Watch the price of the 85-inch Sony X90L or X90CL. It seems to be fluctuating between $1,999.99, $2,199.99, and $2,499.99. I think this is a perfect sweetspot between performance, size, and price. I've had mine set up since December 14th, 2023, and so far I have no regrets. I use it with a Sony UBP-X800M2 4K UHD Blu-ray player for discs, and my laptop for streaming. I'm not a gamer.
I bought my 85" TCL QM8 on sale for $1800. I couldn't be more happier. Amazing TV for the price. And I know it was neck and neck with hisense but the brightness of my room drew me to this one.
Hey FOMO - love your channel; thanks! I got an open-box S89C a couple days ago for $1,743. I realized after dialing it in that I had never really experienced HDR before. My mind is comfortably blown and I'll be busy for a long time rewatching my 4K film collection. Thanks for the heads up!
FOMO, I finally was able to get my Samsung Q990c for the great price of $769.99 with your help. I very much appreciate your help and assistance. I saved around $700 and am very happy. Thank you Sir! FYI, Samsung then sent me a $50 coupon and was then able to apply that to the total. So I paid $767 total (tax included). Cant beat that with a stick lol
Thank you SO MUCH! I am an occupational therapist and qualify for Samsung's medical worker discount, I learned about this from you. The 83" Class OLED S90C I nearly purchased for at Costco for $3489.99 is available to me for $2449.99!! Thank you for saving me over $1000!
Was waiting for the 100U8, but today BestBuy had the new 2024 100" U76 on sale for $1999.99, with free delivery and free pro mounting service, pulled trigger. Full-array, not mini led, but it should be good for another 5 years, until micro LEDs get cheaper.
On Tuesday, I'm finally ditching my Vizio P659-G1 that reboots like every 30 minutes for no reason and putting the 85" TCL QM8 up in its place. Still trying to decide whether to use the Vizio for target practice or not.
Couple things, I am looking at a u7k 75inch, a qm8 75inch or a x90l 75 inch. The room has 13 foot ceiling. Wanting the best size and quality for no more than 1400ish
Depends on you. If you want cheap but good enough get the U7K. If you want the better hardware, good motion, best HDR, good port/gamer options get the QM8. If you want the better software/best upscaling/good motion/ best PQ EOTF tracking/ and more liberty to be able to change your picture in order to make it look better get the X90L. You can't go wrong either way since they are all the best at something.
Which Samsung discount program got the 83" S90C under $3,000. It is not the education or military program. There is no extra discount for either of those on that TV or the QN90C.
I highly recommend the X90L but I'm annoyed by Google TV OS and so for $1999 you could go for either the Samsung S89C 77" or X90L 85" and I think you get a bit more value with the S89C; HOWEVER if youre coming from an old Sony TV, then the X90L is a winner.
How do you feel with the 75" X90L at $1699 currently. Do I wait for it to be cheaper or grab it ? Went from debating U8K/QM8 at $1199 now I'm thinking about spending a little more money for a more refined experience.
Sony X90L didn't make the list ? I was looking at Sony X90L 75 inch at costco but not sure if its worth $1500 I watch IPTV through firestick and also use antenna - I use IPTV for Tv Shows/Movies and Sports are top priority also use Amazon Prime video / Hulu and also watch a lot of UA-cam videos What Tv do you recommend from costco ? - Budget is around $2000 but only if its really worth it
The Sony picture quality and tone mapping are top quality. The x90l will be a good tv. Plus at Costco u get 3 months return and 5 years warranty for less then 200 bucks. At 1,500 bucks u can try it out
Yeah $2000 is good budget . Wait for 2024 TVs or Or get U8K 75” -- ADS-pro . That thing is so premium I am still jaw dropping from seeing it ! Its the 2024 UX screen material. Has 178 degree viewing visual. N its more crisp n vibrant than QD-oled . Qd-oled still has little bit pestle color since the blue comes thru directly from back oled panel constantly having some blue on all image make all images pestle a little . The U8K 75” that unicorn 🦄 ADS-pro is crisp vibrancy on Steroids !!😊🎉. That X90L 😮 blooming , 😮matte tinted . Prob decent for bdr or dark room . If u have that 75” in living room big windows , lots family member home during the day . That thing has so MUCH glare Soooo much . Cuz it’s fuzzy matte tint . That glare on it is like pale frost . Yeah I am talking about watching random daily content . Any time u watch dim scene (house of Cards ) , documentary,,,, indoor dark room . that X90L if u have lights on , or bright sunlight day time . Ahhh 😮 mush !
