@@Drew039 that’s subjective, the piano didn’t lay out when the guitar was soloing. It’s return serve common jazz etiquette, to me it sounded a bit empty during the piano solo. But that’s just my opinion.
It could result in disaster unless you play just two note or triads. Piano could play substitutions and guitar it's not supposed to know nothing about that, the opposite is also true (but less dangerous)...so stay away from each other is a good choice
