I owned iPhone 6 for more than 2 years and now I'm looking for a new phone. I looked up LG, Xiaomi, HTC, Samsung but I got the most interest on OnePlus 5. This video is really solid, great video shots and editing dude, my friend told me anything that is close to Stock Android is a beast and now that you mentioned it I got pretty convinced to switch it up. Keep up the great work buddy :)

Hi guys I just bought OnePlus 5 one week ago and here's my thoughts about it after using it for a week straight: This thing is a monster. The speed is there, it's very obvious, at least switching from an iPhone 6 to it. Can't say much about the future though, who know's how long it'll last? But for now it's crazy fast, I definitely recommend the phone as of September 2017, like I said I can't promise I will say the same thing in the future but for now it's 10/10, worth the switch.

The jelly effet was due to the screen being mounted upside down on some of the first units produced, but it has been fixed with a recheck on all productions later on

I have iphone 5s for 3 years now and its getting quite old and i´m looking for a replacement and this phone looks good to me. How is the camera compared to 5s? Would you me recommend to switch to android? is there any possibility to use icloud mail within some android mail client? I´m deciding between OP5 and S8 but i dont like the optimization of the S8 which can slow down in a year or so but i really love its camera.
+Edmilson Monteiro It's all a question of what you value more: software experience, or camera quality. Personally, I think the S8 has a superior camera, and the OP5 a superior, a smoother software experience.
+Edmilson Monteiro As for your question on iCloud mail and its integration with Android, I'm not too sure. I wouldn't be surprised if you could use a different client.
i think i value the software experience more because, i want my phone to be as responsive and fast as possible and not to slow down over time , i also think that in that case i should just stick to ios

I am using nexus 5x - the only reason I am holding onto it is the camera. The battery is horrible - All I need is a great camera and battery shall I go for OP5 or wait for Pixel?

Thanks, but if the camera of OP5 is better than Nexus 5x (which I believe is quite good - esp in low light) then I can also settle for OP5 cause of the price. Also is G6 better than OP5 (I am aware of boot loop issues with LG) :)

i was looking at different types of contracts for monthly phones and i would be paying £42 for iphone 7 or £34 for a 1+5, there is no point in iphone as the 1+5 does basically the same job just with a 1440p display and its not water-proof however, i dont go near water with my phone. So im happy with saving £8 a month. OnePlus5 for life
z1X Gaming Actually, the Oneplus 5 does have some waterproofing built into it, but it's not certified. You can find videos on it on UA-cam, but I think that it's designed to resist rain rather than being submerged in water.

Kennedy Musembi not one bit. It actually feels very slim in the hand. But due to the matte and smooth finish on the back, it is pretty slippery. So you will be slighyly nervous while holding it for the first couple of days. But once your hand gets used to it, it will be a breeze using it.
the iphone SE is still a capable phone. Why not wait to buy a OnePlus 6?

+M MR I think that the Note 8 may have the best camera at the moment.
i would say Note 8, s8, s8+, pixel, HTC11 then oneplus 5. i would rate the oneplus 5 camera position as 5-10th place on overall smartphones department. It beats every iphone tho namely on macro and low light situation

+mone3ybagz You can buy a protection plan with the phone. So, in the case of an accident, you can send it directly to the nearest OnePlus establishment to get repaired!

The LG G6 is a really good looking phone, bezeless design.
The thing with LG is the constant problems it comes with. Namely Bootloop issues since the LG2.
Other fact is that it comes with a Snapdragon 821 vs 835 on the oneplus 5.
In camera department i have to get the LG a point there, even tho low light the G6 is terrible but when light is sufficient it easily wins the oneplus 5. The difference is minumum tho. Lg G6 lets you customize more with the camera app. LH G6 is water resistant Ip 68 while oneplus not.
To put it easier for you: If you want a phone only to show off (bezeless screen) which takes good photos and its decent fast, go grab the LG G6
If you want something with raw power, faster UI, more updates (like nexus devices) go grab the oneplus 5