@@Yoga_Tv_buying Dang … what a review ! The thing is … I’ve been trying to get a TV from Costco and they don’t carry the U8K 75 inch I also could go smaller to 65 inch and get LG C3 or Samsung S90
@@Yoga_Tv_buying blooming can be less if u lighting on both sides of the TV. As for windows alot of tvs will struggle with that. I think Sony picture quality, great tone mapping and is great for fast pace sports. I feel hisense will not come close to the Sony with XC, and other advantages of the Sony for 1,500 bucks. Plus u are waiting ontil the hisense gets released and reviews get made.
Hi from Montreal…used to be a Samsung fanboy until my 75Q70C just quit working with bars across the screen decided to get the 85X90L and has been a great upgrade cannot recommend enough ni gaming just streaming it is impressive and great value
Yes.. cause the improved processor only on the 8k models are supposed to be very impressive. Samsungs function like xr clear on Sony tvs.. will have the ability to turn off..which is good. But the 900D will be so expensive. Is your qn95b not bright?
Im comparing my cu7000 50" with my sisters new q80c 55"and there's quite a difference in brightness aside from having 120hz panel i have to say still cu7000 being very budget friendly is not a bad option at all realistically I thought there would be a bigger difference its bright enough for most users i would recommend it ❤great video fomo
My LG OLED 65B7P finally got burn in after watching CNBC to much. LG did replace the panel ome time under warranty already 😂 I'm debating on getting a new 65-inch tv and debating between OLED and Mkcro LED. I predominantly play PS5 and watch movies and sports. Suggestions?
Hum i get oled, if your old oled lasted that long without the improvments of modern oled imagine how long it will last now like double the life spam, micro led aint fucking coming till ps6 even if it thise it be first gen consumer micro led while the oled will be at its 10-12 gen. Idk about you but i rather say i got the best of something rather then the worst of it. For only nerds would know if im caping and it sounds better in the tounge when talking n showcasing about it.
Hello, I've had an LG G2 for over a year and never updated the software. Does updating the software the grade the image quality of the TV? This is my concern and why I never update the software. Please let me know. Thank you
Hey FOMO!!! In regards to going for 2023 models vice 2024s... If you had the opportunity to pick up a Sony X95L, would you? Or would you actually hold out for the new higher NIT mini-LED offerings coming later this year? I ask, because I finally got approval from the wife to buy the 95L, but now I'm torn.
For most people who can afford it and are not moved by the FOMO, then ABSOLUTELY, it is a great TV, period. The 4000 nits is not going to be a thing until content gets there which is about 3-4 years and by that time the X95L will be ready to be replaced (lol or not depending if it lasts that long right?)
Looking at samsung s90c vs Sony A80L? Uses are home theatre and streaming tv/movies/shows to be paired with appletv 4K and Sonos arc, sub and rear speakers.
@stopthefomo I have a 65 inch Samsung nu6900 and it isn’t great . What tv would you recommend to replace it I mostly stream movies and game . Budget range $400-550$ thank you!!!!
I sit almost exactly 10 feet from my '09 Samsung 46" 8500 series LCD. It's still performing well and looks fine. While I know ANYTHING would be an upgrade after 14 years, I can't see putting a 77" let alone 83" in front of me. It's too much money. Cost-wise, my limit would probably be the 65" S90C. And that would be a stretch financially. I would hang onto it until it stopped working 🤣😂🤣. I qualify for the Samsung Educational options but the prices aren't as low was one would think. Costco's prices are the same and you get a 5 year warranty at no additional cost. Samsung I gives you 2-3 years I think and you have to pay for an extended one unless you can sweet talk the rep on the phone. I guess I could go for a larger TCL or Hisense. But I still wonder about longevity. To me spending $1000 is not throw away money. Buying a new TV every 5 or so years seems like a waste. When I visit my parents and watch their 65" Samsung, that almost seems like too much screen. The people are so huge 🤣🤣🤣.
