Considering I'm paying $2,200 a month for a 2bdr Apt on Central in PHX... That's not a bad deal, if you're willing to live that far out on the west side :)
I wonder how many ppl have left the state because of the higher rent prices AND how has homelessness grown there 🤔
It's almost doubled. Youre seeing a lot of homeless families.
woman explained exactly how pocked metro phoenix can be with the quality of our neighborhoods.
She was funny.
UHM.....because it's freaking Glendale!!! For that area, that neighborhood looks not too bad. Most areas unfortunately are turning into pure trash though in a lot of Phoenix, even with higher rental prices. Tweakers EVERYWHERE!
Big house, some upgrades and a decent price, but the white hood on the stove would drive me crazy, why??? lol
Because nobody in their right mind would live West of the 17? 😄
Hi I'm moving to Glendale from Texas. So can you tell me is it nice to move there. I want so.ething I can afford and forrable
Can two people on section 8 get vouchers and live together and have it go towards the same rent??
She said boom boom 💥
I stay on 67 Ave Bethany home its a good neighborhood been here 31 years

Hey big Super how can I find out about this home I love it and would pay the rent I'm paying more than half of that for a very small 2 bedroom
Dont know what it is,but i can't do that paint on the inside or design outside. But that owners rooms is nice size.
This is near my neighborhood!! Yeah anything south of or AT Bethany is absolutely the hood.
i live in the poconos and shootings and home invasions are up big time. scary bruh.
What would be some of your recommendations locations in Arizona to live in or that you like 👏🏻
I owned a home there when it was 1st builded, but then too much crimes so we decided to move out that neighborhood after lived there for a few years. Plus HOA was terrible.
Prices are ridiculous in Phoenix. I feel we end up paying more than CA when you include the summer bills from operating the A/C.
Hey I wanna know about Tempe,,and meesa,,I have a friend out there for over 5 years can you do some rentals and buying in that area,,,I'm Thinking about relocating to AZ,,,BEEN THINKING FOR YEARS...
Bring your fat wallet.
Its expensive to run below pools. So folks if you are thinking of moving to AZ, get a above ground. God bless
Yessir
What's the information to get in contact with Landlord
I always felt that area is sketchy because it’s so close to scary Maryvale.
It's very dark in that house during daylight hours. I need an open floor plan.
Open floor plans are the way to go!
Dang... Trevor G Browne... She wasn't playin.
Deals are getting better if you live in Glendale I guess Scottsdale not so much
Lmao that lady from the hood was funny 😁
Ive been trying to find a house to rent i cant find any in phx and price doesnt matter
Nice house. Not a bad price. Used to live in that area. 83rdave/camelback. 😊
Yup that's very close by.
its a nice home but it should b priced at like 1700 at least... cant wait till things get back to reality if it ever happens...if we as people don't fight against things things will stay go up because they figure shoo ya'll paying it ima get keep it this way or see how far I can push the buttons... I love how other countries actually fight/protest when government and/or people/companies get outta hand
I would make dining room a play room for kids
Who can I talk to about actually renting this place
