      Eligh B I looked up a bunch of recipes, and garlic or lemon aioli is pretty consistent. Also, he didn’t try to brown it, which means it’s probably not butter

    If you are in Korea, go to an Isaac Toast joint. It's pretty common in major cities, and it makes toasts just like this. It's got a dozen different menus (chicken, ham, bacon, veggies, mixed...), you can pick whatever sauce you want, and the price is only 2 bucks or so.

      Edit - this is a compliment btw, I've seen so many amazing videos of Korean and Japanese street foods that if not for the language barrier and difficulty learning it being a native English speaker I'd probably live in either of those countries.

    I love Korean food especially the classics like toasted seaweed sheets, rice, beef, and Kimchi but I have never had cabbage on a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. Looks good I will definitely try it. Thanks for sharing.

      kerryav I always remember what an Aunt and Uncle once said about their visit to South Korea; one of their first impressions upon exiting the plane was the air had a distinct smell of cabbage. This was in the 1960’s. I don’t know if it’s like that still today. But they do eat a lot of cabbage over there.

    After drinking soju and Hite all night, it was always so good to hit up a street vendor afterwards. I loved how I could get ham, egg, and cheese on anything. Noodles, hamburger, bulgogi, or whatever, you could put ham, egg, and cheese on it. 🤤🤤🤤

    Okay, I would have liked the following:
    1. Double the amount of bacon and have it on the grill for a bit longer.
    2. Salt and pepper on the egg, and a touch of chillipowder.
    3. Let the toast get a bit more colour.
    4. Dont go so hard with the cabbage.
    5. Cheese on top of the bacon, so it gets a bit gooey..
    6. Top it off with a bit of an smokey bbq-sauce insted.
    Voila, and we have a winner.