@@franciscofreeland-gonzalez1991 My gaming days are pretty much in the past and it was PC. Fomo & Brian mentioned a Sony full array X90L that seemed interesting. My viewing is made up of streaming services. I never even use my Blu-Ray anymore.
This year it seems a lot of the more popular TVs are sold out earlier than usual. I wonder if that is a demand issue or if they didn't produce as many TVs this year.
Thanks for the video ♥️ ........ Which one is better especially in lifespan... (TCL 43 s5400a) or (Samsung t5300) or (skyworth 43 Google tv)........ please reply 🙏🙏🥰🥰
the price says it all, generally, the lower the price the shorter the lifespan but TCL is the better long last TV among budget models (under $500) so I'd go with TCL in this case
@@stopthefomo You are correct about the lifespan of the TV 👏👏.... Thank you very much for the advice.❤️❤️ Almost most of the experts said the same thing as you. ♥️ I am grateful to you for your kind response.🥰🥰🙏
I have the 75" U7K and although it's a decent tv, the picture quality isn't as good as the TCL R655 and there's noticeable jutter while watching streaming shows. It is a bit distracting :(
S5.. It has much better upscaling and local dimming on a lower end tv actually makes it worse compared to it not having it.. the U76 also uses over 50% more power at max, so you actually are still paying more money in the long run for those 2 extra inches
I’m saving money now to buy between Black Friday this year or Black Friday next year a new tv. But what is today a good budget for a bright 77 inch OLED or 75/85 inch high end Sony Mini Led? Distance 9 (on table) to 10 feet (on wall) but 83/85 inch is the limit for my wall. I hope somewhere between 1250 (with mini led) and 2500 (with oled) EURO but thats still a great gap. I will buy it in the first place for streaming 4K films and will connect it with a home cinema system. For the 2nd place i will buy it to connect with a Playstation 5 PRO (or maybe for the first time Xbox PRO version). I don’t play shooter games so 144hz is not nessesary. I will buy GTA 6, Race and sport games. And still important most of the time i’m a offline gamer. Today i have a >250W Panasonic Plasma radiator. Only HD 😂 so i will get 9 or 11 times more pixels with 4K but my old 42” screen will also upgraded near to 4 times bigger. I have a preference for Sony but 2500 euros is the limit. Otherwise LG with the G3/G4 MLA tech, TCL and Hisense seems also to become more and more attractive in the last years. Minimum 3 hdmi 2.1 ports So the chose is MLA OLED, QD OLED with Sony or Mini LED with Sony, Hisense or TCL. I have a feeling (can’t explain why...) that Samsung isn’t what i need + the miss of Dolby Vision (futureproof). And if i’m realistic Panasonic looks now too expensive. I don’t now if i need to chose Mini LED or (QD)OLED. The only thing im scared is that processing of mini led zones and some flickering or subs blooming. Today i think we can say no dramatic accidents with Oled and burn in. No need of more than 2500/4000 nits peak brightness. More important is a capabilities of around 250/400 nits full/90% screen (brightest oleds can do that now) for sport/games, 500/600 nits full screen is more than enough but only with mini led today. I think my ranking on qualite is 1 sony 2 pana 3 samsung and lg 5 hisense 6 tcl But Price/qualite 1 tcl 2 lg and hisense 4 sony and samsung 6 panasonic
When speaking of gaming, you should mention if it has G-sync specifically for PC-gamers. I just got the QM8 65" and it's almost unusable with NVIDIA cards due to lack of G-sync. Considering NVIDIA dominates the market, this is important information.
