I've seen people put those huge rocks in the front yard of their corner house if they have issues with people driving through their landscaping. They are like pillars to make sure no one drives into your yard as a short cut.
I moved from Az 5 yrs ago to Idaho to care for my mom in hospice. I was able to buy a manufactured home with 3bed and 2 bath. Large porch and quiet street on big lot for 39k ,my neighbors are homes on 3 acre lots. I still travel back to visit my family and friends but don’t miss the heat and the traffic. In 2 yrs we have influx of Cal. That have bout houses 1/4 of their cost there. Now everyone is building townhomes include everythingpool n gym for 1400. Month. In 20 min your at lake. The rivers run through towns. We are not huge. They have just built on to our freeway to four lane on each side now.we have 3400. Job available. We have low crime great schools and rank within top 6 of the US. So if you are tired of just living to pay your rent think of Idaho. We have hardly any homeless and those that are are helped to find housing, employment and transportation. Bless you all who still deal with heat. Monsoon should be coming soon. I do miss the rain n thunder lit sky. Be safe. I appreciate your videos and all the time you take it’s not easy on you.
Once again a great find. The neighborhood looks clean and quiet. Its not too far out from Phoenix and the cost is right on point. Thanks for all you do and show us. Have a fabulous day😀
Now that is a beautiful, clean home, Big Super. Great size and everything. That's a winner for a family coming in. I wonder if the garage smells like smoke because the landlord doesn't allow smoking in the living areas, so instead of going outside, a previous tenant lit up in the garage, maybe? Still nice, though. Thanks for sharing!👍🏾😃
@@OfficialBigSuper what’s up? I lived here in El Mirage for 20 years and loved it! The house in your video is probably down the street from my house. And the city of Surprise is right next to it.
Once again. Your home review is right on the money ! That's a lot of house for the money but at that size it should be a 4/2.5 and still have plenty of room. As for the garage, at least you could not smell the smoke in the home. They really need to RIP out that drywall and replace it. Nice pool but that gravel kills the way area. Thanks Bunches for the excellent review as usual. Keep on giving the good work in enlightening us to this real estate market.
Happy New Year's 2022!🌿Another nice home $2300 not bad @ all & pool. Where I reside U are not allowed 2 smoke inside ur apartment so tenants smoke on patios or walk around building smoking. So w/all that said someone (s) smoked inside the garage.😀
Great presentation for a great home. Pros: Nice kitchen, windows in bathrooms, beautiful master suite. Cons: Half wall between kitchen and family room, laundry room on 1st floor, no double sink in master bath, and too much carpeting. Overall a nice rental for a great price.
Big big super nice house plenty of space stairs going up real nice nice Loft nice it's got a pool in the back but the amount of rent is ridiculous that's a mortgage
Do not move to el mirage, it might look “nice” but it’s not. That smell coming from the garage I’m sure is from people doing drugs in there. Ya it’s that bad here in el mirage. Gun shots, drive bys robberies, homeless people, drug addicts, drug dealers… wish I could move out of this place ASAP
Yeah it has changed a lot since bought a our house there in 2007. Was somewhat secluded away from the big city, now all of the land to all sides of the property is developed. Still some nice communities but all of the apartment complexes that are going up is surely inviting a certain "element" to the area. Sure you know what I mean.
Lol el mirage is a shit hole my sister lives there I grew up in both parts of towns El Mirage and surprise the old part and I still live in the old town of surprise grew up born and raised but I'm here with my dad.
$2370 seems reasonable in today's market. Excellent home tour Mr. Big Super Living in Arizona. This is not a "con" on the home or anything because it's nice, but I'm addicted to double sinks too. Thanks for excellent content!
Wow, loving the floorplan, square footage, placement of outlets in kitchen...awesome. The master bedroom tho'. Excellent privacy in the backyard. Con: 1 bathroom sink? Thank you for the great tour. Love this!💜
This house is almost 100% identical to my first ever house in Surprise. The only difference is that we chose to make the master bedroom bonus space a 4th bedroom. I am assuming that was probably an option, because those houses were built the same time. I even put in a pool that looked almost identical with the waterfall. We bought it for $155,000 in 2003 and sold it for $265,000 in 2005. It's now worth about $465,000 and it rents for around $2,000 monthly.
That’s crazy!!!!!! A couple years ago that same house would maybe be $1600-$1700 People need to be careful there’s a big bubble a brewing and it’s gonna pop soon! and the housing markets going to be the hardest hit it’s going to be just like it was back in 08 when the housing market bubble popped!
There's no bubble. These homes aren't being bought with adjustable rate mortgages. Its an appreciation boom that will eventually slow but I doubt it regresses. People have been waiting for prices in California to regress for 20 years.
Nope, demand is too high & there are too many people moving here. There's no bubble and the last one that burst was due to sub prime loans & predatory lenders. They knew it wouldn't last forever when they started in a knew it was bound to "burst".
No bubble. Paychecks going up. The cost of living going up. It is now expected for 2 paychecks to support a house. Not the traditional 1/4 of your pay. Things have changed. For the good? Who knows. It is what it is.
@@indianasunshine833 You're spot on, there are some places in the country it's still like it used to be twenty years ago. However, the quality of life there isn't worth the reduction in the cost of living to most people.

We are a family of 9. 2 adults and 7 kids. We are relocating from Chicago to Arizona finally lol. Any homes for rent for our big fam?? Renting is our only option at the moment.
The downstairs had a great layout. Yes, a bigger refrigerator is needed - the kind with the double french doors on top and the freezer pullout on the bottom. Yes, the laundry room should be upstairs. Not too shabby!! No one likes a smelly garage. My concern with that would be the ventilation in the garage The 1st bedroom would be my home office if I wanted to rent the house. Bedroom # 2 is kinda okay for a really small kid. That is a relatively nice entrance to the master suite but that cut out can hinder the wall space. Less is more in this case. Like the bonus room. Thank you double sinks. The closet is a very good size. I agree I cannot STAND that cheap shelving. It should be outlawed. lol. The pricing seems to be competitive. I am definitely looking for a more upscale neighborhood. I like the personal live testimonial of the newcomer to town. That was an impromptu touch!! Way cool!!!
