The song was originally a dig at Dino... Now being used against the person who originally sang it... As much as I love fear factory... But you gotta see the comedic irony of this song..
They also played it after Dino returned and Burton was still the singer. Dino even did backing vocals. Burton would turn to the drummer singing the line "the soul of this machine has improved" Was during the genexus tour in Europe.
Milo is fuckin amazing, killing every tune🤘 I'm glad Fear Factory now can play every single tune. Fans will hear the songs which hasn't been played live for years.
I know there's Napalm Death, but this is weirder. Like, the same band, but not a single person. At least with ND it was very early so a couple of them have been around since pretty close to the beginning, but FF were pretty established at the time as well.
@@deftonestilldeath He literally always struggled. Love his recorded work, but he never actually knew how to sing. Milo doesn't seem like a brilliant clean singer either, but he learned how to sing the exact stuff Burton recorded pretty much exactly how he did it, so kudos to the kid.
@@radicalstanza3614 he didn't *always* struggle. Pretty much any live show from 95-01 is pretty good. Consistently awesome in the late 90's too. His clean voice has always been an acquired taste though I think.
@@revivedfears His voice would crack from improper technique all the time even back then. I thought it mostly sounded alright for most of that era because I like his style, but it was clearly a matter of him not really mastering his instrument rather than a stylistic choice. After a decade and a half of pushing himself beyond the limit, the cleans sounded rough pretty much constantly and he had to turn to lipsyncing, but he never turned in a show that a non-fan or vocal teacher could listen to and go, 'yup, nailed it, that guy sung well.'
Am I the only one that's really surprised they played this?? Always thought this song was about Dino? "The infection has been removed, the soul of this machine has improved".
Esto es un cover de la versión original de Fear Factory, puesto que ninguno de los miembros que compusieron esta canción, son los que se ven. Dino lo siento, eres uno de los mejores pero se tenia que aclarar y se aclaró.
Nope. One of their most popular songs from an album that's otherwise not represented on the setlist. Makes more sense to play this than a deep cut only a fraction of fans care about.
So surreal, this is a cover of a band with the same name. FF is dead. Thnx dino. This is asesino (good metal band) + an usurper (not even close to Burton) + a drummer. A new band with the name of an extinct great one. 👎, no thnx.
What are you guys hearing with milo? I heard a lot of sour clean notes. This line up doesn’t have a stage presence either. Dino needs to go away and let the good 3/4 of the band have it back.
The more I see the more I love. Dino did us good. Gives hope for future of FF.
The infection has been removed!
The soul of this machine has improved!
🔥🔥🔥
The song was originally a dig at Dino... Now being used against the person who originally sang it...

Since this track was originally about Dino. It's kinda funny how Dino brought it back. To sorta make it about Burton!
That’s what I was thinking too, but a bunch of metal elitists in the comments let me know how dumb I am for believing so.
The one made for dino was cyberwaste.

Yeah I can't wait to see some unique setlists with a few surprises. I'd love to hear Hurt Conveyor, Spinal Compression or Bonescraper
Milo is having a blast and I’m all for it
I’m stunned with Milo’s incredible vocals! 🎉
Fucking great. Feels like the 1995 FF!
Thanks for recording this song specifically. Milo is an awesome singer! Can't wait to see what the future holds for FF
WOW!!! AMAZING!!!
You can tell when a band is in a good place and all wants to be there
Looking forward to the next album because the current album is bloody brilliant
Milo is fucking Kiling it!!!
This is great. A new era for FF for sure.
Milo is killing it! Amazing! Can’t wait for see FF in Mexico this year.
Right Dino. Its a freaking good song! Also Good God and Slave Labor....
So unreal !!
This is real !!! 🤘🏼
My favorite FF song and Milo sings it so well ! This guy is great on live, can't wait listenning him on a new studio album !
AMAZING!
Ironic that not 1 person on stage was actually involved in the writing or recording of this song
I know there's Napalm Death, but this is weirder. Like, the same band, but not a single person. At least with ND it was very early so a couple of them have been around since pretty close to the beginning, but FF were pretty established at the time as well.
Can’t wait until Houston Tx next weekend!
The Fear is back! Fuck yes!!!!!
Finally they have a singer who actually can hit those cleans. Looking forward to the next record!
Burton did it for 20 years, his last 10 he struggled, I bet the same happens to milo
Kid Burton CREATED that style of cleans and growls smh wtf are you talking about
@@deftonestilldeath He literally always struggled. Love his recorded work, but he never actually knew how to sing. Milo doesn't seem like a brilliant clean singer either, but he learned how to sing the exact stuff Burton recorded pretty much exactly how he did it, so kudos to the kid.

Dino, come si dice qui in Italia... : "Ne sai, una più del diavolo"!! ✌️🖤🤘🤘🤘
Della serie, hai fatto la scelta giusta!!!!
Non sai quanto aspetto un nuovo album! FFForever
getting better already Milo!
So fkn clean. So stoked on FF. Literally the band the got me into wanting to be a master at dbl bass drumming at 16.
Dude! Happy they play songs from that album. It’s sooo sooo good
Holy f, that's good af!
Milo is fucking awesome!!
Thank you Shane! This is awesome!
Literally nobody was in the band when this song was written and recorded lol.
...and the song was about Dino...
Milo e fantastico
Burton wrote this song about Dino and now his replacement that Dino hired sings it …. isn’t it ironic… dont ya think ?
Good to see FF again
Am I the only one that's really surprised they played this??
Always thought this song was about Dino? "The infection has been removed, the soul of this machine has improved".
I think Dino is playing it intentionally as a dig a Burton; like calling him the infection with his own words
No there seem to be lots of people who don’t really know anything, like how Dino’s played this live for years
@@AndrewTinWA wow you know a lot!
It is, and it is a little weird. Cool song though :)
Dino plays Archetype since 2013!!!!
Masterpiece \m/
Daje Milooooooo!!!!!!!
Doing a great job there, Milo. Well done to the rest of Fear Factory for giving a relatively unknown vocalist (to me anyway) a chance.
No aguardo do show de São Paulo SP
Brasil 🇧🇷🙌
❤
Milo!!!!!
2:00 This made me so happy!
excelente🤗
He is better than Bell. Thank you Dino.
Técnica vocal enorme, presença de palco nota 10 . Sucesso Milo e ao FF
Performing the song no actual FF member can relate to... But you know what - I don't even care about it, Milo just nails it for damn good
Rad!!
Bad Ass
Was the mic not on at the end, strange

I wish to hear something from Transgression album, and more songs from Archetype
But without Christian, Raymond and Burt it's impossible😐
fukyeh Ku-Fu @2:21
Dino should have laid FF to rest and went on to do solo work.
Aggression Contiuum was a perfect closure.
Christian Olde Wolbers with Guitar + Krank Krankenstein (2005) = best Fear Factory sound... ua-cam.com/video/fQJF3I-wJgA/v-deo.htmlfeature=shared
phoda
They should play the whole album and see if they get sued
Get sued by who? Dino owns 100% of Fear Factory and can do and play any song he wants.
Playing a song neither one of them had a part in. And is drummer even hitting the double bass.
Tons of better songs to have in the live setlist other than this one.

@@radicalstanza3614 no one ever said that they had to play a “deep cut that only a fraction of the fans care about”. Lol.
@@HAST0408 There are not a ton of better songs to add to it unless you go for a deep cut, considering most of the popular songs are covered.
@@radicalstanza3614 Burton, is that you? 😂
NO BURTON................. NO FF
Written by Christian and Burton, this is no good.
It was awesome, dude. Don’t be a hater