I just found your channel and subscribed -- great content presentation! I just purchased a Samsung 65" QN90C, and I'm pretty happy with it, except that I have my latest edition TIVO Edge that the Samsung sometimes cannot find, and I have to restart the TIVO box in order for it to be found. It doesn't happen regularly, but often enough for me to want to return it. I was considering the 65" (maximum size to fit my area) Sony A80L, which is similarly priced, but it's an OLED, which I was afraid to get because of the possible, though unlikely, burn in, and hoping that my Samsung issues with my TIVO might go away. I'm also a bit concerned, as it has only 2 HDMI 2.1 inputs, and one of them is the eArc, which I assume I should use with my Sonos sound bar, which I like. I really would like 2 free HDMI 2.1 inputs for my Apple TV box, as well as my TIVO, and the occasional blu-ray disk. (I also considered the Samsung S90C, but I'm afraid that it may have the same TIVO connection issues) Any comments or observations would be very much appreciated, as I'm within the 90 day return window for my Samsung.
The Sony A80L may also have trouble with finding HDMI connections - generally, LG is most solid when it comes to HDMI handshakes. As far as 2x HDMI 2.1, it's only really important if you need 4K120 gaming features on all 4 ports but otherwise 2x is enough if you're only using 1 for dedicated gaming. The image quality and sound quality for streaming/content watching are identical for all 4 ports on all modern TVs today!
Wow! thank you for your quick response. I'll ask just one more question: if you had a choice between the QN90C, S90C, and the Sony A80L, which would you pick? I'm googling a lot about the connectivity issues, and I'm in process of trying various setting changes on both the Samsung and the Tivo. Thank you!@@stopthefomo
So What did you do? I would say stay with the QN90C, only because its a 1000.00 cheaper here where im from on Canada! Im assuming you bought yours at Costco? Only place you could get that return policy I can think of?...I was in there few months ago and they had the Qn90c on display and i was impressed with the sharpness and color detail...as far as im concerned it was just as good if not better then some of the Oled's on display there! Stood out the nicest to me and Cost wise much cheaper!@@hpaula1946
Hi & thanks Fomo for the summary. I was hard tempted not to take 100 inch Hisense U8KQ (In Germany for as low as 2770 euros), because don't know when the 100 inch U8N would be released ( as u8k is supposed to stay in the line for 2024 also).
honestly, it doesn't matter because Apple put in no effort to convert dolby vision either - basic HDR10 is already great on premium TVs and having either DV or 10+ does not improve your experience at all.
@@stopthefomo Thank you, Fomo! Could you please enlighten me on BT.2020 colors beyond DCI P3. Are they available in standard HDR10? Are they available on streaming? (If they ARE there in a studio master on a creators intent. Spider-Man animated movie from 2023, for example).
I was at Costco bout a week ago and seen that QN90C I was impressed with the brightness, color detail and all compared to the other tv's on display! ..
Buy Samsung S90CD from Costco or Sam's both w free 5 yrs warranty. My 77' S90CD is brighter my last years 65' s95B flagship and has SAME deep 2020 colors!! What a DEAL!!
@user-nj6rk5xs1m Really? Well, I NEVER have burn in on all 3 of my Oled TVs, including 2018 65' LG C7 which is still issue free. I don't use TV for pc monitor or watching broadcast/streaming. I play games and watch physical discs (DVD bluray n 4k). I always use pixel shifting while playing game and turn on panel refreshing every other time after using the TV. Unfortunate my 2022 Samsung S95B dead on me in 13th month (just passed its 1 year manufacture warranty!) due to motherboard/power supply problem, NOT panel related tho.
@@Truth-Justice-Freedom yes … it says it in the details of the warranty that it doesn’t cover burn in… that’s one of the things that has stopped me from buying an Oled
Burn in and broken screens I lost 1,000 on a tv that has a small broken tik in the screen the best tv that I ever bought the Sony x90k and now I have to buy another one because the warranty doesn’t cover it
Great video! Thanks! Looking at Samsung S90C/S95C. But with growing hype for 4000 nit content, is this a wise choice to buy non-Dolby Vision TV? Seems like nowadays HDR10+ content is not as wide-spread as DV content.
