If that's how you lose weight then you're missing the whole purpose, the grind and hard work is the fun part and when you get there and finally feel good, and healthy, your body will feel amazing and you will enjoy life more. That should be your incentive, not just money because yes money is super important but once you get to the end goal you will have much more motivation to do many other things, like come out to one of Dee's videos and show em what you got.

Its so hard to find HS players that see the value in kicking and punting. Everyone wants to be a ball carrier or DB. And the athletes that do like to kick and punt usually play both ways. So they only get a few minutes to work on special teams in practice.
