My parents lived in Corta Bella in Sun City West. My father liked the golfing. Unfortunately he became heat intolerant and moved back to Orange County.

I want to buy but I have a large quiet dog, and I also have a new van, it’s a white promaster van that’s very new looking but I’d need to be allowed to park it somewhere w/o it being a problem.

Your dog would likely be ok if not a dangerous breed but they don’t have fences in these units. The van might also be ok but we’d have to ask the HOA. It’s not a commercial vehicle so I’m
thinking they might allow it in the driveway.

they call it a twin home, but it's really a duplex since you have a connecting wall right? my parents live in Sun City. They live in Ventana Maxx.

Usually a duplex can be owned by one person. They will own both sides. These units are technically condos but in Sun City they're called the Gemini Twin Homes. No clue where that came from though. Thanks so much for your comment and for watching!!

I like the look of the pitches roofs myself. But I typically focus on the floor plan. You can also change the exterior colors when the HOA repaints as long as your roommate agrees. They’re nice homes!

I'm curious about the flat roof homes... is there any attic space? Is there room to run wiring and blocking for ceiling fans in a flat roof home?
