We had one of those funky walls with cutouts. House built in 2002. We remodeled 4 years ago and took the whole thing out. Open floor plan. Yeah! That’s a nice rental house, though. Deluxe house for the time it was built.
I been in buckeye.... West Woodlands Avenue. There was a huge park, basketball court, water sprinklers, swings, play gym for children. Way cleaner and extremely less humid than NY.
Very nice home except for the living/dining room divider. Perfect for a large family and affordable. Agreed about the guest bathroom shade, just why? Super garage with built ins, my dream. That little room is for the newborns.
I live in Canada, that house is well worth that price. You should see what you get up here for 2100 a month. A one bedroom if your lucky, very expensive here to live. I’d use that little room with the glass door as a sunroom. Put my plants in there, it has a window. Love your channel, just discovered it 👍
So many room that don't make sense however if it was for sale could redo knock down walls n paint the cabinets it has so much potential it would be a mini mansion ♥️
When I was trying to find a place in Phx. They wanted yur income to be 3 X the rent. For a senior on a fixed income impossible. Living in a hovel now but its cheap. I love my Native American neighbours they "Take Care of" the old man at the end of the street! Even took care of me last year through the covid. God bless them...
I disagree with you about open concept spaces. I think the partial wall between the living room and dining room adds architectural interest- especially here, where the open feeling is maintained because of the nature of the separator. I really like that.
I am old. So I liked the divider. Anyone walking into my house knows it was built in 70s but I like it and plan on living in it until I have to go into a nursing home. Glad all I have to pay is the property tax and utilities.
The inside of the homes are very nice and spacious but the desert looking , hot temperatures outside do not appeal to me at all. The price is set right because at least three roommates could be comfortable in there. I visited Chandler AZ a few years back and it’s not as bleak. There were all kinds of cactus plants so you had some greenery. Whoever built these homes should have planted more greenery, there’s not even grass. You do a good job Super!
Not for me but if you have two full-time workers, and you rent out one room (if that is allowed) it might be worth it. You can place the garbage cans on some type of boards so it can slide.
At 18:07, off the Owner's Suite with the glass door could be an office or extra storage. I'm 5'2 and I could see a desk and PC and my private office. Yes it could be a craft or sewing room too. I'm not very big so it looks like plenty of room for me.
The high vaulted ceilings in those homes is very impractical for AZ Summers. Expect to pay at least $300/mth for electricity to cool all that wasted space. 9 ft ceilings are more efficient. Renting is never ideal and certainly not $2000/mth. Everything is so inflated nowadays. Something needs to change or the next generation will have to live with roommates or family. I like the separation in the dining room and the counter is great for a buffet for gatherings/parties.
Master tiny room could be a sitting room….or a make up room…. Imho….the house is in fabulous condition for a rental…..I’ve seen a heck of a lot worse…given some of the blinds are wavy from the heat…..put the garbage cans in the garage
I think what looks like mouse poop is actually bat poop because its in one spot from bat roosting above it. Mouse goes all over the place, where ever they are scurrying about. They dont have one place they return to.
I think that room off the master was a nursery maybe? A bit sunny but probably had better blinds. About small bedrooms. We sleep there. So what. At the time that place was quality. You're right. Investment property with minimal care. That = slumlord no matter the neighborhood. No?
I bet that little room in the master was probably made for an elliptical or stationary bike. I wouldn't wanna be a room that tiny hearing the sounds of my own breathing bouncing off the walls right back at me but keeping it out of the bedroom would keep it from just beign used to hang clothes
its nice but way to much carpet. and your right about all those rocks in the yard and the blinds. i love the sun so don't really like obstruction of it
All the appliances are outdated especially the refrigerator and washer and dryer. And those were rodent droppings on the porch there! 😵💫 With the environment I'm guessing you probably get all kinds of critters wandering onto your property like scorpions, snakes, and rodents, lizards.
Is possible that some of the rooms sizes were built small bearly usablely so the buyer would eventually pay the builder extra money to remodel the rooms to a adult usable size?
Myself personally I would hate to clean the house all those bathrooms to clean vacuuming up and down the stairs then you mop the floors. Just looking at the place I can tell there's a lot of maintenance and upkeep
No basement???? That under the stairs area we should have seen as well. No a horrible price…but some work should be done and the price should be lowered if I have to change the blinds and have the house cleaned.
Please remember Daniel Robinson - he was a young geologist who went missing in Buckeye, AZ. He was only 26 years old, his father David is still looking for him!!
Super Im from the Bay area CA and I live in Buckeye. It's cool nice and quiet. I'm happy to be 20 min away from the major city and everything I need is 15 min away. I do work in the city but it's just a hop skip and a jump away.
Master bedroom, has a prayer closet!!. I am positive.
My daughter and her husband lived in that area, visited many times. Love it, now they live in Scottsdale
I agree with you about the bigger bedrooms instead of the giant loft.
Giant fish/turtle tank by the blank wall, by the glass door def office room
The small room in the master is a nursery/changing room

