤️
After 9 months of not working out because two ankle injuries that happened back to back… I decided to give this one a shot to get back into working out. This is day 2, but yesterday while doing this one, I realized halfway through that I was so happy to do your workout vids again that I was smiling. I also felt the serendipity when Daniel said during the cool down “some of us are working through injuries…”
Thank you so so so much for your videos.
The pep talks with each workout are what make Body Project so unique and wonderful! ‘Keeps me coming back, thanks guys!
Thanks to Daniel, Alex & the team! Your workouts help me through the lockdown. 🙏 from 🇨🇦
This is by far and away the most fun workout I've ever done. I loved it all the way thru. Thank you!!!
This was the first time in 10 years that I completed a 30 minute workout without giving up. Progress!
I am sooooooo excited to see a walk at home version!! The beat had me lost sometimes lol but Daniel made up for it with his natural charisma and Alex is so smooth as usual. Thank you guys for your motivation!!!! 😎🎶
As soon as this uploaded last night, I knew exactly what I was doing first thing in the morning! ✅
Amazing. I adore the slow burn that is this workout. Not taking an actual break is deceptively tough towards the end, and SO rewarding. I always love watching Alex and Dan together. They have such fun chemistry! ♡♡♡
I’m very happy to have found your workouts. Daniel you’re adorable and make the workouts fly by. You’re a great team. Thank you!
Was only planning on doing 15 minutes of this but ended up doing it all. Body Project it starting to become my favorite go to workouts. I love the inspirational messages at the end of the workouts.
Nice job, keep up the great work!
Perfect workout to do during Ramadan. Thank you team body project. 💕💕
I can never say enough ‘thank you’s for the joy both you and your team are giving me. Keep up the great work!
I adore you guys! This was (as always) a fantastic workout for this 45 year old woman! Sending lots of love and appreciation from Canada! ❤️🇨🇦
Daniel and Alex are always great, but their laughter and jokes in this video made it even better :) Thanks for the workout!!
I owe you a big THANK YOU for all your free videos. I realize how much effort goes into them, from workout planning to choosing music and timing it so perfectly.
Thanks for the awesome workout video, I also became a member on your site last week and it has a ton of useful and very simple yet effective workout videos for all fitness levels. Keep up the good work!

Wow, I totally underestimated what this "walking" video would be. I thought it was going to be easy but I should have known it was going to be GREAT AND JUST WHAT I NEEDED. Thank you again for a great video:)
I am sooooo thankful for the energy and fun you put into these workouts. You don't feel until its over!! Amazing! The best workouts I've ever done.
Thank you, Body project! Amazing exercise as usual! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I was looking for something different and discovered this channel. Love it! You put the fun back into working out, and I totally agree with the idea of a sustainable workout. I see so many people try to push so hard then giving up. No. Finding something doable yet challenging is the right idea! Thank you!!
You guys! Oh wow. Loved this so much. Your personalities came out, and I felt like I went on a walk with both of you. I’m a big fan of you work out videos, and I adore your spirit and how you change the game. Thank you so much for being you and contributing positively! 🤍🌸✨🌟💗
Wow what a walk....we just walked through the beautiful campus of El Morro in Old San Juan with the bays entrance view! Daniel, you keep says those things you say they come from the heart and that si priceless! Thank you A&D!
yay a new video , thank you body project‼️
I look forward to this exercise video because this is (somewhat) my cooldown, relaxing exercise for the week. And listening to these two makes me appreciate my efforts. I am a 31yo 5'6" guy, before 200 now 165 in 3months just by doing TBP videos every morning.
Love the team body workout. It was a blessing
Thanks for this Video Daniel and alex 👏👏
Thank you for the body positivity and focus on feeling good/self love/self celebration. Your workouts have helped me change my relationship with my body and physical activity as an adult.
At the beginning I felt awkward but I end up all sweaty thank you guys!

Getting back into exercise and really enjoyed this workout. In fact I enjoy all the workouts I have done of the Body Projects! 😊
Will try this tomorrow morning
This is one of the most catchy cardio routines online right now. Great choice of music!
My favorite workout
May be mine as well!
Your channel is the one and only foreign workout channel that I subscribed. Love the low impact but high intensity, never disappoints me. Love how you encourage the audience to exercise ❤️🙏 Thank you so much!!!
Well I completely flaked out! No exercise and crappy diet the past year... but I’m back! And I’m clawing back some motivation that I used to have and starting from scratch
Y'all, this is my favorite workout. I come back to this one time and time again, because I LOVE the silliness, the good attitudes and watching Alex & Dan flirt. It feels like going on a walk with your buddies. Thanks for all you do, TBP. You're helping a lot of folks. Love from Texas!
Thank u for the work outs ☺
I listened to you with my iPhone & earbuds while at the park doing a power walk. You two kept me motivated. 👌 ❤️ 💪
More walking exercise,please 🙏
Yes! I agree, this one was 🔥🔥
