I mean Angie and Tash are amazing doing it on high intensity, but Wade and Christen are like me in terms of body size and to see them going at pace and survive till the end is inspriational to me whenever I watch these workouts. You inspire me to get up and workout in the mornings and I will never every stop appreciating that at all. So thanks to everyone in Body Project! Hey guys, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. In May 2022 I weighed in at 105 Kilograms, all fat no muscle. I hadn't done sport for 9 years (I am 27 and 181 cm tall) and your 30-minute online tutorial helped me start my fitness journey. After a month of doing your workout 6 days a week, I felt phenomenal. I lost 5 Kilograms and my fatigue level became outstanding. I could really feel how my heart started to become normal again. Afterward, I started Bouldering and had the time of my life. I've never been in love with anything else that much before in my life. Without you guys, I wouldn't have found my passion for sports. I even started lifting weights soon after in August and as of today, I have managed to bench 100 Kilograms for the first time, while weighing 89 Kilograms. I can even run half marathons now, without pain in my joints. I have reconnected with so many old friends because of you guys and met so many more amazing people. And for the first time in forever, I am content with the way I look. You probably saved me from a not-so-far-away heart attack and changed my entire life. So again, from the bottom of my heart. Same. My passion for fitness started with body project. I used to be skinny fat then gained too much weight after my pregnancy. Started to feel abnormaly weak. I wanted to do something about it. Thank god I randomly found TBP the first day I searched for a workout on UA-cam. I felt amazingly good afterward. A total body cardio and résistance workout for beginner. It was 100% fun and 0 frustration. I emediatly downloaded the app and signed in. After a year I felt confident in my fitness level. I reached a healthy muscle mass and fat percentage level! wanted to try other things. Went on fitness classes, running, Pilates, you name it. It was fun for a short time but ended up with disconfort in my back, feet, thighs and very little results oddly. So back to the OG. The Body Project! The only workout programs where I saw results whitout ever getting injured.
These workouts are perfect for me. I'm not inexperienced but I'm not a hard core athlete either. These I can do and feel like I got a great workout without having my body in pain for days after. Thank you for being a positive in a very chaotic world right now. Starts my day off right.

Love this! For years I have done high intensity workouts. 61 now, herniated discs dictate I should be doing low impact exercises. This is perfect.Still feel like I'm getting a good workout!! Thank you!
I've done 40 days straight and love these workouts. They are low impact so feel I can do each day and now its become routine. Feel much stronger and happier. Just need to sort out my diet which I'm struggling to follow, but so much happier
I used TBP for a long time and got in great shape. Ran a mile for the first time in my life at 39 and then the next day ran a 5k for charity. Stopped working out for about a year then decided to get back into it today and chose this workout and I am absolutely beat and exhausted in the best possible way.

I'm over 50yr woman who fell 6 weeks ago and fractured my elbow. I needed something to get me back into exercise and have some weights in to strengthen my arm /elbow. I really enjoyed this exercise and felt it gave me a good workout to start again after so many weeks not being able to with weights . Thanks
I have arthritis and find it hard to do lots of leg bends but with this I know I can go as low as I need and still get a good workout, keep this type of walking exercise coming xxx
Caught this at a good time. I was looking for an evening workout and this popped up. Not your ordinary run of the mill walking workout for sure.I broke out in a quite a bit of sweat and had to modify some moves since I had already done some strength workouts earlier. Now it's time to do an extended stretch and cool down. Great workout and great to see Daniel step in for a sec. I miss seeing him do the workouts with you. 😥

This is by far my favorite workout for when I've been away for a bit and need to ease back in. It's a full body workout, and challenging but doable!
