Gotta say I love the adventure in this game. Next video you're gonna have to make an automatic refueler for that boring machine you got. Would be cool if the devs made a way to store all those ores so they're not just all over the ground
Storage is really a must. By "mid-game," this game runs like crap on all but the beefiest PCs, because every piece of ore is treated as a physical object with all the simulation involved in that. Making it possible to convert them into numbers, which only physically exist when you need them to, would make the game a lot more playable for the average person.
Imagine you could dig under the whole world of the game. You could create transport tunnels that lead to selling shops. You could transport the material directly without the hassle of driving it around. The dream, a hydroneer subway system.
14:41 Yes, that is done precisely to annoy you. So that you cannot merely replace the old parts with upgraded ones but actually have to tear down the whole factory and architect a new one from ground up.
You should have each I got empty out into a crucible and see how high of a number you can get each one to weigh and be worth. You can pick up the existing pile with the magnet. Maybe you can break the game with such a high number.
I downloaded the new Hydroneer update this morning after getting home from work. I still haven't played Hydroneer much, thanks mostly to Timberborn, Isle of Arrows, and Bad North these days... but Astroneer, Dome Keeper, Infraspace, and Planet Crafter are also on my to-be-played list. I got them all on sale over the last few months along with a few other games; I just need more time to play, because sadly gaming isn't my job. Edit: And after seeing that you had to rebuild so much after this update, I'm glad I haven't done much up to this point myself. 😁
late so nobody will see,but taking the vehicle down there made me think soooo much about a weird thing from one of my favorite book series when i was a teen, the pendragon books, i forget which included these odd omnidirectional drill tank things, a whole group of people used them to make underground cities.
Watching Matt play this game is so fun, unlike playing it myself. It's like the devs purposefully wanted you to have a miserable experience playing it. Hours and hours of dealing with its terrible, fiddly interface and unnecessarily obtuse mechanics until you get that 5 minute serotonin kick from finally having a working mining setup.
hi, u dont need the shredder im suprised u still have 1 as they got removed from the game as their basically useless. also i didnt see it but did you put in 4 compressors as compressors only work 1 per gem stone....... hope this helps
This has nothing to do with the video but there is a bridge in Brazil that has been under construction for 2 1/2 years because that put the road on backwards, what is your opinion?
In kerbal space program 2 on the planet moho there is a giant hole at the North Pole if you could get a bridge over it it would be quite the engineering feat
I love the fact that RCE never bothers to read the patch notes, so he's always pleasantly surprised when he finds new stuff in the game. :P
Huh good idea rce
I don’t think anybody reads those

@ledumpsterfire6474 and its only going to become more important with new items and ores.
But a bunch of ores on the ground look very nice and impressive
@@muchDOGE_ impressive at 5fps ;)
Took me too long to realize you meant "A machine that bores" and not a BORING machine. I was like "It's not that bad" ... I'm slow lol
That "giant" looks suspiciously like an old school petroleum lamp ^^
Iron giant 😂😂
Brits no lnowledge of lantern
They're usually called "Hurricane Lamps" in the UK.
Yeah it's a miners lamp so possibly kerosene but usually paraffin.
Matt’s turning into the real hydro engineer pretty quickly
Hydro architect*

"I've never actually looked down the end of a pipe, I thought it would be a bit rude" is the most british thing you've ever said Matt, and I love it
We're just surprised you didn't make another terrible bridge... out of HydroMoles.
imagine
WHAT DO YOU MEAN TERRIBLE
We have found. . . The Architect!
No stop giving him ideas ha is crazy enough to do it
@@Ragetiger1 You were already on his channel!
I see an oil lamp. RCE sees Iron Giant. I also see there aren't enough diagonal bracing on that harbor crane truss for it to lift anythin.
I can't believe how much RCE has accomplished in this game sometimes. Carrot bridge still takes me by surprise.
Only an architect would make a bridge out of carrots.
No it would be to stable to look good
I'm so excited this episode came out! I know it's a slow game, especially for making content everyday but I thoroughly love watching you play it.
I watch your stuff when I’m going through a depressive episode, and your humor helps me feel a bit better :)
14:41 Yes, that is done precisely to annoy you. So that you cannot merely replace the old parts with upgraded ones but actually have to tear down the whole factory and architect a new one from ground up.
Much love Matt. Would love to see you do some challenges in Scrap Mechanic!
He really need to play that game!
Or even Multiplayer with blitz and intern
19:06 give astroneer a try the terrain tool and drills on rovers is the most satisfying thing ever
11:20
Are you telling me you don't know what a hurricane lamp is?
An engineer, you call yourself
Hearing Matt say “Silly boy” is really funny for some reason
Devs: add new ore
Matt: new ore new bridge
Devs: *sweats nervously*
11:30 that’s an old school oil lamp ya knob. Lol
Looks like an Iron giant with a flame between it's legs.....
It's a damn lantern

@11:04 getting old skool lego rock raider vibes. Man i love that game even while i'm 30 now
I'll be honest, I dont think I've ever seen legit gameplay of Hydroneer after seeing what Josh did to the game.
Not that Matt's much better with the fishnado or his piping... though nobody breaks a game quite like Josh.
Josh or let's game it out had a $1,000,000 bounty put on him by the dev ingame makes sense lol

