The biggest issue I have is the way they pack the meat. You try this at home and you'lee see that when you want to prepare the cooking that the meat will be dark because of the way they are stacked. The heavier the patty, the bigger the chance that it will turn bad. I had some really bad experiences eating burgers at M'. So I only order thin patties and coated chicken to minimize the need to go to the toilet asap. It's a good way to get your stomach emptied I guess.

I used to drive truck cross country and one of my loads picked up at a meat packing plant in Dodge City Kansas. It was these huge vats of beef fat. I mean mostly fat. 45,000 lbs worth of fat. I had to take it to a processing plant in Green Bay WI. When I got there and they were off loading the product I ask him what he was going to use it for, sausage of some kind? He said that they make beef patties for McDonald's and they add this fat to get the proper mixture. I looked inside the vat's and it was just about as fat as you can get. Pure fat. I knew McDonald's used fatty meat, no mystery there. I just never expected actually adding pure fat to make it fatter. I noticed they didn't show that on here.

Here's the down low from my father who was a meat inspector at a plant where McDonalds ordered the beef. They would insist on 90CL (chemical lean) which is a high grade of beef, but they would always use older cows, thus cheaper. Also, from my friend who toured a McDonalds processing plant, it's just beef and they then scan them with a metal detector, that's it.

You know, I have to take my hat off to the people that do these types of jobs. I am quite sure that they have families and bills to be paid! I get that! However, I just could never do these types of job! Mainly because, they are just too tedious. I would be so bored doing the same thing everyday. No way for me. I am glad that we have people to do these jobs because, without them, we wouldn’t be able to enjoy the food that we do. I wish these types of workers the very best! Keep doing what they do! Some of us do appreciate all of these worker’s hard work! I just had to make this comment! Peace.

They dont use normal cuts of beef for their patties. They run the cow hides (skins) through a huge machine called a centrifugal extractor, add a bunch of chemicals to turn what crap sticks to the hides to mush, and spin it super fast so it detaches. That is what they use for their beef patties. That’s why they taste so yummy.🤮Don’t be fooled by this video. Also I didn’t know they sold potato chips at McDonalds…
