I'm surprised so many people think this looks "yummy." All that mayo, processed american cheese and cheap white bread. I understand it's cheap, but it's not very good. The best things were the fresh veggies and eggs. Those triple decker sandwiches near the end are an abomination.
In terms of socioeconomics, you buy what you can afford and sometimes it's fast food like street toast in South Korea or burgers in the US. Especially if you're busy and on the go or you're feeling down and you need a comforting pick me up. You're never tempted by the convenience of fast food? You're saying that you eat "healthy" all the time like chicken breasts every single day? Bullshit lol.
Obesity is a problem in South Korea much like the US, yes. But it's not a problem if you eat this type of food occasionally as a treat. Again, think of it in terms of socioeconomics and you might be able to at least empathize with fast food consumers.

It dies extremely fast in open air waiting for ingredients. Just search "Korean egg toast." You'll get thousands of videos with plenty of different versions and ingredients.

I usually like these but this time I am not sure I am a fan. No particular special about the sauce, synthetic cheese that has no flavor, ham is quite thin. I think for a few more bucks I can find like a food that is significantly more apetizing to the eyes. Or even some other street food that cause a dollar. might not be same volume to value ratio but I think id rather get something like that the like a knocked down quality for cheaper price.

Dont they get cold if he does like 20 peices step by step? Also it does not look very tasty. Way too much oil/fat and industry ingredients. You can shop cheese and meat slices by yourself. Its cheaper and tastes better (no preservatives).
