I have to use the cone to release my flexor carpi ulnaris which is near my medial epicondyle. The tissue is heavily scarred and fibrotic (this compresses my ulnar nerve and causes cubital tunnel syndrome symptoms) . When using the Cone attachment at slower speed with my G3pro the Cone bounces off the fibrotic tissue (that’s how hard the tissue is). When using the fastest speed it releases the tissue painlessly. I’ve had a lot of improvement in breaking the scar tissue/adhesions/fibrotic tissue but it’s not 100% released. Still it’s a great tool and very efficient (saves a lot of time). A lacrosse ball does the rest of the job.

Got my theragun pro. It doesn’t change. Warranty stuff is a pain. I wouldn’t recommend.

Bought the Theragun Pro 6 months ago, one of the batteries already dead and not charging. Theragun only give 90 day warranty on its batteries. Totally unacceptable customer service and warranty period. I got sold a poor battery. Stay away from Theragun!! You are better getting a cheaper alternative. Maybe they should spend more on the product quality and less on £M advertising.
