Awesome! Was just putting my XR together after a month of it sitting on my trailer and just knew someone had done this! Very much appreciate this video! Thank you for sharing! I’m going to have to make my plates the old way though because this is all new to me lol… 😅
Thanks for the link to this arm in your description. I ordered it. It was also the least expensive (double thumbs up)... Seems like a real solid upgrade to me.
Great job. My xr has been sitting in the create in the shop for a month now. I need to make some time to get it together.
Awesome videos sir. Mine should be here Friday. Pretty stoked.
Nice just got my Crossfire XR definitely going to do this!! Thanks..
Great video. I'm going to do the same to my crossfire pro
Nice mod with the monitor arm
great video cant wait tot do that to mine thanks
Great idea!
Great additions. Curious, any issues with water from the table getting down onto the electrical plug strip from splashing or blowing air?
Very nice setup, I really like the swivel mount. I was thinking of putting a touch screen setup on my Crossfire Pro. What touch screen does Langmuir supply with the XR? I notice the face doesn't have a brand on it.
I'm not sure; it's a generic chinese touchscreen. The splash screen comes up with a bunch of chinese characters on power up. But, I think this one would be a decent "budget" model: amzn.to/3OFog6P
Do you sell the thc 3d printed holder?
After having your table for awhile , what’s your overall impression of this model? I’m looking to upgrade and it’s hard to find honest reviews of different table manufacturers
I have zero complaints. There are more robust/industrial tables out there, but I feel like the value is hard to beat with the XR. To date I have run it well over 100 hours (I'm not sure of the exact total) and have had no problems.
Any chance of sharing the dxf for the mount? I ordered the same mount. Tia are you on Instagram?
I see you use a Hypetherm on your table. Is it possible to tell me what consumables you use are for that torch? Are you having good luck?
Yep; I'm using a powermax 65 on this table. I have previously owned Hypertherm Powermax 600, 1000, and 1250 machines. The consumables for the 65 are definitely more expensive, but they last SO long compared to my older machines. I've had great luck with them. IIRC I'm only on my 3rd set of nozzles and electrodes since I bought it. Below are links to the consumables I'm running in this machine:

@@MattVerley Thanks Matt do you just use the Mechanized cutting nozzle or have you done anything with fine cutting nozzles?
@@rufustoad1 I'm just using the standard consumables on the mechanized torch head.
5 duplex outlets x 2 equals 10, not 20.
Hi Matt,
Is there any chance you would share the file you made for your mounting plate?
Sure, I can send it to you. I don't want to post my email address here though; are you on the langmuir forum? Send me a message there and I'll send you my files. Looks like you have a crossfire pro? I can even send you cut-ready TAP files for FireControl :)
@@MattVerley Hey Matt, do you still happen to have the files for the plates? Thanks
Table is still 3 weeks out, arm will be here tomorrow. Lol Mark my words, this will be a Langmuir option soon.