Another person i watch he just started a fresh save not because he had to fix everything he just wanted to start a new
It's good to see that the Brotherhood of Nod found a more productive use for their Devil's Tongue flame tanks.
I like the wooden supports merging into the carrots. Makes it look more grounded
So glad you came back to this. I love this series
Can we please get a step by step guide on how you made your “super simple sorter machine” plz?
Yes! Was waiting for a new episode of Hydroneer :D
same here bro
Yesss, so glad you're back with another Hydroneer video.
The drilling machine you used to make tunnels, it would be nice if it spat out resources, seeing as they are in the ground
Finaly watching a regular ish play through, since only been watching let’s game it out hydrogeneer videos
11:24 IRON GIANT? IrOn GiAnT???!!?. Now im feeling old Matt BUT: THIS IS A FREAKING OLD SCHOOL: OIL or GAS LAMP

Day 9 of asking Matt to play No Mans Sky.
Keep on going
I think Satisfactory would probably be a better fit for his gameplay style
No
I think he might have fun
Am I the only one that read it as day 69?
is there a way to make a slope for your digger? or are you expected to drive on top of the conveyor belts after making the initial hole?
16:23. cheeky rce. Do you think im an architect and wouldn't notice the shortcut.
15:57 Mate you bloody flyin?!
This is the first video I’ve seen of the new tier 3 miners and lemme tell you, it has me excited for other people’s experiences!
Dope vehicle, suppose the next episode has you mining out a vast underground racetrack or something
11:22 bruh, thats a lantern😂
Matt must be an architect because of how good he built them bridges
maybe?
Archigeer.
you can put the shard ingots in the pressure tank to get more water pressure
How does Matt have the patience to walk to the other side of the map just to look at a crane?????? I’d never have the patience lol
This game teaches patience, that's for certain.
I think he has Dev tools and can move quickly/fly
Every episode I've seen of Hydroneer I always see the devs fucking about with Matt each time hahaha... Love the 10/10 bridge review
Btw there is a secret “RCE Bridge 11/10” on the top of the top of the winter mountain
0:58 The design is very human.
Always a good day when rce posts hydroneer gameplay
I want the devs to build a multiplayer mode just so Matt can 1v1 Josh/letsgameitout and see who can crash the server first.
"I've never actually looked down the end of the pipe, I thought it'd be a bit rude, but..." - what a gentleman
If you use a Cork in unused pipes pipes you can increase water pressure
11:20 That icon looks like a "Hurricane Lamp" to me.
19:24 no you are moving the conveyors FORWARD
@realcivilengineer U can loads of guild tokens if u do the kings quests in the castle at the starting area
You NEED to play WallWorld if you like DomeCeeper. It is basically the same, but you dig right instead of down and you can MOVE your "dome")
Matt is always coming up with good ideas
Love Hydroneer, always happy to see it on the channel
You need to build a hybridge.
The cables need to be made of gems, the deck made of gold bars, and any other supports made of feeesh!
So…how exactly do you use logic systems in this game? I can’t figure it out. Do you just put it through the water pipes?
We got twid and cwid.
Rce should do a collab with lots game it out
11:20 he called a lantern a giant metal man
What was the deal with the drill that was already there and then it being behind the anvil at iceborne.
8:50 Bug jump
I have seen 1:24 of footage of this game in total and went "right. This will destroy my life if I pick it up. I better not"

Never stop this series
Only our Matt to get amazed at a drill WITH A DRILL BIT ON IT 😂😂
im always waiting for new hydroneer vids from you
I work in engineering that makes those types of underground miner machines. The developmenters made them kind like what they would be...
A little bit of biffa type of mug promotion 😂
RCE is the lets game it out in bridges
My favorite game on this channel. Too time consuming to play it myself, but it is really fun to watch
I just started watching the old series and he's doing it again
"My frame rates going to be on trouble" *has mountains of bars at another machine*😂
Corestone is weird it only spawns in tier 2 and 3 dirt but is more common than clautium.
hi, u dont need the shredder im suprised u still have 1 as they got removed from the game as their basically useless.

Is there a playlist of you playing this game cause I would love to watch it
i think you should make a Tier 1, Tier 2 & Tier 3 Footbridge review or another plan would be to make a Conveyor belt bridge
i love how the devs have begun to like rate his bridges and stuff, its so cool xD
I love the fact that you call you resource sorter "simple" in fact it was very hard placing all those pipes
Dude, you gotta do a playthrough of the satisfactory game!!
RCE is the kind of guy to make very efficient machines.. the only problem is, he can't resist making them in the strongest shape.
what do you mean? thats why they're so efficient!
I love your vids so much I was watching one of your old one of this vid there so good
Hey RCE!, i discovered your channel about 1 month ago and like your content! Also i would love if u played Mini Motorways again.
yes, eclipsis was made before hydroneer.
and yes, none of them stole their ideas.
Aw yiss hydroneer long time no see my friend!
Wasn't the symbol a lantern at 11:26 or am i crazy?
The king is the one who gives good quests
When you are picking up tiny and Pyrula jams I saw an onyx in there
The "iron giant with flame between his legs" would be a lantern, sir.
Does any know if this runs on the Steam Deck?
Thank you! Great series
haha, i love the way you and Let's Game It Out play this game
i know that you didnt actually grind those twids, but i dont care because its still quality content
In kerbal space program 2 on the planet moho there is a giant hole at the North Pole if you could get a bridge over it it would be quite the engineering feat
Bro had to sell his clothes to get the driller😂😂
This man's mine looks like one of them isengard holes
i dont think the shredder hook has done anything since t2 was added a long time ago
11:24 no that’s a lantern..
