You remind me of some of the nicest, greatest teachers I’ve had.
You take away the fear of going wrong, the fear of always being perfect and make failing seem acceptable.
I teach grades 6-7 and show my students your videos at our weekly cooking club. My entire class loves you so much! ♥️♥️♥️

I made this today and it was so fluffy and moist. Thank you so much! For those who are worried about the sugar, just cut it down. I cut about 30g from the batter and about 150g for the icing. Still worked!

This is the best cupcake ever. It is soft and crumbly.I have tried making a few from different channels n this is the only one that worked so far, it usually end up failing with a tofu like texture. Didn't make the topping but everything was done without machine, I got discouraged when I saw the standmixer😅 even without it the result is such an encouragement as I am a failure when it comes to cooking/baking.

Made these today for my son-in-law's birthday. They are the best I have ever tasted. I have never used this method of creaming before and must admit was a little sceptical. The end result is absolutely superb, thank you.

I made these for my sons on valentines day. They were really good! They had been asking for red velvet cake for the longest time, my oldest wasnt a fan of the cream cheese frosting. It was a bit sweet for me however it was the silkiest most beautiful frosting ive ever made. The cupcake was a weird color but I think it was because I was using a natural food coloring...i could not get it to be really red so I gave up! lol! overall this recipe was easy to follow, was super fast, and turned out great! Also I have never used a scale for baking but I will from now on! its so much easier!!!!

i made this today for my family and they liked it!(they don't really like sweet things),i think a mistake that i made was adding too much cocoa powder because because i wanted to have a nice deep red colour but other than that the taste was really nice!,also i halved the frosting and it was still too much so i suggest to quarter the ingredients of the frosting, thank you for the lovely recipe!!

Great video easy to follow, I just baked these cupcakes and they look amazing but when I tasted them they taste more like a biscuit and less like cake. I followed the recipe perfectly, this cake tastes like it’s missing something and that is sugar.. The cream cheese icing also could use a little more sugar as well to help thicken it a bit. Cream cheese icing is notorious for being too thin and hard to work with Unlike a stiffer buttercream used for other cupcakes.

*I made these today and they were divine!* I did however reduce the amount of sugar in both the cupcake and frosting.
