Good review and to the point. Looking forward to 80lbs speed test 💪 Please do an IBO speed test when you get the mods 🙌 nobody else I have found on yt has done IBO speed test yet.
I bought some 80# “A” 85% mods for my Lift 33 from a different bow shop. Can’t wait for it to get set up. I enjoy the 3/8” longer draw. 31.5” draw length at 80 lbs is going to be nice! Being 6’5 I don’t really worry about speed cause I’m going to have that. My hunting arrow setup is Goldtip Airstrikes at 509 grains. My V3X 75 lb dw is at 293 fps. I appreciate your reviews! Keep pushing bruh!
You want to talk about an upgrade, I just got back into the archery game a few years ago, bought a bow off a friend and just went from shooting a Z7 extreme to the lift 29.5. Needless to say I’m in love with this bow!
The algorithm needs to love you more, I had to search "Lift 80# mods" to find you. Subscribed brother. How does that LIFT settle on target? About to upgrade for first time in 16 years from a Mathews DXT. Looking at Elite, Bowtech and the LIFT. Thanks
You just answered all my questions with this video. Mr. Privileged you are the man. 💪🏾💪🏾 Knock us down a big one, big brother. I appreciate you all the way from North Carolina. 🔥🔥
Just picked up my Lift 29.5. Shop didn’t have any 80lbs mods but I have them on order. I can’t wait to see what kind of speeds I get with the 80lbs mods and a 420 grain arrow. Great video 👍🏼
There's not enough to upgrade and wait 4+ months to get this bow over the V3X I have now. I'd like to shoot it again to see if it changes my mind. It's a 1/2 pound lighter, but if that was a decision factor, I would have switched to carbon a long time ago. The draw doesn't feel substantially better; some feel it's a harsher dump at the end. It underperformed in the speed test, and the valley is short. If you're in the market, it's worth checking out, and the hype is justified with all the changes they made, but people should manage expectations
heck yea man im saving up for it right now but the 29.5 80# 29 inch draw I know its gonna shoot my 550 grain arrow smoking fast cant wait. thx for sharing man God Bless
I was hoping you'd do a video on this bow. The only thing I'm not keen on is the need for new fingers for the press but there's a lot to like about the lift. I like that Mathews is always able to provide spaee parts even way off into the future. Could be a bow for life.
Man I thought the P4 33 was a big upgrade from the v3x33. I absolutely love mine. I’m a lefty and I’m about to be 61 so the draw cycle is huge to me. I will definitely go shoot one when they get a lefty in. Thanks for the review sir!
Can’t wait to see your new bow! I won’t be 80lbs but I’m in the market and I’m considering the lift, PSE mach 30, and the nock 30. Are you going to shoot the 33? I’m 29-1/2 to 30 on my draw length and always favored 32-33 inch bows. But supposedly the Mach 30 shoots like a longer axle to axle. I’d be interested to see you test the nock 30 it goes to a 31 inch draw. Anyways love your content and look forward to more!
Nice review. I gotta get out and shoot that bow. It just looks like the perfect hunting set up. I know you weighed the bow, but how light did it feel when you drew it back? The first thing that leaped out to me was the machining. You can't help but notice the extra cut outs. Bow looks awesome.
That draw looked really stiff. And I’m not sure the weight savings matters since I like a bow at a certain weight for hunting (and shot stability). I guess the speed is cool but not enough. I’m sticking with the Phase 4. PJ Reilly and a professional archer (hell no I’m not revealing the name) said no real reason to upgrade. I am excited to try out the Shot Sense. That could be an incredible training assistance.
Do yourself a favor and try a Prime Revx 4 I put my boat paddle down after fits from V3x 33 and VXR 31.5 bye bye Mathews for me !!! Just my opinion everything about Mathews is a lie so they lie about there speeds from draw length to physical bow weight !!
@@ctreece7506 the shoot ability of the the Prime is leaps and bounds over any Mathews the grip is unbelievable but this just my opinion so balanced I love it wish I had bought it instead of that v3x 33 nightmare

Just got my 29 earth in it’s badass is all I can say 🔥
Picked one up also and waiting on my 80lb mods
Having been a Hoyt guy I shot the Alpha x 33 and LIFT 33 at the shop. While the Alpha X is a great bow the LIFT 33 came home with me.
Great choice either way, but lift is the winner this year for me
Thank you! For the big guy test
Yes sir 🤙🏾
I haven't tried the Lift yet but I have heard good things. I'm still shooting my Triax and it's been deadly accurate even with my 29.5" draw.
No need to upgrade if you’re happy but this is by far my favorite bow ever
Just ordered my Lift 33 in mossy oak bottomlands!!! Stoked!!!!

This thing is money bro. Thanks for subscribing, one day YT will show me love
Really on the fence about upgrading my v3x to a lift. The old bow is less than two years old. might wait to see if I draw any tags.

Looks slick, wont pull me away from traditional, but slick none the less!
Ordered mine yesterday. Lift 33 60 lbs @30” draw in mossy oak.
Let’s gooo!
It’s crazy how light they got that bow.
That’s what I’m saying!
I absolutely like this bow supper quiet.
Awesome bow! Great changes Mathews made on this bow. I can’t wait to get the Lift 33 in 80 pounds!
Been waiting on this video. I’m pumped about this bow. But it’s not quite enough for me to jump from my phase4. Call me crazy lol.
You’re crazy 😂
I too didn’t upgrade from my V3X to the phase 4 but am definitely going to pick up a Lift! Happy with the changes this year!
Really impressed with this bow. I just can’t get rid of my Mach 34
Haha I know the feeling

I did the same thing because I thought the same thing as the phase 4 lol. Went from a v3x 29 to a lift 33
So she said “ merry Christmas “. Be awesome if you got it before Christmas.
🤞🏿
I agree v3x to phase 4 wasn’t enough to get me to upgrade but v3x to the Lift has piqued my interest and probably will have me buying a new bow
