You need to go ahead and get your real estate license if you don't have one already. You do an excellent job showing houses; may as well get paid for it. I really like your more groomed look. I bet your wife does too. Good job!
You are in my neck of the woods I reside in Avondale past 8 years garden lakes and the rent prices has definitely sky rocketed. It’s so refreshing to arch your videos my fellow neighborhood. I have been In the same place since living here and my rent has not really increased. I would love to be part of your Arizona living videos here from New York and loving it check out Garden Lakes in Avondale need a house tour of garden lakes let me know
That would be so nice to see both of you guys do a tour together my two favorite UA-camrs and it helped me figure out where to live in Arizona when I move out there from Seattle
Small but you gotta appreciate the cleanliness and newness of everything. Shows the landlord cares(or does he) 🤷♀️😊👍 LOL "GET YOUR LIQUOR AND KEEP IT MOVIN" LOL LOL THAT WAS FUNNY. I've never seen that growing up here in SOCAL.😯😯👍😊
IMO Avondale is getting these prices due to their proximity to Goodyear. The Goodyear/Buckeye home interest is fire right now. AZ west valley is starting to see its potential. When I bought a home in Gilbert several years back it was interesting to see how Queen Creek & San Tan looked then. Now those cities are quickly rising in price. As far as the rent for the homes you showcased… it’s a no for me!
Yep.. .I ate at Pete's Fish and Chips a couple years ago. Wasn't bad at all. Now...that said, growing up in Compton CA...I have NEVER seen a drive up liquor store.
I would also recommend Marilyn's Fish n Chips. It's in a REALLY weird spot in south central phx but it is amazing. Huge fucking portion sizes of catfish and fries for only $10-13 bucks. and you can also get ice cream or wings if you want. I'll probably head down there tomorrow for some lunch :p
Wow Super! I just bought a 7 year old 2000 square foot house in Avondale and my mortgage is $1510, {and I think that's too much}. When people rent ,it makes other people rich. .
For the area, the homes aren't bad. Just realize where you're moving to. The shared parking space might be a problem. Props to the owners for modernizing the property.
You are CORRECT that the 3 bedroom home CD was Outrageously overpriced but the two bedroom was actually quite fair for the current market pricing these days. Good observation and comparison Bia Super ! Love your work man.
PERSPECTIVE: IN LOS ANGELES, THEY ARE RENTING ROOMS IN APARTMENTS FOR $1700 AND STUDIOS FOR $2000 - $2500. AND ITS HOMELESS EVERYWHERE OUTSIDE SO ITS NOT LIKE YOURE MOVING TO A SAFE AREA. JUST SAYING.
I bought 7 acres in tonopah in the beginning of this year and now 2 acres in tonopah are more expensive then what I got my 7acres for, prices are rising like crazy 😅 thats good for me tho lol looks like I bought just in time
I love your humor. Another way to see what the neighborhood in your area is like is to see how animals act around you. Are they friendly or frightened and aggressive? Hurt animals mean you have cruelty in the area. Or how many doors have security doors and bars on windows. Are there people out walking their dogs and children riding bikes and playing? Dead flying cock roaches are also an indication of something to think about. Best thing to do is knock on the next door neighbors door to introduce yourself to ask about the area and get a feel for who your neighbors will be. If they are friendly and talk to you, then that is always a good thing. All things you do anyway...very smart. House shopping is hard enough, always helps to have tips. They want too much for rent here, so sad. Many are being taken advantage of right now. Arizona is getting pricey.
Whoever owns that dwelling , gotta give it to him, he has maximized that lot to it total potential. Looked like 4 rental units on one large lot, Dude is making a killing. The single dwelling home is WAY OVERPRICED!!!!!!
This recommendation is absolutely perfect for me 😕 I've been in Avondale for just over a year now and am starting to look for the right place to buy. These videos probably offer better info than just "eyeballing it" as I have been doing for a little while.
I agree very small. Can’t believe they don’t have a microwave in the kitchen given there isn’t much counter space. And if everyone comes out of their bedroom at the same time there would be a traffic jam, not enough hallway space. Definitely a home for a couple with small kids. However the next home they did better with the kitchen, but still small. No back door now I don’t know about that 🤷🏽♀️
Picture this in 2004 we moved to Mesa Arizona and our rent was $620 in a 2 bedroom condo. The prices in Phoenix Arizona have gotten so outrageous it’s crazy. We don’t even have a beach it’s nuts here.
