I love these workouts. I really appreciate that they use people who look like real people and Daniel, even though he’s clearly fit, isn’t intimidating. He really “sells” that these workouts are hard for him in a way that’s not patronizing and really encourages you to finish. I think I’m ready to advance to something more complicated now as a result. I did these workouts during 2020, they were the only constant thing during covid. I stopped for a while, and now I've just done this workout, and cried when Daniel said he was proud.
During Covid lockdown I discovered Team Body Project and they were a life changing experience with giving me a positive attitude and making myself move. Now I still watch and do and probably will never join a gym. Who needs a gym when Daniel is staring at you and encouraging you!
I'm undergoing chemotherapy for lymphoma now, and this workout keeps me going. I keep coming back to it whenever I can, because it makes me feel like a fighter. The positivity from the team is so addictive. I love you Kristin, Daniel and Tosh!

These are literally my favorite! I’ve been doing them nightly for three weeks straight and almost cry at the end cause Daniel is so motivating!! Kristen expressions literally are me 100%. Laughing but cussing under my breath 🤣❤️
I love your videos. When I started these videos, I had COVID and was just doing these videos while quarantined in my room to avoid blood clots. Now, I have gone from 287 to 242 pounds and feel much better in my body. (I also swim laps now and walk my dog for miles). When I can't get to the pool because I worked late or something (like today), I am sure to come here and do a couple of your videos. As an African-American obese women, I extremely appreciate that you use all sizes and shapes and shades of people. It's GREAT!
At the end of 2019 I was 104kg, I found the body project real start and with doing your low impact exercise and a calorie controlled diet I lost 25kgs and was the most fit I'd even been in my life. In 2020 I got really sick with pancreatitis. It knocked me out for almost a year so I didn't exercise. I've been depressed a lot this year but I'm back now! I haven't gained weight but I'm no longer fit so it's like starting from scratch but I'm excited to get back to where I was! Wish me luck

Thank you guys so much. I had cancer surgery #1/3 in June and I credit body project for rehabbing me back to running 3-4 miles a day. I Know as I am about to go into my second surgery in Nov body project workouts are going to keep me positive , motivated and in shape as I will have to take a step back from running yet again! #Change Juice! Thanks y’all for all you do at Team Body Project! A lot changed during the pandemic: I lost my job, gained weight, then I had a baby. I was exhausted and never had the motivation nor energy to workout. When I started Body Project in April, I couldn’t finish the workout… and I cried; not because I was mad or upset but because I was so dang proud of myself. Daniel, Alex, Kristen, and Tash: thank you for motivating me, providing inspiration and encouraging me to wake up the next day for another workout. I’m stronger, happier, and can almost squeeze back into my pre-pregnancy clothes! You’ve motivated my husband to join in, too!
Yours is the only channel that justifies what 'low impact' really means. It indeed has a low impact on knees! And this is from a girl who has struggles with weak knees for over a decade. I love the body project workouts. Daniel is brilliant. I have PCOS so whenever I do other work out programmes, they are too intensive and increase by cortisol levels, thereby making me gain weight instead of losing. Took me ages to find something low intensity. These workouts are perfect and the only time I have seen a difference. It’s also the only workout my husband will do with me! As someone who fell into poor eating habits and a sedentary lifestyle due to depression, I can't begin to express how important your messages of encouragement are to me while doing these workouts. Self-love and self-confidence are huge factors in making real positive changes for a lifetime. Daniel I wanted to give you a shout out. Being a man of faith I hate to admit that sometimes I get down on myself. I often believe that all of validation should come from above, but life keeps showing me that isn’t the case. Even when I crack open the scriptures I see David encouraging himself. Being an African American I find Daniels going on about to be hoaky and cheesy, but if I be honest it’s very cathartic and healing. I am over weight and I can’t do the things I love until I change but each and every workout I do with Daniel and co. seems to help me heal and love myself better. I am no where near close but I am claiming life back on 30 min workout at a time. Thank you and God bless.

