As a Korean student who buys that a lot in the morning, I feel like I'm eating hot cakes and fried eggs from American breakfast in one bite. It is a hot cake with sweet taste and a salty taste of eggs. *There's also a version of bacon in it!* That name is "korean egg bread".
I feel the same wady, ly wife is on the keto diet and it's oing wonder for her. Somedays she just eats eggs and bacon. I gotta learn some of these only egg recipes. Saw a hurricane egg recipe the other day. That was tits!

I think it was originally designed to make baby shoes, then someone found one discarded and decided to make bread and eggs in it. If you look enough on UA-cam, it seems that all metal garbage in Korea is eventually recycled to make some sort of cake or egg meal

I had a think about this too and then realized it's more than likely because of texture. Like eating down on that really soft bread to then be greeted by something hard would ruin it for me honestly
Im gonna go with because this is made in korea, and they like their food to be presentable and pretty. If you watch other street food videos like waffles, for waffles the sellers will tend to cut off the edges and round it off to make it look round instead of weirdly shaped
