    Great video. Tip: use a food processor to chip the yam, it's faster.

      I haven't tried Oven method, I only Sundry or Dehydrate..

      Oven will turn it to roasted yam.
      Most electric oven in the market their temperature range starts from 100 and above.
      So food dryer is best..
      Drying in the sun will take time and atimes yam develop molds, insects like flies will perch on it, dusts and dirts will also land on the yam.

    I would call this YAM POWDER because it is nothing but YAM and only YAM.
    I have bought FU FU FLOUR and found it contains other ingredients to make it glutinous.
    I like to know exactly what I am getting without guess work.