My 3rd Body Project workout and as with the other two, I LOVED this workout!!!!! These workouts are so different, different then any other I have done before and I am not new to home workouts. I am just sad I did not find them sooner. I'm totally hooked and am even buying the year subscription which I have never done before. These workouts are PERFECT!!! Daniel is a born motivator and even the beginner classes offer a huge challege!! Love the fun he has with his teammates and I find his messages valuable and much needed. I’ve been doing these every weekday morning at 6am, I lead a busy life and love getting up that bit earlier to fit these these in, it’s all done early and I feel so good for the rest of the day 😊
I started doing your workouts in february when I got furloughed from work. Now we are 6 months later and I have never felt so fit! I lost a few kilo’s too 😝. But most importantly I have found great enjoyment in moving my body for the first time in my life. I notice that my mental health has improved too. Now that I am back at work again, I still do my best to do at least 2 of these workouts every week. Just wanted to thank you guys. I have pain caused by damaged nerves and they always have told me that the pain would get better with exercise but every exercise I did made the pain worse so I never had the motivation to keep going. I’ve been doing these videos every day for a week now and not only is the pain improving, but my acid reflux has gone away and I’ve lost 4 pounds already. Finally motivated to keep with it.

I have always exercised, but always seen it as punishment until I found TBP. Genuinely, I see it as a blessing to move my "magnificent body". Not only is the physical workout phenomenal and do-able for me, (love knowing there is a 20 second modification coming so I push hard for the 40 seconds), the encouragement and kind words make so so happy and grateful! I’ve done a couple of these videos and one of the reasons I love coming back is because of the body inclusivity in these programs. I love seeing all the different types in different parts of their journeys. Another big reason is Daniel. The way he talks to the viewer is very motivating but with so much kindness. I've been crippled with arthritis for many years. but through it all, including a knee and a hip replacement , Body Project workouts have kept me strong and as mobile as I can hope to be. Because they are simple they can be modified and also allow you to focus on one part of the body at a time. I don't have the balance or mobility for some of the complex combination exercises in other programmes.
New year new me, tried this for the first time today. I weight 332 and this totally kicked my ass, ashamed to say I couldn't finish but I'm going to keep at it daily 😔

This one wiped me out. I started with 5 lb weights, went down to 3 lbs, and finished with 2 lbs. but I did it. I would really appreciate it if there were more directions when using weights, especially in a beginner video. Thanks for the wonderful workouts.

Thank you guys so much. I had cancer surgery #1/3 in June and I credit body project for rehabbing me back to running 3-4 miles a day. I Know as I am about to go into my second surgery in Nov body project workouts are going to keep me positive , motivated and in shape as I will have to take a step back from running yet again! #Change Juice! Great Daniel! I'm from Malaysia and I'm well over 70 yrs of age and I must say I really saw results .I have folded your exercises for the last 10 months and I have lost about 4 kgs.

I am 60 yrs old...was not doing any physical activity like walking...my knees , back, shoulders were getting stiff and painful..ur program popped up on my mobile..i decided to give it a try. Now been doing them since 20 days...already i can walk better, my back pain gone, my shoulders move easily. I do the exercises in the morning...cant wait to wake up and do them. Thanks y’all for all you do at Team Body Project! A lot changed during the pandemic: I lost my job, gained weight, then I had a baby. I was exhausted and never had the motivation nor energy to workout. When I started Body Project in April, I couldn’t finish the workout… and I cried; not because I was mad or upset but because I was so dang proud of myself. Daniel, Alex, Kristen, and Tash: thank you for motivating me, providing inspiration and encouraging me to wake up the next day for another workout. I’m stronger, happier, and can almost squeeze back into my pre-pregnancy clothes! You’ve motivated my husband to join in, too!
Yours is the only channel that justifies what 'low impact' really means. It indeed has a low impact on knees! And this is from a girl who has struggles with weak knees for over a decade. The workout videos I've tried in the past alleviated my pain and i always end up giving up. Thank you for your workouts!! Really motivates me to move my body✨
I love the body project workouts. Daniel is brilliant. I have PCOS so whenever I do other work out programmes, they are too intensive and increase by cortisol levels, thereby making me gain weight instead of losing. Took me ages to find something low intensity. These workouts are perfect and the only time I have seen a difference.
It’s also the only workout my husband will do with me!

