Now 20 years later, I have my Airframe license, and just passed my Powerplant written, working on my FCC. Then hopefully in the years to come to get my pilots license, run a GA friendly maintenance hangar, and own the Cessna 180 that started my passion over 20 years ago!

Mike is a true aviator hands down. When you have the passion and priority to be able to build exactly what you want, it turns to something exciting and adventurous. This is what this is about. Safe flyin mike!

You're awesome, Mike. I dont have an airplane or a pilot's license. I do however LOVE aviation and love your passion for it. You make amazing videos. Keep it up, sir!

So awesome... Love Mikes attitude too, very captivating and really great at telling the story and build idea behind a plane.

Right now I am extremely excited. You always knock your projects out of the park so much enignerding that most of us can not compete. I am a machinist myself and I still can't believe what it takes to modify a Wilga, and knowing how to make an engine like that. I might transition myself over there for more machining and fabrication knowledge.

So, Mike .... 12 months ago - you and trent kicked my arse into gear to go and get my pilots certificate. Last weekend with less than 12 days left until the year was up, I did my final check ride and exam and can now fly recreational planes (light sport) almost anywhere in Australia. You were a big part of that starting and happening. Thank you :)

Great build. Looking forward to getting my PPL. Thanks to you and Trent for distracting my from my other hobbies long enough to study for my license and fly.

This is the build I’ve been most interested in! Being a fabricator an off-road racer/enthusiast, 10k hour helicopter pilot along with getting my fixed wing license in an Extra300. STOL is the direction I’m heading! Stole Drags are definitely intriguing but Back country remote landings are definitely in my future. I will be building one soon and can’t wait to see what you have dreamed up! Draco’s new legs are right up my alley love it.....keep on pushing the envelope Sir!!!

I really appreciate what you're doing Mike I'm a Gearhead love everything with a motor but know nothing about Aviation I came across a Draco video about a year ago and fell in love with it since then I've been watching all of Trent Palmer's videos and also yours it's been exciting to see and I'm actually learning a lot and I do want to take a class and become a pilot all because of you and Draco!

There is no substitute for cubic inches! The concept of using scrap parts from scrap aircraft to build something is awesome! My Frankenstein build is exactly that. I’ve traded my time and skill set for bits and opportunity to go through scrap bins where Ive worked. So awesome mate!
