Hey everyone! I hope you're doing well and I hope you enjoy today's video! Let me know what you think and whether you agree with the list! Also, for those wondering about damage, I also used the madding hand, black dumpling & old one's exultation for additional damage when proc'ing madness, so feel free to also use those additional buffs for similar results. Otherwise, I am aware some of the footage is a tad glitchy - I now have a new PC and working out all the kinks/settings to make sure everything is perfect! Anyways, that's enough from me, I hope you have a great day and I will catch you in another video :)
The thing that makes Renalla Twin Blades and the Sword of Night and Flame unique, fun and versatile is the fact that they basically 2 Ashes of War. By just leveling faith they lose their unique ability. In my opinion they should be build as a quality weapon by leveling intelligence and faith equally.
@@chrishoward4515 Yes ofc 80/60 split def will work if you mainly use the fire stance. Depends on which stance you use more. But 24 int at lvl 150 like in the video is def not enough 😅
In a level 150 build you kind of need to lean into one or the other imo - of course for higher level builds you can split the stats and have say 40+ in each but even with the little stats I have in INT, the magic ash still does 1k damage or so per hit and of course still does the crazy stance damage so is still really useful from that perspective. Then you can unleash the flame vortex to destroy health bars :)
For everyone noticing the insane damage. He's playing on a lower NG. If you do howl and wear raksasha on a higher NG, you WILL GET ONE SHOT BY MOST BOSSES. If you are going to use this build, do so below NG+3 otherwise get good at dodging or use a physical defense in your physic
Haven’t seen many videos about folks who have dual affinities on one weapon..ive had ice and poison on one weapon before but didn’t really put any time into it because i simply didn’t think it was possible but it’s definitely something i feel i should give another go at…could be some crazy results possibly…one of the reasons i love playing Elden Ring is that you can constantly change your build to your liking which in turn makes you want to instantly start NG+ (1,2,3,4,5,6 ect ect ) 💯 can’t wait to see what’s next for Elden Ring in coming future
I really like Relannas twin blades and Milady for the move set and the ash. They’re more versatile and have devastating speed, which translates to more fun and a sense ‘power’. The sword of night and flame is certainly better for one shots but you literally get bored spamming the fire attack. The melee attack is not great on sword of night and flame, it’s just a stubby little straight sword. Overall great video though and certainly can’t argue with the ranking.
Milady with wing stance is absolutely broken I just acquired a second milady on ng+ and the dual world move set is insane but those heavy attacks with wing stance does immense damage with rellanas cameo
Thanks for this. I am sure that this is a stupid question, but what does it mean "to hold a stance for 1 second"? I always thought it was referring to standing still (not moving forward, back, or side to side), but I am seeing you walk around. Thanks in advance for any clarity on this.
@@johndemarais7825 there’s only like 7 in the game - other than these 5 in the vid, you can also use unsheathe and square off I believe - so those are the only ones that’ll work with the cameo :)
4:48 wouldn't it be better to use the rotten wing sword insignia by default and eventually swap millicent's prosthesis with LOBE since it increases consecutive damage more?
Buff with rotten only goes up to like 13% so still better to have LOB as it lasts 30 seconds (usually enough time to get another bleed proc) but ofc feel free to swap them if you want :)
Only for magma based attacks - I could be completely wrong but I am pretty sure both Relanna's TB & SONAF is not considered magma damage (again, please correct me if my knowledge is wrong) & Thank you :)

@@playwithfyre1638 for the most power out the weapon try and push both INT and faith to 80 (should be doable with a 250+ build) then delve more into vigor, mind, endurance so you can survive/do more attacks without the use of flasks as often :)
@@tkcjazza Thanks! This is really helpful. Should I just leave Str and Dex to the minimum requirement to equip the weapon and stack the rest of the stats to Vigor, Mind and Endurance?
One thing I dont see mentioned here is that having the Rakshasa set on in the Moonveil build is pretty ineffective. By wearing the spellblade set (rogiers set) you increase the damage without increasing the damage taken. Due to how the numbers work (i can elaborate on this) the damage taken amp from Rakshasas is worse in later NG cycles. With how much END you have later on its easy to put on spellblade set and lightroll, which compliments the glass cannon playstyle. To me, especially for the DLC, you will need to lean into one or the other with these stats, if you even want a chance of doing somewhat decent damage
For build number 4, there's no reason not to use bloodflame blade or bleed grease if you're going with occult infusion. 35 faith will also add decent fire damage with the right seal.
There is a reason - If you want to get the same damage output whilst using bloodflame, you need to have the weapon in either Keen or Heavy version (bloodflame cannot be applied on occult) and bloodflame adds only 40 bleed and takes 2 seconds to apply that additional 40 which means you only have 85 bleed total (weapon has 45 natural bleed) - With occult I had 106 so was dealing far more bleed with a full use of the Ash, proc'ing bloodloss buffs quicker, having a much better DPS. Also, bloodflame's additional fire damage doesn't overly bridge the gap either - don't get me wrong, it's a good option, but where overhead stance is a rapid move, it's better to use occult :)