HDR 10+ and DV are pretty much the same. HDR 10+ is open source and it on all tvs. If DV means that much to u . Get another band. (Sony) is your best bet in 2024.
if you prefer Sony colors out of the box then I'd get the A80L over the X93L as they are within $100 of each other at the 65" but at the 75" X93L pricing I'd get the 77" S90C instead and if you need more sports brightness then 77" G3. The 65" X93L is a buy if you need the brightness because you're in a bright room but at the larger 75" there are better options for that price.
@@stopthefomo tanks for the recommendation. I'm on the market for a new TV but I do not want an OLED. I'm interested in a 65" Sony X93L but if you can recommend any other 65" non OLED TV's, I'll look into them.
If you going to buy 2023 tv that almost $2k i rather buy 2024 model and top brands just add a little bit more atleast u got rhe latest that will last long.
Hi, don't forget us pc gamers that play on the 55" screens (a lot of big screens, only one 55"). Also, as I only play games that have a lot of static UI, OLED is a no-go. Could you please include a non-oled gaming option next time?
My U9G will not boot to the home screen all os a sudden after only two years of ownership. When I turn is on, it goes to the Hisense logo then the load screen , then if goes black and starts all over again. Not sure I can go with another Hisense. I've had nothing but problems with this one.
Mr. FOMO, I just picked up the 77" Samsung s90c. How many years does it have before you think it'd be obsolete and do you think I should have waited for the new stuff coming soon? Thank you
@@chrissmith3271 I have to say, I'm not $2500.00 impressed with the x90L. my 11 year old 47" lcd tv is just as good from what my eyes can notice. Screen size seems to matter most.
It's available now and definitely the value selection among 98-100 TVs because it has full array local dimming while the S5 does not (for the same price!)
My wife is a physician but from the links provided on Samsung I'm uncertain that she qualifies for the discount. If she did, it will be an exceptionally easy decision to go with the S90C. Before we give up our email to advertisers etc, do physicians qualify for the discount?
@@stopthefomo Update: we went through the sign up process and I can report that the discount is SUBSTANTIAL. We bought the S90C in 83" for $2449 (before tax man takes his cut). That put the price of this tv in the same range of similarly sized QLED tvs and a very easy choice. It should arrive this week and we are very excited. Your video provided the info for getting the discount. Thank you!
I don't even think it will get "slightly brighter" just assume barely brighter if noticeable at all and the processing appears to be unchanged from the S90C
it starts now - the larger sizes are already running out of stock so check back on my channel as I'll try and catch these clearance deals as I find them but you are pretty close to the bottom for the TVs i've listed
I will wait and see what Sony release this year, by the time i am ready to buy the prices will be more sensible and hopefully available in sensible screen sizes ie 55" not 65".
What year do you think is worth waiting for new leap in tech? I know something new always comes around the corner, but as far as state of the art, this is THE tv of the 20’s, what year would it be? Did it already happen? Is it this year? Next year? 2026?
Which budget TV has the best black levels in 2024 because I'm tired of seeing movies with nighttime scenes and we're constantly wondering what's going on
Hi FOMO, 2023 Best Mini LED TV Sony X95L didnt get mentioned😢. I think you're the only TV influencer that did not review this particular TV, everyone else did😊
I would have recommended it but sadly at that elevated price (still!) it's hard to recommend over the $2000 85" QN85C as it really is not $1000 better, although it is better in many ways (including audio) - I would likely recommend it come Prime Day as the price will drop by several hundred more!
I wish I can get The 85” Ux ! No joke u smart that tv they lose money by selling it in USA . in business school our business professor would tell us the concept cars, the crazy rare TVS they always lose money by making it. So they make small quantities. Even tho they lose money it’s like advertisement. They have to make those cuz ppl judge the brand integrity n worth by those beasty TV n bragging rights . 😮

( I liteally saw a woman posting that ). Not everyone is misogynistic u know. 😊
Note this mainly applies only for Americans, as for some reason half the TV companies release much worse quality TV's overseas - almost to the point of false advertising. if looking overseas anyway, make sure the model codes match perfectly. All these reviewers are from US and so only US models are what these guys review and know.
