@@jacobstern5770 i ended up returning the red because the logos smeared off after i posted this. I was shocked! I ended up exchanging for black and they're good. There are some things that bother me. The app is terrible when counting down activities and there are three modes on the device itself but one the first is programmed. the other two settings are blank and you can't program them.
I just got the product red elite and love it. I've used it a few times today.

These videos really are useless in showing you how to apply to muscle groups properly.