Hello Manuel I agree things are getting out of control. The rents are getting so high. I'm afraid many will be homeless. It's getting real difficult to survive with just the basics..👍
Btw...I'm just about done with my business in the Phoenix Valley. But Super...the weather is definitely 10 degrees above normal. It is still hot down here. 2 more days...and I'm out. ✌
The 2nd home is nice. However, it is small. For whatever reason both places are dark inside. The second home price is not bad, it's doable. Thanks, for showing and being honest I appreciate that. Enjoy watching your channel. Viewing you from Chicago.
Gas stoves are the best for cooking. Most apartments are only equipped with electric stoves. The only apartments I had that had a gas stove were old apartment complexes with concrete walls.
Hello Big Super and friends. This is just my opinion. And my opinion only I think these Landlords are trying to recoup there loses from that what do you call it. No evictions thing where people stopped paying rent for months. And owners couldn't evict.. I hate to say it. But people are struggling.right now. It's difficult to pay these high rents. I think landlords are taking advantage. But Big Super despite all that. I still appreciate your tours of Arizona. 👍
Greetings Big Super, another great Vlog and home tours..Both houses were small, however ,doable for a small family just starting out.. The price for those square ft .. are definitely to high.amd not worth the money!...The second home had a little more character...and with a little skill.. could be an awesome home for someone just starting out! I would def have to add another bathroom and fire exit! ... ..
That's my neighborhood, and let me tell you, they're crazy for the $2000/mo, especially on that particular street and being right next to Central. The second unit was good for its price. It even seemed the bedrooms were bigger. The small Mom and Pop shops/restaurants around here can't be beat though. I can definitely give suggestions on those. Keep it up, Super!
I lived a few streets from there, bullet holes in my living room window,it is a horrible area, however neighbors are very protective of one another. We call it the hood for a reason.
Property #1 - I think they're gonna have a hard time renting that out. For $2000/mo I am not sharing the lot with another tenant.. Way overpriced, especially for the area. Property #2 - It was more like an apartment. I think I would pay $1050 for it if it was in a different area. I did not like the front "yard".
You haven't signed a lease Recently in AZ Clearly. 2x1 apartments in shitty neighborhoods are renting for 1500 now. No balcony. No washer and dryer. No storage. Nada

OMG, the first house had to be built in the fifties or sixties for as small as the bedrooms are. The house is cute though. That rent price is crazy though. Now that back yard, I'm wondering if it's really shared, I'm also wondering if the washer and dryer are shared or not. Now the second attached house was nice and the rent was reasony at $1050 for a 2 bedroom 1 bath and with it coming with washer and dryer is a plus.😁👍🏼 Shoot a 2 bedroom one bath is $1800 or more here I valid , 😳😢
Ridiculous high rent. I would not pay more than 500 a month for the larger place and 300 for the smaller in a shotty gang namher neighborhood, too dangerous to raise lids. Sorry for typos, I am legally blind
Marilyn's Fish n Chips is a good one. It's in a rough patch of south central phx but it is great. Also as for the overpriced bs.. sadly I think it's about time for me to pack up my bags :\ after I finish school, I'm out.
Hi!!! 2000 is a lot for rent but a 3 bedroom is good I guess. The smaller one is much nicer and 1050? I think that’s really good for a small family. I’m 5’3 so if I were in there it would look a lot bigger to me. I was just in NM, Arizona and ended in Vegas from NY. It was my first time in the 1st 2 states and Loved it!!! ❤❤❤
I don't make enough. I'd definitely be homeless. I work 43 hours a week average. I have a mortgage of 870.00 per month in my manufacturer home with 1 1/2 land by wickenburg AZ. I'm so blessed. Even have trouble paying 870 sometimes. I work in PHX lotta wear and tear on cars and gas is a lot, but I'd be homeless any other way. Good luck everybody. God bless
Big Super, hey! Yes, those were some little domiciles, right there. Cute, but so small and SO expensive. Ouch, that's a lot! And the tile in that 2nd bathroom looks like floor tile for the kitchen. Hmm. Also, I couldn't do a house behind a house. Something about that makes me feel boxed in, so that's a hard pass for me. Still, they're places to start and launch from if you have to, but those are some serious pieces of change. Thanks for showing these! 👍🏾👌🏾
The smaller one is cute price is ok if in a different area. To high for the area that it in. But I have seen places in San Diego that look like crap 2 bed room room 1500 a month very bad neighborhood.
$2000!!! What!?!?! I live in a 4yr old, 1800sf, attached 2 car garage in a gated community on the west side of Phoenix for less than that. Im glad I got a long term lease. I have a year left. That’s ridiculous.