I'm new to your channel I like watching your housed and apartment shows God bless you.
The long narrow “retreat” with the funky glass door…. I would put a closet hanging and shelving system in there and it would be more storage.
I live in this community and you're literally right around the corner from my house.
U had me dizzy in that back yard lorty, lololol ❤
I love section, I dis like open floor plans.

Well it is in Buckeye, also known as BFE!!!
Nephew lives in Buckeye and commutes to PHX. Bought his home at the right time. 5 bdrm 3.5 baths.
It is a quiet place there.
Nice price is good need little maintenance 👍
It would be a nice reading room off the master bedroom. There people like myself who do not watch television and it is great!

Wow trees 🌳 all the other videos no trees.
Super, I thought they were termites on the front porch! That thin space in the main bedroom would be perfect for a TREADMILL!!!
So many room that don't make sense however if it was for sale could redo knock down walls n paint the cabinets it has so much potential it would be a mini mansion ♥️
Purchase in buckeye quick they are planning some big things in Buckeye. $$$$$$!
The small narrow room can be storage or a prayer room maybe??

Love the great commentary throughout. Your videos are always so informative. Thanks for all your work!
That small narrow room is the Pelaton / treadmill room, lol
I am old. So I liked the divider. Anyone walking into my house knows it was built in 70s but I like it and plan on living in it until I have to go into a nursing home. Glad all I have to pay is the property tax and utilities.

That buckeye place is real nice lots of wasted space
I'm trying to move to Arizona from California.
The small room is place for the baby in parent's room?
At 18:07, off the Owner's Suite with the glass door could be an office or extra storage. I'm 5'2 and I could see a desk and PC and my private office. Yes it could be a craft or sewing room too. I'm not very big so it looks like plenty of room for me.

Is that Bernadine's house?! 4 those who know!!!😏
That's a office-net
All the appliances are outdated especially the refrigerator and washer and dryer.
And those were rodent droppings on the porch there! 😵💫
With the environment I'm guessing you probably get all kinds of critters wandering onto your property like scorpions, snakes, and rodents, lizards.
It’s rediculous how much housing cost an the investors get richer as the average person struggling. It’s no wonder we are so many homeless.
Treadmill or exercise bike
Good idea... but you'd be facing a wall.
Buckeye is beautiful

I like how friendly you are with all the people you come across, we need more people like you.
the little room is either the Prayer room or shoe room for women?
I like those ideas.

Damn that walk in closet in the master is the size of my whole master bedroom 😲
Far West from where? I get to drive to San Diego anytime I feel like it.
The house would be 10x better with the updated I’m the kitchen. That would take the house to a whole other level.
Def lots of potential here!
Could be a baby's room??
Greetings ,great vlog. NICE START FOR A SMALL FAM..
The best thing about Buckeye is leaving.