@@bradhaughton6698 big shame. i'm just glad i noticed a slightly different model number before i almost bought one. i looked this other version up and found other people saying it was terrible in comparison. i believe it's a bit more so the more offbrands like TCL and Hisense, but you never know.
I saw the deal on the U76N 100 inch on BestBuy and almost pulled the trigger but the TV is actually not a Mini-LED so I am a little hesitant. Will go see it in person to decide.
The TCL 98n inch S5 for the same price is a better tv overall especially when it comes to upscaling. Yeah, the U76 has local dimming, but the HDR on it will be weak and it will give off blooming. Not worth it being just 4% larger imo. Hisense also has much worse quality control
@FOMO I'm based in the UK & I would guess that the average size currently of new TV purchases would be 48" to 55" with a progression to 65" or greater. Here in the UK & further afield the rest of Europe it would be a similar scenario. I can only assume that you are aiming your content specifically at the American market where people are considering upgrading from 65" or larger? We just don't (on average) have the space here in UK homes for such gargantuan screen sizes! Apart from this slightly negative comment - I enjoy your content :)
Because Google TV doesn't elevate the Sony X90L, but I originally did include it as a selection for Size + Image quality but felt the TCL Q7 QM8 and Hisense U7K U8K were better values for most people while the 77" S89C Tizen and image quality was better enough to trump the 85" Size. I did struggle with leaving it out though - I will include it in my summer blowout special when Sony drops the price of the X90L further.
i wonder is it a good time to pull the trigger on A95L or wait for the G4 to be released and see what that can do as its around the corner , and Sony wont have a successor for A95L so there's that , the S95D i dont think it will compete this year as you said no new processor a matt finish and still has that one connect box
im in no rush but dont want to wait for september to see a Value electronics shootout if this can beat the A95L then i think it will win the shootout granted that sony wont release a QDOLED this year samsung wont win cause they have changed nothing and added a matt screen so if LG beats the King then its the new king thats what im trying to get at@@stopthefomo
Dang no Sony for 2023 I still think the the X85K is better then the Q70C especially if you take out gaming most generation is older and don’t care about gaming

Comprehensive and valuable selection of some really, really good TVs ! Well done !
Which Samsung discount program got the 83" S90C under $3,000. It is not the education or military program. There is no extra discount for either of those on that TV or the QN90C.
EPP Program is the one that has that discount
why didnt you add the tcl qm8? which tv would you recomend for a patio?
Samsung 77 s90c or Sony 85 x90l ?
Hi I was wondering what do you think about the sony x90cl I was surprised didn't see that tv in your list. Thank you for all your awesome content 👏
I was looking at Sony X90L 75 inch at costco but not sure if its worth $1500
I watch IPTV through firestick and also use antenna - I use IPTV for Tv Shows/Movies and Sports are top priority
also use Amazon Prime video / Hulu and also watch a lot of UA-cam videos
What Tv do you recommend from costco ?
The thing is … I’ve been trying to get a TV from Costco and they don’t carry the U8K 75 inch
I also could go smaller to 65 inch and get LG C3 or Samsung S90
@@Yoga_Tv_buying blooming can be less if u lighting on both sides of the TV. As for windows alot of tvs will struggle with that.
Do you think it would be a notable jump from an 85’ QN95B to a 85’ QN900D? Thanks
Yes.. cause the improved processor only on the 8k models are supposed to be very impressive.
Thanks for video . Can you do aa video about what tv has the best overall processor for 480p or standard def. DVD's ? Thanks.

65" QM7 2024 or 75" Q7 2023? Mixed use, primarily movies
Looking for a tv to put outside on nice days. (NOT TO LEAVE OUT)
Something under 1000$
A tv that might work well outside? Recommendations? Thanks.
will qd oled 42" or mla oled 42" be released next year in your opinion?
@@stopthefomo Thanks! Guess I'm joining the happy club. Keep up the great work!

Looking at samsung s90c vs Sony A80L? Uses are home theatre and streaming tv/movies/shows to be paired with appletv 4K and Sonos arc, sub and rear speakers.
