Oh Z on another note I learned something that might be helpful for you. If you hammer the fishing cage like you do other things to lock them in place. All you can pick up then is the fish and it makes multiple cages streamline.
Turns the drill off at 8:50, Z1 "Yes, I want this off so I can sell everything, also need to tell Mrs.Z what I'm planning"...unconsciously turns it back on at 9:16...leaves and makes a mess of his ores...oh my 😆

If you have a 2 monitor setup I believe there’s a way you an record multiplayer without the split screen. Not sure how but blitz did it

Ooo awesome to see the multiplayer mode! It looks neat.
For fishing, you can also place a bucket in front of you so what you catch will go in the bucket but the bigger the object, the more difficult to place in the bucket. It helps me when all of those be in 1 bucket and you can pick up the bucket with them.
Or you can actually use the cart and jump on the sale table with it, works like a charm

It seems that the magnet can grab and pull the fishes right out of the cage it seems

You might want to sort out the Cloutium ore and smelt it as well.
hey Z you can ride right trough the river towards the town there is a short cut besides the bridge.
also when fishing you can stand next to a pan and the fish just vals in the pan this way you can just sell them all in one go

once you have the smelters under your sorters you dont need the funnels they just fall right in. the funnels also block the smelters from tipping over animations.
That bucket full of gems tho. So many rings, soooo many rings. Lots of smeltery, sold for a lousy 500 coins. WHY! GOD! WHY!

5:15 used wooden pallets to measure if they are both the same size cuz the wood pallets are just big enough to fit in the back and that can give u a better . Measurement by the gaps

i have been using ps4 controller for this game, so much easier to drive. also remap the sprint to right shoulder button. moving around fast becomes way easier. wish they would put sprint on a toggle. also wish they could make things 'snap' into place a little easier.

Quick tip for multiplayer: if you are playing hydroneer with split screen and you have multiple monitors, you can click multi-monitor setup this will make hydroneer look like a normal single player setup
You should try to mark up a race track like in rally cross, and also do a timed race from the jeweler at bastion keep to bridgepour, and back to burnscroft. Then back to bridgepour and finally back to the jeweller at bastion keep. That should be enough distance to show who is the fastest driver :)
You can fish fish in a bucket/pan for easier bulk selling.
Hey Z, you can get a controller "Emulator" that basically makes steam "split screen multiplayer" think that one person is using a controller when they are actually using their keyboard :) That might be something to look into if you want to do this again :)

You can sell fish at any Jeweler, doesn't need to only be at that stock market. The whole post thing with the fish sign was supposed to only be the place for you to get new fishing rods there isn't anything else to it

Just learned it is 2 player! Grabbed it! Waiting for a day off now.
May have to pick this game up. It's looking really interesting. Not sure about replay value but maybe a good chunk of gameplay time for an indie.
It looks interesting, but having EVERYTHING just free float except certain connecting parts just bothers my brain. I'm used to Satisfactory, where an item in a production line STAYS in the production line and can't just fall off. Also, having player money be a physical item you have to drag around rather than something that's just in an inventory is strange to me.

If you have another screen put 2nd player on screen 2 and record screen 1. Might help make multiply videos easier if you wish to.
If you want to find them items for the stands in the cave you need to buy all polts and dig for them there is one in each plot 😉

Z if you want something fun you can do burnouts in the truck by holding space and w. If you let go of space while doing this you get a huge speed boost
Put all your gold bars and cut gems or iron bars in a pan. heat it up in the firepit, place pan on anvil and hammer away. crafted items will be "stuck" to the pan for eazy transport.

Yep the tier 2 trucks are faster. Also your using remote play instead of two copies and doing either local or online multiplayer? That might be the reason for the control issue because remote play is still kind of in development with steam.

Yeah all remote-play games treat it as if you're on the same PC, so only one player can use M+K.

watching this video reminds of like, taking your wife or girlfriend with you to Lowes to help. They just kind of follow blindly, looking at everything but not understanding anything at all, lol. While the guy is running around like crazy like "ooh, I want that. Ooh, we need that." And she's just like "oh, uh, ok sure, whatever you say...?"

Big brain idea you guys could go on creative mode and place down a bunch of concrete floor large On top of the biggest plot of land there is to have more space to drag race and be more accurate
Unfortunately that's just how remoteplay works in the current day and age. It's a universal problem whether you use Steam, a 3rd party software like Pascal or even built in local co-op. It's a limitation of computers that even if you have a secondary mouse and keyboard plugged in, they are not able to differentiate the source of an input from one mouse/keyboard to another. Similar to the universal limitation of how bluetooth headsets cannot use stereo speakers and a mic input at the same time cuz the bandwidth of bluetooth isn't enough :(

onyx is worth more by itself and not in any jewelry. All gems that are polished are also worth more. that onyx gem would have been almost 1k sold alone
hey z you can sell the fish at the jewelers place. also use a pan instead of the cart then you can just place the pan on the stand and sell all of them all at once.
You can jump while pulling the cart, and it's totally possible to jump up on the stand with it. The tricky part is finding the spot where you can let go of it.

There is also online multiplayer they can both use keyboard and mouse no split screen and the only problem is they both need the game and a pc.

There should be a update for the junk yard where you can craft a vehicle and put together there are different parts and you can use regular a hydroneer parts so you can make your own mini miner with tank in the shards could also be another power source for the junkyard vehicles

I think the stock market is there ad adjusts over time so that you cannot fish your way to being a billionaire in one setting. this would force you to do multiple things to make money and experiance the game more. Just my thoughts
