Heya Bharti ! I am college student. Need your help for my stomach ache. Can you suggest any asanas or yoga techniques for it? Dont know why but I suffer from frequent stomach ache in classes and study hours and its really frustrating. Would be grateful if you come with video on yoga and diet for stomach ache and things to take care off. Lots of love and more power to you.
Hi Samantha, sitting and working for long durations can cause gas to get trapped. I would suggest trying to walk a bit after you eat before settling back for studying. Also try to make sure you don't have very long gaps between your meals. That can also cause acidity. Wear loose comfortable clothing if you are sitting for long hours as tight clothes can also cause stomach ache.. दीदी हमारा नाम आलिया है। हम बिहार में रहते है और उम्र 30 साल है। हम कुछ दिनों से कपालभाती प्राणायाम कर रहे है लेकिन प्राणायाम करने के बाद हमारे पेट में बोहोत दर्द होता है। कुछ देर में ठीक हो जाता है लेकिन अगले दिन जैसे प्राणायाम करते है उसके बाद फिर से पेट में इतना दर्द होता है। क्या ये पेट दर्द प्राणायाम की वजह से है या कोई और वजह होगी ?
Hi Alia, you might be doing the Kapalbhati incorrectly. Don't exert too much pressure and also start out at a slower pace and slowly build your stamina. Also make sure you practice pranayama on an empty stomach or have at least 4 hours of gap after your last meal. You can refer to this video for Kapalbhati : ua-cam.com/video/uimxomMxk58/v-deo.html

Excellent video however Yr order of doing pranayam is wrong. First should be kapalbhati, followed by abdominal breathing, anulom, brahmari, shitkari and lastly sheetal pranayam. Suresh - Bombay
