In the 70s we used to race VWs around the neighborhood. As we got older we graduated to V8 in muscle cars. Nothing compares to the fun we had rowing through the gears of the underpowered 4 cylinders. Those underpowered minibikes brought back found memories. Sometimes less is more!
Its to more to drive a slow car (or bike) fast, than a fast car (or bike) slow. You can't push a Ferrari or Vette or a Huyabusa to its limits, or yours, without dying. But you can beat a Trail 90 or VW like a dirty rug.
Friday upload for you guys! Enjoy the episode, check out our new giveaway, and have a great weekend! WATCH OUT FOR SCAMMERS! We will contact the winner directly on the phone or by email from orders@cars-cameras.com.
We dont know what goes on in these fellas personal lives. Don't make assumptions about things you dont know. Chuck is a 30 year old adult. Im sure he weighed his options and made his own choices for his own reasons.
What I love about this channel the most is the friendship and comradery you three have. The bikes and builds are excellent, but it wouldn’t be nearly as fun without all of you together. Never take it for granted.
@@peterherrington3300so If I pay my friend to help me with my youtube channel, just due to the monetary incentive alone, he's not my friend anymore? what kind of logic is that from down under?
@@peterherrington3300 I’ve been watching this channel since it’s 1st video. They are definitely friends who work together. It maybe jobs business but that doesn’t change anything.
And still got the front tread backward! On V tread, both tires point to the center, looking down from above. Unless the front wheel is driven. Then both tires are configured to pull. And if there is no brake on the front, it might not matter that much.
Now that I could finally watch the entire video. Nice one guys, I love seeing you just go out and ride together instead of one at a time. I understand it isn't always possible but it's great to see you all have fun together.
I’ve been watching you guys since the early days of being at your parents house and the Miata and the C10 truck long before it was ever completed. You guys make me happy every time I get that upload notification. Keep up the good work and keep the vids coming.
The very first episode I watched was when Isaac was trying to mount a starter on a riding mower to off road back in the driveway. I was like who are these people lol this is cool. It inspired me to build several off road mowers. I think it would be cool to see the three of you build your own race off road mower and compete on the course to see who's the fastest. Or more capable.
Keep the content coming guys! My 3 big kids (5,5,3 yrs old) love watching everything you guys make Charles is definitely one of their favorites but you all add a little something! I bought them a go kart and a mini bike(CT100u) for their up coming birthday. I also bought my own mini bike BT200x. Rascal might be a good project for us!
Nice. I built one of these with a cam, billet flywheel, slide carb, header and no governor. The engine woke up quite a bit. Nowhere near the low end you can get out of a 212 or 224 but it was a lot of fun. Well over 40MPH too. it's long gone though; the bike has a 212 Tilly now and it's about to get a 236.
I totally get that Go Powersports is a major sponsor, but all parts should fit without welding on new tabs. Maybe they accidently sent the wrong seat. Suggesting that one could order a different seat or weld on new tabs to fix a GPS problem is not good for the newbie. BTW, thank you for your continued content.
Charles may not have won but he's got hands down the best looking Mini Bike out there!! It's got the sweet paint job, sick baby ape hangers handlebars and proper gas tank.
Wb Charles!!! You were missed! And don't worry, those hovercraft videos were horrible so you didn't miss much :) glad to see you back bud. You're the reason I watch this channel ahahah
I have found that I truly enjoy the working relationship between you gentlemen. I enjoy small engine building and my wife and I both appreciate that you guys don’t feel the need to drop an F bomb every fourth word out of you mouths. God bless you and stay safe.
I like it....seems like a great value compared to the thin wall Chinesium stuff out there. The 3hp performed about how I expected....Those tiny engines really benefit from a jackshaft setup. Looks to be plenty of room behind the engine to fab one up and play with reduction gearing for more acceleration off the line. All of my old DB30's with the original 97cc flattys were built that way and ran great, especially with the gov deleted. Nice job, boys! Ballin' on a budget!
The seat should just bolt on and no welding should be expected because most people don't have a welder. Without the governor it was quick..The governor would be perfect for a beginner as well,so not a bad little bike really. Cool guys❤.
Y'all should build a mini bike that's fun yet reasonable on price for people that r over 300lbs and for someone on a low income budget but that is like 45mph top speed. I think that would be awesome. I say that cuz to be honest there's lots of people like me who r unfortunately over 300lbs but can't afford something that's $1500 that will hold us and that we don't have to have a license for unfortunately.
Hate to hear Issac had tweaker problems. I hope you guys have good security and camera's on the shop and property entrances. It's not too hard or expensive these days with bluetooth and such
@CarsandCameras It would be Cool too see you build up that 98cc engine into 98cc Monster engine! With whatever parts that you guys can get your hands on for the 98cc engine. I would definitely build one!...
U guys should find a way to pave a straight shot somewhere on your property. The longest possible straight line and it wouldn't need to be very wide. I'm sure you thought of that but that's my piece of mind
I probably missed it, but have you ever talked about what the US Forestry requires in order to ride a minibike on their trails? For example, an approved / legal spark-arrestor?
For Charles bike, when you get a new wheel, make sure the spacer between the two bearings is exactly the right length so the bearing clips seat at the same time the spacer makes contact with the inner race. Then make outer spacers that allow smooth straight operation of the forks. With the axle bolt tight, weld in a fitted fork stabilizer between the top of the lower fork tubes. This will keep the forks from working individually, and dramatically improve handling. As for the new bike...100cc might be enough if it would turn 18,000 RPM but that would cost a fortune. Since there is so much room in that frame, *ADD* the CR500 engine, use the 100cc engine as a pony motor to start the 500 and this would solve all the worlds problems. P.S. I'm thinking about getting one of those non-lethal bean bag sho_g_ns and hanging out on Ike's lot till his problem is solved. JK

Probably used a blow torch to cut the hole outfit it was shot the metal would be stretched away from the direction the bullet came from which would probably keep engine from being able to mount flush
