    I’m working with 10 year old to kick off. He also golfs. Seems to help to compare the leg swing to swinging a golf club.

      that’s exactly what i was gonna ask because i’ve been starting to get more knots on my hamstrings when i’m kicking so is there any specific leg stretches we can do to avoid these problems?

    Do you have tips with stretching because my knee has been bothering me ever since I’ve started to kick more repetitively

      Just make sure you warm up really good before kicking and stretch after. Also make sure you are not kicking too many footballs in one session. I never kick more than 60 balls but normally I only kick 40 max. Also check out my stretching video on my channel

    so i’ve been kicking for about 7 months and i’m getting pretty good but i’ve noticed my hip always hurts. does this happen to you?

      No your hip should not be hurting. Make sure you are not over kicking. I never kick more than 60 balls in one session because you are risking injury if you over kick. Also make sure to warm up good before kicking and stretch good after kicking. Lastly, make sure you are strengthening your hip flexors.

      @@kyler257 also make sure you aren't swinging with straight groin snap your hips at impact

    Hey I was wondering if you had any tips on making sure your leg is locked at contact I really struggle with that

      If you are too close or you don’t give yourself enough room to swing then you will automatically bend your leg. Also work on drills like no step or one step and just focus on locking out at contact

    I’m a kicker with a really bad habit of crunching down before the kick, how do I fix this?

      Try to stay tall from the start. So like after you take your steps and you are in your stance, push your chest out and start tall.

      @@cadennovikoff okay thanks I’ll try that! I have also noticed that It tends to be my head that initiates the crunch because I’m trying to look at the ball. Is their any advice their?

      It’s just a mental thing. Really focus on keeping your head still.

    How do you get more distance on punts

      Dropping it higher results in higher punts which tends to make it go farther

    Unfortunately they won't let us use blocks on field goals in college and NFL.
