Street food makes bank in Seoul, Korea--a very dense city where people are constantly on the go. You have little overhead in terms of rent and physical plant. And a very steady stream of customers. You don't even have to advertise, because your product is your billboard. So, yeah, on a busy street, you can reach tens of thousands of potential customers during a workday.

Wow I respect this chef a lot, how he treats ingredients in preparation is just gentle and smooth I could feel his appreciation for ingredients, also when he cooks kimchi roll on the griddle, how he slow cook in all the process and make it super crispy and juicy with fabulous sauce,I’d love to try it🤤
    Much love to the chef!!🙏

Not sure if I’ve misinterpreted what your comment meant, but if I have, I apologise.
But how on EARTH does roughly throwing, with very good aim, ingredients into a pan make the chef unprofessional? It’s the effortless & efficient way this dish is made by the chef, that is amazing to watch for many viewers!
The chef has obviously been cooking this dish for a long time. Ingredients tossed/thrown into a stock pot or pan, has nothing to do with his passion for cooking this dish. After cooking any dish for a long time, both chefs and home cooks, are able to make a dish in an almost robotic manner.
