      Plant foot depth would be the first thing I would check so your timing matches up

      @@KickersOfEarth I just did coaching this kind of helped. I wasn’t tall enough on my approach and it was on ground so I had trouble hitting the bottom to get height

    Any advice for preseason when coming off a ankle injury in the spring? Should I wait until later to let it heal but not get as much time kicking in during preseason or should I ease back into kicking now?

      Walk crawl run. Get in the pool and move your ankle around, put on a resistance band and move your ankle in each direction.
      Definitely don't force your recovery. If it feels good on a no step, try some one step swings on air and so forth

      Any advice I just got a hip flexor injury and I’m trying to get backs as fast as possible. This is my first time kicking and I’m at 30 yds in my freshman year as my record kick so far. I’m trying to improve my technique and power in my kicks.
