    So if i gate u right ma the different between the two ways is if i want my pounded yam flour retained it colour not returned brown is boiled even if i want use SUNDRY

    What kind of white vinegar are you using? Is it distilled white vinegar or white wine vinegar?

    I wonder how both smell. Personally I don't like vinegar so the first method is a no no for me. I have tried the second method before but I ended up with something that looks more like amala than pounded yam. All because I didn't know how long to cook the yam for before drying

      I prefer food dehydrator