I dunno if you guys read all your comments but I just had to say something about how much I appreciate your team and your videos. As someone who fell into poor eating habits and a sedentary lifestyle due to depression, I can't begin to express how important your messages of encouragement are to me while doing these workouts. Self-love and self-confidence are huge factors in making real positive changes for a lifetime. Just hearing that we ARE good enough, even if we're not where we want to be at this moment, is truly inspiring. Thank you for sharing your good vibes and workouts with the world!

i was not motivated today, but i remembered what daniel said. it's not about motivation it's about discipline. So i did it.
Daniel I wanted to give you a shout out. Being a man of faith I hate to admit that sometimes I get down on myself. I often believe that all of validation should come from above, but life keeps showing me that isn’t the case. Even when I crack open the scriptures I see David encouraging himself. Being an African American I find Daniels going on about to be hoaky and cheesy, but if I be honest it’s very cathartic and healing.
I am over weight and I can’t do the things I love until I change but each and every workout I do with Daniel and co. seems to help me heal and love myself better.
I am no where near close but I am claiming life back on 30 min workout at a time. Thank you and God bless.

My 3rd Body Project workout and as with the other two, I LOVED this workout!!!!! These workouts are so different, different then any other I have done before and I am not new to home workouts. I am just sad I did not find them sooner.
I'm totally hooked and am even buying the year subscription which I have never done before. These workouts are PERFECT!!! Daniel is a born motivator and even the beginner classes offer a huge challege!!

I’ve been doing these every weekday morning at 6am, I lead a busy life and love getting up that bit earlier to fit these these in, it’s all done early and I feel so good for the rest of the day 😊
I started doing your workouts in february when I got furloughed from work. Now we are 6 months later and I have never felt so fit! I lost a few kilo’s too 😝. But most importantly I have found great enjoyment in moving my body for the first time in my life. I notice that my mental health has improved too.
Now that I am back at work again, I still do my best to do at least 2 of these workouts every week. Not just for fitness, but because it really makes me feel happy! 🤗 Thank you so much for bringing such a positive change in my life and lifestyle ❤️

Just wanted to thank you guys. I have pain caused by damaged nerves and they always have told me that the pain would get better with exercise but every exercise I did made the pain worse so I never had the motivation to keep going. I’ve been doing these videos every day for a week now and not only is the pain improving, but my acid reflux has gone away and I’ve lost 4 pounds already. Finally motivated to keep with it.

Thank you so very much for all your hard work! You truly have changed my life. I have done every video you have. The positivity, encouragement, and love are felt in each workout. I have always exercised, but always seen it as punishment until I found TBP. Genuinely, I see it as a blessing to move my "magnificent body". Daniel deserves an award for the most kind motivational fitness instructor- he is the most encouraging instructor I've ever used. Also I want to shout out to TBP for being REAL people, with real (by that I mean more relatable) bodies. I love seeing all the different types in different parts of their journeys. Another big reason is Daniel. The way he talks to the viewer is very motivating but with so much kindness. I've been crippled with arthritis for many years. but through it all, including a knee and a hip replacement , Body Project workouts have kept me strong and as mobile as I can hope to be. Because they are simple they can be modified and also allow you to focus on one part of the body at a time. I don't have the balance or mobility for some of the complex combination exercises in other programmes.
New year new me, tried this for the first time today. I weight 332 and this totally kicked my ass, ashamed to say I couldn't finish but I'm going to keep at it daily 😔

This one wiped me out. I started with 5 lb weights, went down to 3 lbs, and finished with 2 lbs. but I did it. I would really appreciate it if there were more directions when using weights, especially in a beginner video. Thanks for the wonderful workouts.
