20 Mins Pranayama Practice | Daily Breathing Exercises for Immunity, Stress Relief & Calm Mind

- Hi Everyone!
Today we will be doing a pranayama practice that will help you oxygenate the body, boost immunity and calm the nervous system. Make sure you practice this on an empty stomach or at least 3-4 hours after eating.
We will start with some easy stretches to warmup the spine and open up the hips & hamstrings. Then we will move to a cleansing Kapalbhati Kriya, followed by Nadi Shodhan , Sheetali & Bhramari Pranayama.
You might need one pillow for this practice. Once you are ready, lets gently hop onto the mat & get going.

Madam hv at times a lower back pain problem(some times severe) n left knee pain issues as i hv an office sitting job mostly ( Less touring). Apart from this 20 min daily exercise which other video from your you tube yoga training session, i should practice. Kindly suggest . @@BhartiYoga

Hi Prathant, it is recommend to do cleansing and heating Pranayamas like Kapalbhati, bhastrika before the cooling ones like sheetali, Anulom violom and Bhramari.
