First i wanna say thanks for all the content u provide for people hungry for improvement...you take time to respond to people and people on your level mostly dont give a flyin f..about that..hats off..thank you and im training mostly with kbs past 10yrs and your videos showed me that im on right track i train like a fighter and my only goal with workin out is to maintain my ability to move efficiently without pain and to feel great all other aspects wll take care of them self just with cinsistency and enjoyin the movement...to many people give up once they hit 30s and 40s..im 35 and im training since i was 15 never stop..thank you for sharing your knowledge🙏
We’re in the same boat brother I’m 35 been training since I was 14 so I feel you on that for sure. Keep up the great work and I’ll continue to put out videos for people like yourself that truly appreciate it 👊🏼🙏🏼
I love this video. Appreciate how you broke down the benefits of HIIT with KB and the percentages. I never thought about body weight % with KB. I have to add a heavier weight to my range now. Thanks!
I have been using KB's for many years. From my Marine Corps days thru retirement. It has helped me stay lean, muscular, and young even though I am in my late 40's. This is a great workout I will be incorporating into my workout plan to end my week. Thanks for the amazing content!!
Another banger from Coach . Thank you for all you do sir ! This is amazing . I’m currently going through Combat Kettlebell and loving it. Need add this one to a program once I’m finished .
Thanks for that bro im a MMA FIGHTER myself definitely going to try this i have been gen alot of good stuff from your videos you a beast dud keep up the good work brother ❤💪🏾💪🏾
In my opinion, he is the best coach in the world. I learn a lot from videos, I do the training sessions and they are great. I just have to thank you for the teachings. Much success always! osu.
Increasing VO2 max as well. I am just finishing up a clean/press or clean/push press or clean/ push/jerk workout with double 40 kg (88 lb× 2=176) where i would do 25 reps at the top of every minute for 30 minutes. So 750 reps per workout x 20 workouts 2 days on/1day rest. It took me 9 months to build to 25 reps. The last 3 months ive been doing the 25/EMON for 30 minutes. Amazes me how muck more my shoulders look bigger
25 reps of long cycle every minute with 40s? Sorry, but no. Even Ivan Denisov and Denis Vasilev can’t do that. Steve Cotter did 20-some reps in a minute with 12s and it took the whole minute. The world record is 116 reps in 10 minutes, which is a pace of 11 1/2 per minute. This is so obviously a BS post.
I’m glad you brought this up, at that time in my life my focus was off working to run a business and coach while still trying to have a pro career. Lost fights I should of won and wasn’t in the right frame of mind like I was in my amateur career when I was in more of a true warrior state. Through that process allowed me to pivot and focus on being the best coach and provider I could be. Training world champions, and olympic medalist as a means of fulfillment after the fact. Not sure if you were trying to bring light to this time in my life but I appreciate the support.
Thank you for this video, I have always preferred kettlebells for most of my weight workouts. I have a question I'm hoping the channel, or anyone watching, can help me with. I was recently diagnosed with a herniated disc in my thoracic spine, and had an epidural just over a week ago. I'm wondering if this type of workout, or even using kettlebells overall, will be still possible after recovering from this.
Looks awesome. Doing this today! I wonder if there’s any benefit/downside to doing the exercises once, one after the other, then repeating the circuit 5 times
Hi guys, a quick question, do you know how this type of sport is classified? We have powerlifting, bodybuilding etc... what name do you give to this type of training? functional training? thank you all. I hope to heal from my injury soon and try one of your workouts phil.💪🏻
Awesome! This 20-30 minute workout fits perfectly with my day job. 💪🏼 Thank you so much, Coach! 🙏🏻

Thank you Phil...

Feeling now pretty destroyed, but it is a fat-burner indeed!
This shit is beastly.
1-3 pro record gave this man the chip that provided the fuel for this and his methods during this era of mma

Which one of your programs contains this type of HIIT KB workout? Thanks!
I have hiit style conditioning in most of my programs but with KBs check out my combat kettlebell program now 60% off until the end of the year
Did this today with my s@c coach. It was brutal but fun
Looks awesome. Doing this today! I wonder if there’s any benefit/downside to doing the exercises once, one after the other, then repeating the circuit 5 times
You could for sure
Coach , safe to say you could add this with a kettlebell routine and use as maybe the third day full body conditioning workout?
Yes absolutely
One day when i become a pro mma fighter I'll say you were my teacher

Coach what do you mean by 60% here? Can't be 60 percent of BW right? Can you clarify? Thanks!
You can do 60% of your 10rm swing
How do you know the 60% and 30% weights?
Take it from your 10rm swing or you can use BW %