For 55 inch, which is better, LG G2 or LG C3, mainly for TV shows, News and Movies on OTT
How is S90C for SDR low res content and off angle viewing?
This year it seems a lot of the more popular TVs are sold out earlier than usual. I wonder if that is a demand issue or if they didn't produce as many TVs this year.
Probably a bit of both. If u want a tv this year I would act fast.

I have the 75" U7K and although it's a decent tv, the picture quality isn't as good as the TCL R655 and there's noticeable jutter while watching streaming shows. It is a bit distracting :(
THANK YOU FOMO!!!! The video I needed.
Glad it helped!
But for gaming which has better performance tcl q7 or hisense u7k?
TCL Q7
I'm debating on 2 tvs for my basement, which has no ambient light. Go with size 85" SONY x90l or picture quality of 77" OLED. Streaming and mixed use
77" OLED S89C (or S90C) because of the darkened room - you'll be amazed and will completely appreciate the OLED's infinite contrast.
Which one to buy? The 2023 TCL 98S550G or the 2024 Hisense 100U76N. Both are $1999.99 at BB now.
Stuck with the same dilemma!!
Minimum 3 hdmi 2.1 ports
So the chose is MLA OLED, QD OLED with Sony or Mini LED with Sony, Hisense or TCL.
I think my ranking on qualite is 1 sony 2 pana 3 samsung and lg 5 hisense 6 tcl
But Price/qualite 1 tcl 2 lg and hisense 4 sony and samsung 6 panasonic
@ fomo plz i need you to answer me plz which one tcl 745 or x80J plzzzzzzzz answer me
When speaking of gaming, you should mention if it has G-sync specifically for PC-gamers.
(I also considered the Samsung S90C, but I'm afraid that it may have the same TIVO connection issues)
Any comments or observations would be very much appreciated, as I'm within the 90 day return window for my Samsung.
Thank you!@@stopthefomo

honestly, it doesn't matter because Apple put in no effort to convert dolby vision either - basic HDR10 is already great on premium TVs and having either DV or 10+ does not improve your experience at all.

@@bradhaughton6698 big shame. i'm just glad i noticed a slightly different model number before i almost bought one. i looked this other version up and found other people saying it was terrible in comparison. i believe it's a bit more so the more offbrands like TCL and Hisense, but you never know.
HEY FOMO
I just got the 2024 Hisense 100 inch for $1,999
😂
I saw the deal on the U76N 100 inch on BestBuy and almost pulled the trigger but the TV is actually not a Mini-LED so I am a little hesitant. Will go see it in person to decide.
The TCL 98n inch S5 for the same price is a better tv overall especially when it comes to upscaling. Yeah, the U76 has local dimming, but the HDR on it will be weak and it will give off blooming. Not worth it being just 4% larger imo. Hisense also has much worse quality control
I can’t wait for the day Hisense comes out with an OLED . Gonna change the tv game forever
Why would they when the industry seems to be moving to mini led?
@@AP-lh1bqcause oled is a better image .
No x90l, surprising
I am just gonna wait it out for now. Hopefully prices come down when new tv”s hit the market. Would be nice to get a a95l if it goes down a bit.
@@christianj606that’s your market cause your located in the US
I don’t think in my country the A95L will ever come with a price cut unfortunately 💔
wait for the G4 if you're in no rush to replace!
im in no rush but dont want to wait for september to see a Value electronics shootout if this can beat the A95L then i think it will win the shootout granted that sony wont release a QDOLED this year
samsung wont win cause they have changed nothing and added a matt screen so if LG beats the King then its the new king thats what im trying to get at@@stopthefomo
In our "new" economy there is only ONE real issue for picking a nice TV,
Can I pay the mortgage and still eat after my purchase.
75" for $600!
I don't see how buying five TVs is going to result in SAVING money!
Dang no Sony for 2023 I still think the the X85K is better then the Q70C especially if you take out gaming most generation is older and don’t care about gaming
Sony low end has always sucked imo. The X90L is a bloom fest
